Description of Work: First, the website says free estimate but the gentleman tried to charge me $150. He went from saying that the AC unit was just leaking freon to telling me I needed to replace the whole unit. He drilled holes in my ducts to check the temp and never repaired them. He never mentioned that there was a charge of $150 until after his inspection. He was here for 2.5 hrs and spent most of the time on the phone asking his boss (dad) for help because he didn't understand the problem. Do not use this company. Ever. |

Description of Work: My furnace wasn't working. Outside temps in the 20's - inside temp heading down. Anthony, who is the owner, called me back within a half hour of my call ON A SATURDAY LATE AFTERNOON, and arrived at my home within an hour. He explained his diagnosis of the problem and told me what to look for if I have further issues so that if I need to call him again, I can provide "clues" so he can be prepared. The furnace is 21 years old but he didn't try to sell me on a new furnace or any unnecessary parts. He fixed the immediate malfunction and the house is heating up once again. Anthony has a good sense of ethics, morality, and fair mindedness as well as being a good neighbor. The price, including the cost of the emergency call, was very reasonable.

+ -1 moreShowed up for the first inspection within 1 day of calling. Responded with multiple estimates within another day. I scheduled a date for the selected work to be performed. He showed up on time and finished the job in about 4.5 hours. He answered all questions I had and explained everything he was doing in the first inspection when the leak was discovered. A very good experience overall.
Description of Work: Inspected current A/C and discovered a leak in condenser coils. Gave an estimate to just replace the coils and also replace the entire A/C system. The A/C was about 20 years old so we chose to replace the entire system for $2900.
