The young man showed up on time and ready to go to work. He was very proffesional and polite. Finished work in a timely manner and to the satisfaction of my wife. No easy task.

It went terrible: They told me the hot tub was good in my home inspection - it was completely broke, unfixable The sent a pool cleaner who didn't know what he was doing - looked confused about how to check the water Pool turned green in the middle of the summer - right before my 3 years old birthday, used this as an opportunity to charge me a bunch of money Showed up on the last day and dropped off full container of Clorine to squeeze me for another $80 said they would take it back and they never did. One of the owners was responsive but the rest of the company is terrible - you have to fight with them to do what right and they look for every chance to charge you more.

I have been very pleased with the service provided by Endless Pools. They have arrived every Friday without fail and my pool has been crystal clear all summer. We have always cared for the pool ourselves, but what a relieve to have it so clean all the time without having to do it ourselves. We love the new pool heater that they installed. All of the folks at Endless Pools have been great to work with and they are very prompt with requests for service of any kind. We plan to have them make a new pool cover in the spring.

For what they do, their prices are very reasonable, given their excellent service. We really appreciated their attention to detail. The pool is crystal clear thanks to them. They are just great.

He was very good. He came during the appropriate time slot and did what was asked. It was things we could have done ourselves but we knew that when we called him. Mostly we wanted someone to run a check on our hot tub, get it up and running - and he did that. He was pleasant and professional. I would definitely call them again for service.

They did what they said they were going to do

It was frustrating to wait so long while water was leaking out of our pool only to have to find another company. If you make a commitment - honor it. Basic business sense.

I had sent an email to Endless Summer describing my problem and received a prompt phone call asking for more details. I set up a date for the service technician to examine my tub. He came on time and quickly determined what the problem was. Within a few minutes he had corrected the problem. I've already recommended them to a friend and plan to use them in the future.

All services performed by Endless Summer over the past five years have been excellent. Most recently, they had to dig to expose and repair leaking underground water pipes. This job was completed yesterday evening and the cleanup was done so well that I can't even tell that work was done. It is incredibly refreshing to find a company this reliable, focused on providing high quality work and complete customer satisfaction I recommend them to anyone that needs pool or spa maintenance or repair work.

I contacted Endless Pools as we contemplated changing companies for our pool service. My telephone contact was handled professionally and promptly. The man and woman that came to our home were knowledgeable and friendly. They offered weekly service at a reasonable cost and made suggestions that were helpful. Had we not decided to keep our current service (having been with the same company for 20 years), I would have definitely used Endless Pools for our pool service.

We have had several pool companys over the last 5 years- Endless Summer Pool and Spa by far have given us the best experience by far. They do what they say they are going to do and come in at the price they quote.

The technician went over and above to fix our problem.

They are very good. The last time I used them for drain works, I spent $150. For the current work, it is probably going to be $500 for the new covers and pool repairs. I would recommend them. They have been very helpful. I would use them again in the future.

He was very conscientious and determined to fix the problem. He came out after hours and even weekends trying to fix the problem I was having. It turns out the hot tub was not repairable. We were thrilled with this experience! We would hire him again.

It went very well. Endless Summer has been opening and closing our pool for a couple of years now. Tom came by to open it up, but I had forgotten to switch on the circuit breaker. He did what he could, then called me and told me. He came again later that day after I had the chance to switch it back on, but I had forgotten to leave out the skimmer basket so he still couldn't switch it on. I came back from work one more time to leave that for him, and he came back again a third time that day! Tom and Jeff have always been very accommodating of our schedule and our dogs in the backyard.

A representative of the company returned our calls outside of their business hours to address our concerns regarding the heater malfunction (We were concerned that the spa might freeze up). The company inspected the spa and, after ordering parts, replaced the main controlling unit. All of this was done on an unit partially recessed into an outdoor snow covered deck when temperatures were below 20 degrees. My wife and I really appreciated their responsiveness and willingness to assist under less then desirable weather conditions.

The company was very prompt in coming to our home to measure for the new tub. Communication was very good and delivery/installation was very timely (about two weeks). We compared pricing and thought that the installed cost was very reasonable. We will contact this company again should we encounter any issues with our outdoor spa.

I have been using since 1999. They do everything from start to finish, even installing a pool! They have a weekly service for pools and hot tubs where the come out weekly to check the chemicals, clean the pool, and do regular maintenance on the pumps and filters. If I ever have any problems they come out right away the next day. They come so often they are like family members! They are completely, 110% dependable. All the guys have a specialty that they can work on. A+ all the way around!
