VERY TIMELY, REGULAR UPDATES ON STATUS OF PARTS ORDERED AND EXTREMELY PRICE COMPETITIVE. FOR EXAMPLE, ANOTHER PLUMBER GAVE AN ESTIMATE ON $165 TO FIX A LEAKING FAUCET, HENRY TOOK CARE OF IT IN 5 MINUTES WHILE HE WAS HERE WORKING ON OUR WHIRLPOOL TUB FOR THE COST OF A GASKET AND RING, A $2 CHARGE!!
