Arrived on time, sprayed the perimiters of the basement on the inside and house on the exterior. everything went well and very timely. return offer deals were suggested by company for further preventative measures, but I told him I was going to wait and see first, but at least he did offer them at a discount.

We found our new exterminator! We were concerned the cat might have brought in some fleas and when I woke up with a rash we panicked that he did or worse we had bed bugs. I sent an e-mail inquiry and Jay called first thing the next morning. Someone came out that day and provided a brief consultation of what could be done. After a trip to the nurse it appears my rash might be plant related, not bug related. But 1st Response was so prompt and professional that if the bee hive under our deck returns in the Spring they will be my only call.

They treated my house for termites. They were timely and they did an excellent job. I will and have recommended them to friends

Used this service last year when I found/noticed mice in the house they were very efficient and professional and helped me with my issue It's year I requested they re fill their bait traps to maintain a mice free environment. They quickly scheduled my apt and completed the entire inspection and rebate process unless than an hour. Well be using them every year (I live near the woods so common problem)

They were very friendly and within a few weeks all the pests were gone, which I the expectation that was set up for me, and I haven’t had a problem since.

It went fine. They came when they said they would and worked inside first so I could leave for work while they did the outside of the house.

The owner, Jay Neff, came to the rescue a few years ago when we had an indoor yellow jacket infestation. We were first time customers and so impressed with Jay's level of service that we decided to become preventive maintenance customers. Have been using 1st Response for over a year now. They are always prompt, honest and professional. It is easy to do business with them. They call you to schedule service, they are on time and work around your schedule. Payment is easy and I haven't had a pest problem since. They are honest and hard working. They never try to sell you any service you do not need. Used them at work, had an issue at home, they cleared it up and told me I did not need a quarterly service at home.

The job manager came into the house and looked around. He asked us what our observations where concerning bugs. He explained clearly what they would be doing and what it would accomplish. He went outside and we went around the exterior of the house and he explained what they would do and what we should expect. For instance, we would see some bugs crawling across the sidewalk to try and get away from the pesticide. (Later on I did see this happening several times.) After that they did the applications. We talked to them about the future and scheduled them to return in October, which they did punctually. They were very friendly, very informative, did an excellent and effective job. So they have now serviced our home inside and out twice. . We highly recommend First Response to anyone considering a pest exterminator and we will use them in the future when necessary.

Fine, I don't see any wasp/hornet's nest this year, so far. However, I would like to know about the chemicals they use, so I can google them to see if there are any side effects. They could not provide me with that information.

We've been using them for 5 years. They do a wonderful job. I've used other companies & this is the best. They come with nice, clean trucks & they dress & appear professional.

Their technician, Chris, showed up on time and we did a walk thru of our house so that I could point out the various areas of entry of the stink bugs. I also explained we have issues with wolf spiders in the Fall and ants in the Summer. He promised their treatments would address all of our concerns. He wore plastic coverings on his shoes so as to avoid tracking dirt into our home, which was nice.

Can't say enough good about the project from start to finish. The company was timely in their response to my inquiry and the technician who did the work was very professional. He described the details of the application and proffered information about the company's services without that pushy sales pitch that some deliver.

They were fine. The deal was good. They just were trying to sign me up for a contract and was a little pushy.

They are very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. After finding sawdust in a basement closet, we were afraid we had termites. From the initial call to 1st Response, Lisa asked what other signs we were noticing (large ants, moisture in the basement) and was able to determine we were most likely experiencing carpenter ants instead of termites. She explained what kind of treatment would be used and alleviated any fears I had about using sprays around my baby and dogs, and also gave me an estimate based on square footage. Chris came and checked out the sawdust (determined it to be carpenter ant frass), found further evidence of ants and poked around behind insulation until he found the ants nest. He left the baits to do their job and treated outside the house. Two weeks later, he came back to check on the nest (no sign of the ants) and sprayed the basement and outside the house. We signed up for the Summer and Fall treatment program (missed the Spring treatment) in hopes of preventing any further infestations.
