I just moved to Powell, OH one year ago and hired Metro Comfort Systems Inc., located in Powell, to replace my furnace and air conditioner units, and I could not be happier with my experience. Their service was excellent and price was very competitive. Gary, Jim and Tom were great to work with. I would highly recommend Metro to anyone who is thinking about installing and HVAC System. Jeff

They are excellent, honest and does a good job for me, they have been working with me for over 30 years. They're very easy to work with and they come when you need them.

We have used Metro in the past and definitely will again. They were able to quickly replace our Air Conditioner during a very HOT week here in Columbus (two days after estimate given) and their price was extremely reasonable. They want to help you, work with you, and they don’t try to sell you more than you need, but they can give you options if you’re looking for them. Even got a quick quote for future duct work. Highly recommend them!!

My furnace went out during the winter and I contacted Metro Comfort Systems. They sent a service person out very quickly. They were able to get my furnace up and running again, but due to the age of the system, it continued to go out. Every time my furnace stopped working over the next few days, they returned to fix it quickly. Eventually we decided it would be best to replace my 20 year old furnace. They made me a great deal on a new furnace and had it installed the next day. I will definitely continue to use Metro Comfort Systems for all of my heating and air-conditioning needs which arise in the future. They are very attentive to their customers' needs and always respond quickly.

Scheduling an appointment was simple. The technician called when he was on his way and did arrived on schedule. Jim was very professional and provided excellent service. At the end, he took the time to explain it all to me in plain English. We will continue to use them for our home service needs.

Quick, professional, reasonable. I have them doing work for multiple properties and they will come out whenever needed.

One person came out to complete the service. It took 45 minutes. He was professional. He left the area clean.

I use them twice a year. They're due right now, they'll be here to check the furnace probably in the next 30 days. I have a contract with them. They come out twice a year, spring and fall. I've had them for about five or six years now. They've responded, if I needed anyone they've come when called. I like the way their contracts are written. They followed up on all the contractual agreements.

We have a service contract with Metro. I purchased it at the beginning of the year. My home and furnace are almost 20 years old. We felt like the heat was not working well one evening and went to bed knowing that on one of the coldest nights of the year, our heat was not working well. The next morning it was in the low 50s in our house; it was really cold. My husband called Metro and they were quite responsive with a man out by 9:30 or so to assess the situation. He let us know we would need a new furnace and gave us the price. He was not sure if they could get it done that day as their were other people in front of us that also needed new furnaces. They were able to get it done, though!!! I had heat flowing by 4:30 that day!! Excellent work and responsiveness. I definitely recommend and will use this company again and again!!

We did put in a new furnace last year and for heating and air I used Metro Comfort Systems. Overall the job was excellent. Actually I have been using those guys for several years to service my old furnace so I got them put in the new one in. I keep going back to them because as a repeat customer I usually get fairly quick service. In a lot of these places, if you are not on their client list or whatever you have to wait for somebody to come out. Especially with the old one, they were real good about coming out quickly when I had a problem. Hopefully I won't be having them do that now. That was the main thing that drove me back to them as a repeat customer. I didn't really do a lot of looking around for the price but they seemed very comparable to what other people that I talked to priced out the stuff. The responsiveness was definitely an 'A'. They showed up on time as well.

I have used them since 1989. We used them when we built out house and I have used them since. They are excellent. I used them last in the beginning of October. I have a contract with them.

After their visit, I discovered that the work they did was compeltely unnecessary. They replaced several high price parts, when a much simpler and cheaper fix could have done the job. They inflate their costs and try to get you to do additional work. They will flat out lie to you.

This was a terrible experience. had a friend who used this company and provided me with a copy of their quote and what they had purchased. I also received a quote from another vendor. I gave them the name of my friend as well as the specific model numbers of the other units that I wanted to get competitive quotes on. I asked for quotes for all of these same products from the company and never received any of it after being promised by the salesperson that it would be no problem for him to provide this to me. He did not get the second quote to me when he said that he would. When I received the second quote I asked for him to make a simple adjustment to it and he told me that it might take up to a week to get this to me. This was unacceptable. I would never use this company for any service and felt like I was directly lied to.

The technicians from Metro Comfort Systems were very accommodating to my family's medical needs in getting and installing an air conditioner as quick as possible.

Overall experiance was terrific. The parts were ordered. Installers and owner came to perform the repir. Left me with old parts and everything works as new! At dinner I was relating my story to freinds and they all smiled. They already knew of the service levels I experianced because they too use Metro Comfort systems for their needs. They are the real deal.. We need more vedors like this! Thanks

They were very responsive and reasonably priced. They showed up within 24 hours to replace the A/C. The work was done promptly and in a very professional manner. We couldn't be happier.

They are very good. Very responsive. They replaced my furnace 20 years ago and check up 2 twice a year since then. They are professional and courteous. Very nice people.

We called on a Sunday and the representative was there within 2 hours. The problem was diagnosed and a part was needed that was not in stock. The following day the company representative made a special trip to the supplier to get the part. The problem was fixed on a timely basis. We have now switched from Atlas Butler to this company because of the exceptionally good service provided. This is a company we can trust.

I called Metro Friday morning to ask them to come check our blower motor. Their response was very good. The phone was answered quickly and politely. An appointment was set up for Friday afternoon and the service person was punctual. The motor was dead and we have company coming over on Sunday. They went above and beyond the call of duty. By 10:00 Saturday morning they had found a new motor and all the parts for our hard to repair Lennox system. By 2:00 Saturday our system was back up and running. Amazing! Every experience we have had with Metro has been the same, punctual, polite and professional. If you need an HVAC company, call them!

Jim was great. It was wet outside and when Jim came in to check the furnance, he took off his shoes (unlike most people that deliver / service something). Jim wrote down everything he checked and even changed the filter on the furnance for me.
