No phone call returned to explain my coverage as it was transferred from previous owner? They spent over 18,000 dollars and we were told this only covers one wall? How can there be a lifetime warranty on a basement only covering one wall?"

"We couldn't be happier with how our basement looks! Brian and Todd were easy to work with and also flexible. We ended up adding a fireplace and barn door mid project. Todd accommodated our needs with out any problems and both additions turned out great. It might have took longer than I expected, but the quality of the workmanship was worth it. All the people Todd has working for him are professional and did excellent work. Having contractors in the house for weeks, when you aren't home most the time, it's important to have that level of professionalism. I would definitely recommend them to others. The pricing was also another selling point when shoping around for highly reviewed basement remodeling services."

"I recently had the pleasure of working with Bill and Dave on a renovation project at my home. This was our most ambitious project yet, as we wanted to maximize the existing space to create an entirely new master bathroom and walk-in closet. From start to finish, the entire process was incredibly professional and stress free. "This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a business. I had work done on a crawl space and the replacement and addition of a backup sump pump. The work was scheduled to be completed all at once. On the first scheduled day/time, no one showed up. I texted the scheduling team and after approximately 3 hours it was determined that the technician was not going to be able to make it because he was still working at the previous days job. On the second scheduled day, it was determined that measurements were not accurately taken for the crawl space so that work could not be completed. They were able to install the new sump pump and the backup pump. However, they did not schedule the electrician to install the correct outlet. The third scheduled day no one informed me it was on the schedule. The only reason I knew about it was because the technician actually called to say he was not going to make it. The fourth day the electrician came and installed the outlet. The fifth day the technician could not do the work because the plumber needed to move a pipe had not been scheduled. The sixth day the work was finally completed. After taking so much time off of work, I asked for a discount which I did not receive!!!!! It is very sad because I have used them before and was very happy with the quality of the work. I will not ever use them again and I would recommend anyone who is considering using them to look elsewhere. There are a lot of quality b"

The office staff was responsive, and they provided a custom design that met our needs, particularly with the window options and slope of the roofline. "Company was great from start to finish. I had great communication with them along the way and they came out a couple times before we decided on what type of deck to accommodate both my wife and I’s time tables. The project was supposed to start about 2 weeks out from when we signed the contract but they called us and asked if they could do it earlier which was even better so they came out in less than a week and did the job. It turned out great. The deck looks awesome, the sunroom finally matches the house color and the new windows to the basement are secure. I’d hire them again."
