Description of Work: Cost is for annual program. Their technicians are courteous and professional. They take the time to answer my questions and provide suggestions. This is my second year of using them.

Description of Work: Had a problem with sugar ants and they have not returned. I did not renew my yearly contract as waiting to see how this Spring/summer goes. So far no return of the ants.

Description of Work: They sprayed the entire perimeter inside and outside the house. I used to get millipedes and loads of spiders in the winter. This year I did not get any. Very happy about that!

Description of Work: They did a good job getting rid of the mice. He set traps in several places which eliminated the mice in one treatment.

Description of Work: We had cockroaches brought into our home. We called 1st Response. They fully explained the services and patiently answered all our questions. They quickly came out to treat our house and then came back for a second treatment 3 weeks later. They called after each treatment to make sure we were happy with the service. The bugs were gone and we haven't seen them since. The cost also included a spray treatment for all pests around the outside of our house.

Description of Work: treated attic with strips to get rid off stink bugs. will also be back in spring to spray around windows outside when weather is warmer to prevent reentry.

Description of Work: They "heat" treated our home for bedbugs. I didn't see any heaters in the home, but I did see one outside the from door (the door was open)and there was a plastic tube to send the heat into the first floor. We followed all the instructions given to us by the company. Which means it was like moving away; everything off the walls, all chemicals, candles, plastic removed. All Clothing washed and/or heated in the dryer at 180 degrees (I put a thermometer to test the hottest temp. in the dryer) for 50 minutes.Then they were sealed in plastic bags and removed from the house. We covered and sealed every mattress and box springs after the treatment was finished.Then we had to move back in. Three months later, bedbugs are there. And no guarantee.Did it work, not sure of what level! The bedbugs came back. I researched chemical treatments on the computer and ordered them. The bedbugs are gone.You'll have to make your own decision.

Description of Work: When I called they saved me money by offering me a years contract that was a little more than one time service. I never saw another ant and only a couple stink bugs after the first treatment. They really make it easy.

Description of Work: I had bees in mulch and they were aggressive. I cannot remember date or cost but they were on high end of estimate over phone. They came out twice as the first treatment did not solve entire problem. I would call them again if need arises.

Description of Work: I thought I had bed bugs so they came up and did an inspection and found none. I got on their quarterly spraying program and it's helped a with the potato bugs the I used to see in my house.

Description of Work: Came out to determine the extent of mice infestation in our basement, as we had recently discovered some mouse droppings. From ethe initial call to the visit and information provided by he service tech, every step of the experience was first rate. They will be coming back out 2 more times to complete the service, and they are easy to arrange and prompt on appt times, we is very appreciated!

Description of Work: I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal in the amt. of $125 for preventive interior and exterior pest treatment (insects) for up to 3000 sq. ft. home. In scheduling the appointment I decided to add an additional treatment in the attic aimed at stink bugs (an additional $75 + tax). The technician was very respectful in explaining the process and in performing the work. Due to outside weather, he had to come back another day to do the outside, and the office called the day ahead to let us know he would be on the property. It is still within the guarantee period, but so far, I would definitely use this company again.

Description of Work: Jay assessed the pest concerns I had and then treated inside and out. Within two days the problems were noticeably less. He came out a week later and set mouse traps (an additional service) which will be checked this winter. | |He was very professional and knowledgeable and answered all of my concerns about treating a home where there are pets.
