Kyle came to the house to see the property and make recommendations on how to place the fencing on our property. The installation took a few hours (did the work while I was at work) and the installer did a very professional job. The training was excellent.

Met with salesperson who patiently discussed fencing details. I opted to go with another company. A sister company to this one. That uses inexpensive calculator batteries instead of specially designed expensive ones. I was somewhat distressed to hear the salesperson's criticisms of their prime competitor.

Our sales representative, Josh, showed up promptly for our appointment. He was very professional and seemed very knowledgeable about the Invisible Fence system and spent as much time as needed explaining their system, warranties and training techniques. He was patient and politely answered all the questions I had in regards to their system.

They have been very helpful and willing to do even simple jobs for us. Our home had the invisible fence system installed already, so jobs have been small repairs and adjustments.

From Helena who came to give the estimate--to the techs that installed--to Ashley, who trained our dog--I cannot say enough positive. They have all been awesome. Very receptive to questions and concerns, thorough and professional. We are very pleased!

Provided very good service and addressed any apprehensions we had about the system. When we looked at the costs for a wood fence to be installed the invisible fence rates were much more reasonable. We have three dogs and the trainer has done a great job addressing each dog individually according to their different levels of progress.

They were professional and polite. They were right on time for the sales presentation and the training sessions. After installation they called back to see if I was satisfied and to remind me of the training dates.

EVERYONE AT INVISIBLE FENCE HAS BEEN BRILLIANT, BEFORE DURING AND AFTER INSTALLATION OF THE SYSTEM. ALTHOUGH IT IS OBVIOUSLY TARGETED AT DOGS AND DOG-OWNERS, AND WE WERE NERVOUS ABOUT HOW SUCCESSFUL IT WOULD BE WITH OUR CATS! KYLE, AND HIS TEAM WERE REASSURING, HELPFUL, QUIETLY CONFIDENT, AND THEY WERE RIGHT. TWO MONTHS LATER, OUR CATS ARE GOING OUTSIDE VERY HAPPILY, BUT STAYING WITHIN OUR GARDEN. IT DOES TAKE A BIT OF WORK, AND YOU DO HAVE TO STICK WITH IT, BUT I WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO ANY CAT OWNER WHO WANTS TO ALLOW THEIR CAT OUTSIDE, BUT KEEP IT CLOSE TO HOME.

THIS COMPANY EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS. VERY EASY TO WORK WITH, AND RELIABLE WHEN THEY SAY THEY ARE GOING TO DO SOMETHING THEY DO JUST THAT!

VERY FAST, PROMPT SERVICE. MY DOG USED THE INVISIBLE FENCE PRIOR TO ME GETTING HER, SO SHE DIDN'T NEED MUCH TRAINING. I HAVE TO SAY THOUGH THAT LANCE AND HIS DOG WERE EXCELLENT AND I STILL FOUND THE TRAINING SESSION TO BE VERY HELPFUL. THE COST OF THE SYSTEM IS A LITTLE HIGH, BUT WELL WORTH IT. ONE DOWNSIDE IS THE REPLACEMENT BATTERIES MUST BE PURCHASED THROUGH INVISIBLE FENCE.

THE SALESPERSON WAS THOROUGH AND ANSWERED ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS AND SOME WE NEGLECTED TO ASK. HE SPENT QUITE SOME TIME GOING OVER ALL OF THE DETAILS. HE WASN'T PUSHY OR AGGRESSIVE. WE DECIDED TO PURCHASE THE FENCE AND HAVE IT INSTALLED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. THE FENCE WAS INSTALLED THE NEXT WEEK IN ABOUT AN HOUR, AND THE TRAINER CAME A FEW DAYS LATER. THE TRAINER WAS WONDERFUL WITH OUR DOG, AND WE WERE TAUGHT TO TRAIN THE DOG SO HE EXPERIENCED THE LEAST AMOUNT OF FRUSTRATION AND THE GREATEST AMOUNT OF SUCCESS. WE HAVE BEEN PLEASED WITH ALL ASPECTS OF THE PROCESS TO DATE.

SALES STAFF WAS INFORMATIVE, NOT PUSHY. SHE TOOK TIME TO EXPLAIN OPTIONS. INSTALLER WAS PROMPT AND EFFICIENT. TRAINER (LANCE) IS A GEM. GET THE TRAINING PKG. WELL WORTH IT. JUST BE AWARE THAT HE IS IN DEMAND AND POPULAR!

LANCE, THE TRAINER, WAS VERY GOOD WITH OUR DOGS, AND ALWAYS ON TIME.

WE CONTACTED INVISIBLE FENCE AND THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE. THEY SCHEDULED A TIME TO COME OVER AND WERE ON TIME. WE CHOSE NOT TO INSTALL A FENCE AT THIS TIME.

I HAVE WORKED WITH THIS COMPANY FOR 6 YEARS WHEN WE ADOPTED OUR BLACK LAB, BOGEY. I HAVE HAD SEVERAL BREAKS IN MY YARD DUE TO WEAR AND TEAR ETC. THEY ALWAYS RESPOND FAST AND ARE VERY COURTEOUS. THEY SOLVE THE PROBLEM QUICKLY AND KEEP BOGEY SAFE IN OUR YARD.

STRONG RECOMMENDATION FOR INVISIBLE FENCE FOR ONE PRIMARY REASON, LANCE. THERE ARE A HANDFUL OF COMPANIES OUT THERE, BUT WHAT SETS INVISIBLE FENCE APART IS THE TRAINING THEY PROVIDE YOUR DOG. LANCE WAS DEDICATED TO MY DOGS SUCCESS. HIS USE OF HIS OWN DOG, SUE, DURING THE TRAINING PROCESS IS INVALUABLE. I HAD HEARD FROM OTHER INVISIBLE FENCE CUSTOMERS ABOUT THE EXCELLENCE OF THE TRAINING, AND NOW CAN RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR MYSELF.

OVERALL WE OUR VERY HAPPY WITH THE EQUIPMENT AND RESULTS, OUR DOG LOVES HIS FREEDOM. THE SALESPERSON WAS NEW AND LEFT OUT A FEW DETAILS REGARDING INSTALLMENT IN COLD WEATHER SO THE DATE WAS PUSHED BACK 2 MORE WEEKS. SHE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AS IS THE STAFF EACH TIME WE HAVE CALLED WITH A QUESTION. WE WERE IMPRESSED BY THE PROMPTNESS OF THE CALLS AND SERVICE. LANCE, THE TRAINER IS WONDERFUL, HE SEEMS TO REALLY LOVE HIS WORK. THE SYSTEM IS EXPENSIVE BUT THE COMPANY DOES DELIVER WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A RELIABLE SYSTEM.

INVISIBLE FENCE RESPONDED TO OUR CALL IMMEDIATELY. THE REPRESENTATIVE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND INFORMATIVE HOWEVER WE RECEIVED A MORE COMPETITIVE PRICE FROM ANOTHER COMPANY.

A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. THE INSTALLERS WERE VERY POLITE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE AND WORKED WITH ME ON WHERE TO INSTALL THE FENCE. LANCE WAS GREAT WITH THE TRAINING OF OUR 2 GOLDEN RETRIEVERS.

I WAS QUITE NERVOUS ABOUT WHETHER OR NOT THE FENCE WOULD WORK FOR MY TWO-YEAR OLD LAB, BUT SHE HAS ADAPTED QUITE WELL. THE TRAINER, LANCE, WAS VERY HELPFUL - AND VERY KIND TO MY DOG!

STEPHEN WAS ON TIME AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. I THOUGHT THEIR PRICING TOO HIGH AND THEY DIDN'T INCLUDE REPLACEMENT COLLARS UNLESS YOU BOUGHT THE HIGHEST PRICED PACKAGE. THEY DIDN'T OFFER UNLIMITED TRAINING, EITHER.

I HAVE NEVER HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH INVISIBLE FENCE CO. THEY ARE GREAT.

THIS IS A VERY EFFICIENT FRANCHISE, IT IS WELL RUN. TRAINING THE DOG WAS PART OF THE JOB. THEY ARE VERY HELPFUL.
