Terrible! I pointed out exactly where the break was. Dumb and Dumber ignored my advice, took two hours to confirm the break was where I told them and then they charged by the hour. Never use again!

I could not get them to come out until September, at the earliest, a full 2 months from when I made the request. I have a pet containment system for a reason and it is ridiculous to make a customer of 13 years wait 2 months for service! I found another company that came out the same day, did the repair, and for a lesser price.

I would highly reccomend this company to anyone who is in installing an invisible fence. They are professional and very good at what they do. Nice family owned and operated business. They were thorough in explaining and demonstrating the product.

It went fine, they were very professional and provided excellent service.

The installer was on time and discussed everything he was going to do prior to starting work. He listened very well to our intentions and the locations we preferred the fence to be placed. We had three training sessions following. The trainer, Mike, was very loving to our dog, and very patient and extremely good at explaining what was happening, how the system worked and what we had to do to have a succesful experience. We are very happy with the results. Our dog is happy, better able to exercise and run in our own yard. It was a very good experience, overall.

Mike did a great job explaining the system and training our dog. He is very knowledgeable and worked well with our puppy.

They were on time, installed the fence, gave me instructions, and sent someone out to do training. The trainers were very friendly. I would shop around for better prices before I used them again.

The installation was timely and done without disturbing landscape or creating any type of mess. The trainers were outstanding. Both were very professional in working with our energetic puppy. They also spent time after each training session discussing our specific questions and concerns and then providing strategies we were able to use. We highly recommend this company.

Everyone who I came in contact with from the salesman to the installer to the trainers, were very punctual, knowledgeable and friendly. I feel very confident that this product will keep my dog safe.

The initial sales person was very knowledgeable and very patient with my many questions. The installer was prompt, and very neat. The line was installed with very little disruption to my landscaping, and the portion that crossed the driveway was beautifully sealed. After installation, my dogs and I had five training sessions involving three trainers over a 6 week period. I found each trainer to be very knowledgeable and helpful-- and very willing to adapt to the distinct personalities and needs of my two dogs. My dogs seem very happy in their yard, and are using the full yard. They know where the fence is, and are not challenging the boundary.

The fence works great. The lady that came out was extremely friendly with the dog. She did a great job of training our puppy. She came out several times. In addition, we had a landscaper out to our property, they accidentally broke the lines for the invisible fence and they came out within 3 hours and didn't charge us anything to fix the line. Their customer service was topnotch pre-sell, during the sell and even post-sell. They really came through with exceptional customer service across the board.

It went very smoothly once we signed the paper they had everything set up and ready to go for me the next day. The training went great and no problems the trainer I had was amazing and so friendly! I did not have any problems the fence going in project went so well and did not take more then a couple hours!

Overall, an A++++ experience. As a dachshund, my dog presents some unique challenges. He is strong-minded, and wants to rule the family (and the world) with an iron paw. However, with consistent and rewarding training he learns quite easily but still reserves the right to decide if he wants to do things. Invisible Fence made sure decisioning is removed from the equation (territory only - he still wont let us sleep under the bed covers without permission). While he is never allowed outside alone, Invisible Fence allows us to release him to our unfenced yard without a leash. This permits him to explore, enjoy and dig in the outdoors and we do not fret about his safety. He has never accidently crossed the boundary, but, we have seen him testing it (again he is a dachshund) without success. One of the best decisions we have ever made. Invisible Fence's service was outstanding, craftsmanship was excellent and training was accomplished with professional trainers who understood and demonstratively cared for the safety and well being of our dachshund. Thank you Invisible Fence.

We're very satisfied with not only the product but also the trainers, we couldn't be happy and neither could our dogs. Now they can be outside with or without us and we don't have to worry about them.

They were on time and professional. They did a good job and it seems to work. They were not intrusive; they went out in the rain and got it done.

josh installed my fence, and at the time AEP had much of the neighborhood torn up, and this did affect the installation. The office was very accomodating, and josh came back and finished up when AEP finally finished as well. josh was incredibly professional, and when he was finished, I never even knew he had been there:) Next came Jeff, a very talented dog trainer. He worked with my golden for 3 weeks, and she was a very proud and happy dog when it was all said and done:) she now has much freedom to run and play, and the days of "bolting" out of the yard are a thing of the past! The most humorous part of the dog training is the last visit, where they do "distraction training" - the trainer brings their dog to help with the final train, to "test" your dog so to speak. the added doggie play session at the end was a bonus! 6 months later I did "remote training" with Marlo at my home. really, she trained/tought me on how to use the remote trainer to train my golden. well------ in 2 weeks!!! I had successfully trained my golden to be an off-leash dog!!!! she has learned her commands, listens incredibly well, and we can take her for long walks and pond swims etc- no problem, no worries what so ever. The best part of it all- my 9 and 11 yr old (at that time) would walk their 75lb puppy easily and confidently, and they too, are beaming proud, especially when neighbors always stop them and say they wish their dog could be off-leash! Bravo!! Invisible Fence!! and thank you!!!

Their service is outstanding. We had a problem with our dog where she was running through the fence and actually bit another dog. We had the fence rerouted and they helped me retrain the dog. I thought that rerouting the fence would be very costly and they actually did it for an affordable price. They helped us remedy the situation. Shortly after that, our landscaping company accidentally cut the invisible fence line while aerating the lawn. They came out once again and promptly corrected the situation. They are very thorough. They have to do digging and you would never know they were there when they are done. They just do an amazing job.

Generally it was fine. There was some confusion when they were supposed to flag our yard and the trainer didn't have any flag. It kind of lengthened the time so it was an inconvenience. But, we are quite happy with the results...our dog loves having run of the yard!

The installation went smoothly. I had marked the sprinkler heads on our irrigation system myself, so it would not be disturbed by the installation of the fence perimeter wire. I also walked the perimeter of our lot with the installer, so that there would not be any problems in determining lot lines, etc. Their installer followed my directions correctly, in installing the fence perimeter wire. Their installation of the interior items (fence RF generator, power supply, and surge suppressor) was neatly done. They installed these components adjacent to my irrigation controller, and followed its wiring conduit outside, to minimize clutter. Finally, the installer set up flags (for training) around the perimeter wire, so that we could train our dog.

I was not satisfied with this company. When you have problems with dog fencing the first company that comes to mind is Invisible Fence. When I found the other fencing company on Angie's List this man works wonders and he will fix your problem for a good price.

The two men that came to install the fence were polite and did the job quickly. The next day, the trainer came to teach our dogs how to respond to the fence. Unfortunately, it seems that the trainer was inexperienced; admitting that she hadn't been with I.F. very long. She came back the next day for a follow up session because my dogs were not responding well to the fence. She suggested a stronger collar for both dogs and changed them. The dogs were still not doing well and seemed very confused... one of them escaped. I called to tell them and they sent out a different trainer. He admitted that the collar the last trainer put on was still basically a "beginner" strength and she should have used a much stronger one. This guy worked with my dogs outside and things seemed to be a little better. (I did find it interesting that he brought his dog with him and bragged about how well she behaves because he uses a remote controlled shock collar to discipline her... how awful!) Unfortunately, one of my dogs escaped again, but this time we could not catch her and she was gone. Ironically, while my dog was gone, one of the I.F. reps called as a service follow up to see how everything was going. I told her that my dog was missing and we hadn't seen her in two days. She seemed completely unaffected by this news just saying: "Oh, that's not good. Let us know if she comes back." Thankfully, she is micro-chipped and we got her back. I gave a "D" grade for price solely because of the batteries: they say that the warranty is void if you use another brand of batteries. This policy serves only as a strong sales tactic. Their batteries are ridiculously overpriced and they tell you to replace them four times a year. They even tried to trick their customers by sending a mock "bill" saying we owe $60 for batteries. When I called, the lady said, "oh, that's only if you get the batteries." I swear they hugely rely on battery sales to stay in business. We now get our batteries on Ebay: they look exactly the same, cost half as much, and last literally twice as long. I don't care if it voids the warranty because I'd probably call another company to repair our fence if we had a problem anyway. I wish I had done my homework first: there are plenty of other reputable and lower priced companies, but I.F. makes you think the others are the devil incarnate. News flash: they all work the same!! Anyway, luckily my dogs are out of their puppy stage, so they're not quite as tenacious, and there haven't been any major problems lately.

I decided to go with another person when their quote was so, so much higher and after I heard the company had changed hands. (I used them in the past). I spoke with a nice person the first time who was helpful and had good follow up but then was aggressively cornered when I returned the call by another rep. They almost seemed desperate in their attempt to get my small business and spoke as if I was irresponsible if I were to consider anyone but them because they are "Invisible Fence" and only they can do what they do. This simply is not true.

Tim Serrott the owner came to my home, and showed me several different packages to choose from. He assured me, as did other companies that the technology and training is now much improved over what it was a decade ago. The one package that seemed to work best for our situation was the Super Dog Package which cost $1314.74 which included 3 training sessions and he added in 2 more so that we would be sure that the dog was trained properly. This was the most expensive invisible fencing package of the three estimates that I received. Beyond the cost of the package, I really was turned off with his put downs of one of the other competitors. Apparently, the guy had worked for him at one point, and he really tried to put him down. I personally didn't care for the negative comments at all and therefore decided to go with another company.

The animal training and salesperson were both very knowledgeable. Our dog was climbing the chain link fence, and now is not able to get to the chain link fence. The trainer was very good!
