The team did an excellent job. His initial quote was very accurate to the final price paid. The quality is superb. They paid very good attention to detail and you can tell Samuel takes a lot of pride in his work/craft. The new cabinets are wonderful and we have received many compliments. They are a smaller company, so it took a little while for them to get to us, but once they started, they were done in 7 days and worked full days to complete the job. The counter top is beautiful and he did an excellent job coordinating the install of that and also putting in a new sink/faucet. I have had a few minor issues since they have completed the kitchen, and he has quickly responded and taken care of everything. I am very pleased and would highly recommend them.

After shopping around, we decided to use Troyer Transformations for our cabinet refacing. The quality of their work was superior to the other companies we looked into, and on top of that, they had the most competitive estimate. Our experience with Samuel and his team was great. Samuel responded to inquiries promptly, and had great suggestions to improve the functionality of our kitchen. Samuel and his team (Jeremy and Ed) arrived promptly each day and cleaned up after themselves each evening, so we were still able to use our kitchen throughout the renovation. Most importantly, Samuel and his team are good people. I felt completely comfortable having them in my home. I have several young children, and they were great with the kids (they even left them a little Christmas present on their last day of work). Our finished kitchen is beautiful. I highly recommend Troyer Transformations.

The transformation is beautiful. The company pays great attention to detail and uses high quality materials. The crew shows up on time and is very professional. They were able to do a custom paint color and came up with creative ideas to improve the kitchen storage.

Troyer Transformations did an outstanding job re- facing our cabinets in our kitchen. They "transformed " our kitchen. The cabinets are beautiful! They were very professional and easy to deal with. Samuel and his crew showed up on time and cleaned up every day before they left. They gave me a timeline and actually finished earlier than expected. I would highly recommend them.

Our cabinets look wonderful. The quality of the work is excellent, much better than laminate resurfacing. They arrived on a Monday and most of the work was completed on Friday. The lazy Susan door and another drawer had to be re-ordered as well as a door that sustained some damage in delivery. They were back within 2 weeks to complete the work. The only complaint we would have is the lead time between our contracting their service and the actual beginning of the work. That took about 4 months. This was due to them being booked up, which is understandable. Their work is top quality, making them a popular contractor. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use again in the future.

From the project estimation phase to the final sweep. Samuel and his assistant were skilled, courteous and professional you will not find a better craftmanship quality like Troyer Transformation. Frankly, we have encountered very few contractors that we could say that about. The project was estimated properly so it was clear that Samuel and his father Housa was listening to what we had to say, and there were no surprises when the project actually kicked off. The craftsmanship above and beyond and we never got the impression that he was in over his head. We were informed daily on the status of the project. Finally, and this might seem like a small thing to some but it was important to us, they never left a single day without cleaning up after themselves. While living through a construction project is always challenging, Samuel and his assistant made it much easier than we expected. Give these guys a shot. You won't regret it!

Superbly--started job on date agreed upon, completed job on scheduled date. Began each work day by 8 a.m. and worked diligently until 5 p.m. Quality materials (solid maple), high degree of preciseness in work. Easy to discuss modifications with owner. Congenial work atmosphere. Kept the premises spotlessly clean. Asked for 1/2 of agreed upon cost up front and 1/2 upon completion of work. Had a crew of 3--the owner and 2 assistants. High quality tools.

I found Troyer Transformations on Angie's List. I was seeking to remodel a 1980's style kitchen that had white laminate doors with oak C-handles. Typical for the 1980s but this style of kitchen is now very outdated. The cabinets are originally Woodmode and the boxes are still in great shape. I also liked the floor plan. The issue was the outdated style of the kitchen and yellowed laminate cabinet doors and trim. I was seeking to have a transitional style kitchen with white shaker style doors however did not see the need to tear out an entire kitchen and start over. I first met with Hosea Troyer in September 2013. He arrived on time and was very helpful in assisting me with door style and wood finishes. He made many great suggestions such as removing two old appliances garages to make more counter space and adding crown molding to the top of the cabinets. His cost estimates came within my budget and with his help I was able to visualize how the completed project would look. His cabinet doors and all trim are made in Holmes county. Very high quality. The kitchen was completed in late March and I could not be more thrilled with the outcome. it is absolutley beautiful and exactly what i wanted. Hosea's son Samuel and his partner Jeremy did the install. Very talented and professional carpenters. They cleaned up after themselves each day and worked around my previously installed countertop and appliances. I cant say enough great things about Troyer Transformations. We met Hosea at the Home & Garden show but didn't contact him for an estimate until June. We committed on June 29 and our cabinets were ready by Labor Day. Everything went very well. The work was all performed by Hosea Troyer and his two sons over 6 days. They completed the demolition on the first day. All plumbing was our responsibility. We did not have the use of the kitchen sink and dishwasher during the work so I advise everyone to plan for that. I also recommend covering everything in nearby rooms for easier dust clean up when the job is finished. They did leave the kitchen nice and clean before they left each day. We appreciated a couple of suggestions for improvements we had not anticipated. The Troyers' attention to detail was extraordinary. The quality of the craftsmanship in the cabinetry is superior to anything we saw when we shopped around for our kitchen renovation. We love our kitchen transformation!
