Solid service, they showed up as planned and took care of the job. So far after 6 weeks, no more mice!

I switched from a different provider whose service deteriorated. I have had the initial servicing from 1st Response. Very professional and responsive. They listened attentively to my needs and set up a comprehensive plan, which specifically addressed my concerns and was thoroughly explained. I am very pleased with the service to date-no insects, no rodents, no pest problems at all.

Last year 1st Response did an application to my house to control ants. By November I had ants in my basement and by February they were in my kitchen. After I called a man showed up and, after seeing that I had a patio, said that patios are where ants live and no wonder I had an ant problem. He said that they have a spray that they use on patios but didn't use it last year. He said he'd make a note to apply it this year which had me wondering why they didn't use the spray in the first place knowing that my patio is where ants live. Go figure. He did put out a poison and we haven't seen any ants since. Thank goodness for the "guarantee."

We have had a pest control contract on each of 3 homes since 2006 and LOVE our friends at First Response. They make it easy for us to renew our contract annually, come out each quarter to service our home, and on the very rare occasion we've had a pest concern they've been super responsive. I always answer the phone when I see they're calling! They show up when they say they will, charge the amount agreed upon, and we very rarely see any bugs at all. Huge peace of mind! I think our annual service agreement (for 4 quarterly treatments) is about $600.

Excellent. No more giant ant hills and no more mice in the house. I have been a customer for over a year and I participate in their year-round program to make sure the rodent problem doesn't happen again. We live on wooded acreage so keeping rodents out of the house is challenging but 1st Response has managed to keep pests away. Every technician has been extremely courteous, prompt, professional and thorough. The company cares about its customers and it shows.

It was fantastic. First he inspected the outside of the house for nests and to see if the eaves needed treatment. He determined they did not. He let me know they were coming down the chimney and he treated the chimney. I had no more wasps for the rest of the fall! Many exterminators will not even come out for bees/wasps. I had several wasps come into the house which caused problems for myself and my cats. 1st Response came out quickly, assessed the problem, and solved it without trying to upsell me on any other services. If/when wasps become an issue in the future, I will certainly call 1st Response to deal with them!

I've used 1st Response for 2-3 years now. They are very friendly and will return if a problem persists after a treatment. I'm on a yearly program and they notify me when they are coming for outdoor work and email to schedule when they need interior access. This spring they returned to address a stink bug issue--no extra charge and the stink bugs disappeared. We travel a lot and the wasps, etc. just seem to take over our rural home if we're gone for long. This service has been a BIG help in addressing those critter issues.

I called and they set up an appointment. The service tech cane on time, treated the area and said to give it a few days. If I saw them then to call and he would come back and re-Treat. Very professional. I would definitely use them again.

The service provider communicated well, all services were performed as promised and the price was reasonable. It was a very good experience overall.

The tech came out as scheduled, even though it was raining, to explain the process to me. He returned later that day after the weather cleared up and took care of the hive. Within 48 hours, we were bee free!

We have been using 1st Response Pest Service for many years. We sign up for their Spring, Summer and Fall service.

They are professional, courteous and always call before coming and let us know what they are going to do.

We have signed up for a maintenance plan to protect our home and right now everything is bug free!

We haven't seen anymore mice. The price of a visit was reasonable $350.But we had to sign up for three more visits. They also sprayed for ants.

They promptly scheduled someone to come out and spray the wasps to create carriers that killed the entire colony. Would recommend without reservations!

We phoned Thursday night and Chris came out Monday - September, busy times for pest companies - and treated both sites. It only took about 1/2 hour and he injected something that he said would make them sick. Over the next three days, we went from sighting 30 or 40 in the house to just a few stragglers. We were happy with the response, treatment and thoroughness. Would definitely hire again!

They come out quarterly. We signed a contract for the year. I've never had anyone else quote, but I think they are probably expensive for what they do. They came out quickly. It seems to be working. They did a good job educating me about what to expect, and what I had going on in my house.

The tech (Chris) showed up promptly at the appointment time. He was uniformed and had booties for his shoes, both of which gave me a boost of confidence. Chris was pleasant, professional and patient with my questions....all of which he answered. He walked me through what the service entailed and why each thing was being done. He also gave me all the options for continuing service (which I selected). It's only been a day or two, but I can already see that the spiders are pretty much gone. We'll see if they stay that way, but even if they don't, Chris let me know that all I had to do is give them a call and they would come back out. I compared this service with several others including a number of national brands that you see advertised on TV. After researching the others and speaking to most of them on the phone, I got the best vibe from 1st Response. My gut was right. Whereas the national brands treated me almost like an inconvenience, the whole 1st Response team made me feel as though they valued my business and were going to work to earn it. The communication from the company was much appreciated. I got periodic emails and the day before, I got an automated call to remind me of the appointment. I would definitely recommend.

Very quick response time and the bees are gone. I had tried to treat myself but the nest was too deep in the ground. Shawn explained how they treat for yellow jackets and informed me that they offer a 30 day warranty. I have been using 1st Response for rodent control for many years now and always find them to be very customer responsive.

They were great to talk to on the phone, very informative. They had good scheduling availability, and we're on time and really nice. Plus the spiders haven't been seen again, which is pretty good for a new construction area. We went with the ongoing service plan, and I would recommend the same for anyone else.

They did a great job. We had a June bug issue, and 1st Pest came out in between their scheduled visits to deal with it. I love my bug-free basement!
