Description of Work: We asked to have this company look at our patio doors which were drafty. Mr. Gingrich was prompt and professional, and his products appeared to be of a high quality. However, another company that subsequently looked at our patio doors, indicated that they did not really need to be replaced and the drafts could be fixed instead. For a $5.00 part, the drafts have been fixed.

Description of Work: Elmer and Mike removed 3 single entrance doors from the side, rear, and between the house and garage of our home, rebuilt the sub structures and installed new energy star insulated doors, then reinstalled our existing storm doors on the side and rear doors. You could not ask for a better overall experience. From the start they kept in touch regarding scheduling. cleanup was perfect. Best of all the doors work perfectly. I would highly recommend Precision Building Services.

Description of Work: WE HAD THREE EXTERIOR STEEL DOORS INSTALLED, AND ONE SCREEN DOOR. THEY LOOK GREAT, AND SEEM TO BE OF VERY HIGH QUALITY. EVERYONE WE DEALT WITH WAS EXTREMELY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY ALSO CLEANED UP WELL, AND SPENT EXTRA TIME MAKING SURE EVERYTHING WAS RIGHT. NICE FOLKS.
