Description of Work: Everyone we spoke with at 1st Response was very straightforward and seemingly knowledgeable about termite treatments. We had a Sentricon system installed in the fall when we saw evidence of termites on our baseboards, and we received prompt, thorough service. We didn't see anything else until spring -- apparently the termites had gone underground by the time the system was installed, and they were back at the other end of the house before they found the bait. 1st Response returned, checked bait areas, looked for activity in the house, and installed an extra, indoor bait box in an inconspicuous spot on the wall, at no extra charge (as part of our treatment plan). We haven't seen any activity since. We appreciate their friendly, quick service and their willingness to let us follow them around asking questions the whole time!

Description of Work: We had a "storage beetle" problem in our bathroom - first time in the 13+ yrs we lived here. Chris explained what he would do to correct it. He told us to contact him after 2 weeks if problem persisted. Bugs did persist but much less. He sprayed again (no cost) and problem is now solved!
