It worked out very well. They came out within a week of purchase. They were very thorough and did the work throughout the entire house. They did a great job.

He was on time. He checked and did not see any mice or squirrels. He took care of the bugs that were there. He said it was too cold to spray outside but they will come back out when the weather was nice. He was good and very nice.

It was fine. They had to come back to keep checking until they were gone.

Couldn't ask for a better company !!!!! My wife hates spiders !! Since they have us on a program were they come out every few months we have no issues with pest !!! Its crazy, I came home right after they sprayed outside, I thought it had rained just on our house.They spray every square inch of your house, well worth the $$. We have been customers for 7-8 years. Jeff and his people are always professional and helpful; they come when they say they will. Office contact always polite and helpful. When there is a problem, they look for the solution and explain what they are doing and how they will fix it.

We found a few spiders and ants in our new home we just purchased (we have .5 acre lot and lots of green space) and had 1st Response Pest Mgt come out to evaluate and spray. We just had a baby on 9/25/14 so had them come out while we were still in the hospital (and pets were at the kennel). My mom went to our house to greet them - they were very detailed and thorough with her, explaining what service they were providing and what to expect after they were done. They left our house as clean as how we left it too. We noticed a couple new ants coming out a few days later, so they came back to respray. We have been so pleased with their level of service and guarantee, and couldn't be happier we chose them to manage the bugs at our new home. I highly recommend!

It went well. They provided the services as requested. Very professional and reliable. Arrived as scheduled and went straight to work. Cleaned up well when finished. Do not remember the price paid. Informed us of where infestation was and what was needed to treat it. Would highly recommend them to others.

When I called they scheduled me for the next day. They gave a time range of an hour or two rather than the all morning or all afternoon times given by others I had called. Chris came right on time and explained that wasps rarely build nests in chimneys. He felt they were coming from nests in our eaves (which I had never noticed but he spotted right away). Then they would fly down the chimney seeking a warm spot and get into the house that way. He suggested hanging a wasp pest strip in the chimney that gives off something that kills wasps; it is not a pest strip that they fly into and get stuck - this one actively kills the wasps. He also found the nests that I had been unable to locate on my own. He offered me two plans - one was for a one time treatment and the other was to have 4 visits spread out over a year that would cover all pests, not just wasps. We chose to go with the one time visit purely for current budget reasons. If we could have, I would have signed up for the year as it makes a lot of sense. When Chris came into the house he put on little booties so as to keep the floors clean. He didn't mind the cats hanging around to see what he was doing. He explained things very clearly but without any pressure. I was out when the fellows came to spray but they left a card with the time and service they had provided and I could tell the spraying had been done. They even sent a follow-up thank you card! It was very pleasant dealing with everyone at 1st Response, from the nice lady who answers the phone to the kind gentlemen who performed the service. They were wonderful, performed exactly what we needed done and even had a coupon for Angie's List members! I will certainly use them again!

I had stink bugs coming in the house. After he sprayed, I had none and have been bug free since. We also signed a contract for quarterly visits. Very happy with the responsiveness and service.

Jay Neff and his associates are absolutely committed to providing quality customer service at a fair price. I had a problem with a very large honeybee hive and Jay coordinated all the necessary contractors and helpers to take care of this problem - which was one of the largest hives anyone had ever seen in a wall area! He took great care to make sure it was removed safely and cleanly. I trust Jay in my home when I am not there and I know that he truly has my best interests at heart. I would absolutely recommend 1st Response for any pest control problem - he will see it through to the end. 1st Response has been my pest control service provider for over 10 years and has always provided quality customer service and exceptional results.

Everyone from the person in the office to the technicians were very professional and friendly. The technician arrived on time and explains in detail what was going to be done. They did need to come back for the basement but that was expected. I would definitely use them again if needed (I hope not) and highly recommend using them.

Heard a mouse early one morning in the attic space above master bedroom. Called 1st Response and was able to schedule within a couple days. Technicians Jay N & Garrett arrived right on time and climbed up into the attic to investigate. They then baited with 15 bait pellets throughout the entire attic, in the channels the mice had made in the insulation. Wherever mice go they will find a pellet. I love the fact that these pellets will last through the winter, and that there are no bait station boxes placed up there at some random place where mice may or may not be traveling.

I started using them this spring. I had a real problem with a certain kind of a bug, box wood beetle. They were very responsive. They came out right away and treated it. They have a three treatment program and I set up for it. They have taken care of it. They are back this fall. They have come back twice to retreat them because we really have a problem out here with them, but they are doing a real nice job. The three treatments a year is during spring, fall, and summer and they call about two or three days in advance. You do not have to be here. They just need to get in. I have set up this spring for the whole year. If you have any problems, they come back out right away, no hassle. They guarantee that they will get rid of the bugs for you.

From the first call to the friendly, competent office staff to the elimination of the yellow jacket nest, this was a very professional job. Jeff arrived when he said he would, explained what he was going to do, how the process would work, and proceeded to do the job. The yellow jacket activity stopped when he said it would and he gave explicit instructions to repair the opening.

1st Response Pest Management did a great job eliminating the yellow jacket problem. As the technician was spraying the insecticide a number of white powder covered yellow jackets came out of the hole. It only took about 2 or 3 hours for there to be no more sign of yellow jacket activity. We have not seen any yellow jackets around the patio since. 1st Response Pest Management was very effective at eliminating the yellow jackets.

They showed up on time but the weather was not cooperating at all. It rained all day. We rescheduled and they were back out within 4 days to complete the service. The owner was professional and friendly

I was really satisfied. I would recommend them and consider using them again.

From the time I paid for the deal on Angle's List til the provider left my home after completing the services requested, it was apparent customer focus is a priority for this company. Phones calls to confirm the date and time of the service all from very nice and friendly people. Very user friendly to change the service date. The serviceman knew his job and professionally cared for what was asked for and did so with a smile. I would definitely use this company again. Customer focus is their mantra.

Chris Brandt was sent within a day or two of my call, did a follow-up visit in 2 weeks, answered my questions, and eased my concerns. I could not have asked for better service.

My call was answered by a live person. The other two companies I called I had to leave voice mail. They got the details and came out the following day. They were effective and quick.

Shawn returned 2 weeks later and checked all of the traps, reloading the ones that had been used. He pointed out places where he thought they might be getting in, and we are dealing with that. So far, we have not seen any new problems. We still have some warranty time left in case we see a return as the weather turns cooler.

We were especially impressed with the quick response to our call, and the great communication with the company before the scheduled appointment. There is a 30 day guarantee in case the yellow jackets return, but they were gone within a few hours. Professional, prompt service at a reasonable price!

just to let some people know some older houses this treatment dont work as well as it should my house been treated 3 times twice with this company still i found bed bugs and got garage full i need to get rid of not sure how im getting them back either cats or somehow there hiding from heat not like this company does not try to help me they been very helpful i am just very frustrated and have other problems not to keep paying over 2 grand a pop to get rid of these nasty buggers only thing i can do is try to prevent in future use bed bug strips and hope they never come back larry u may read this but im just stating what is happening i know our house not best shape in the world either please dont respond at this point i can only do preventive measures
