Tonia is very hard to work with (her way or the highway personality). They claim they can no longer service my area but there was a truck on my street yesterday servicing a pool? Service is never consistent, and quality varies drastically between technicians, many with lack of experience and knowledge.

They have been very good. They have been on time and came when they were scheduled. They have been courteous, thorough, and helpful. I would recommend them and I will continue to use them.

We had a very negative interaction with the new office Admin Tonia Rotondo. In an effort to solve a pool problem, she demonstrated extremely poor customer service skills and fabricated events. She called us angry about the situation with pressured speech preventing us from speaking. Despite attempts at having a conversation and in an effort to calm her down, she abruptly told us to find another company and hung up on us. We reached out to the Managing Partner, Tom Mader in an attempt to resolve the situation. We are long term customers, having used this company for several years and have no prior conflicts. We have not received a reply. Disappointing customer service lacking professionalism, courtesy or business acumen. Would not recommend

They fulfilled all my requests and were nice about it. I will highly recommend and continue to use them.

May31-June1, 2017 I scheduled a pool cleaning and opening for May 31 and June 1st. I emphasized that they needed to be careful powerwashing the stainless steel pool because it had been damaged before by inexpert technicians with powerwashers . They came out and removed the winter cover and drained the pool. The next day the Kevin came out and powerwashed the pool very carefully, using a low pressure nozzle. I was very pleased with the result. The pool used to be hand washed but since power washers became popular almost all pool companies seem to use them. I had been very nervous, but he did a wonderful job . After cleaning, I began to refill with water. When I reached the skimmer compartment it had not been cleaned. I called the company and they sent someone out to clean it within a day. It was a small thing and they corrected it. Later, Seth came out and started the pump and filter and put calcium in the water. He stored the winter cover and brought out the solar blanket but did not set it up. He brought the ladders and railing out and installed them. After he and his coworker left I discovered the filter pump was leaking. I called the company and they sent someone out to fix it. Later I noticed the leak from the filter plug had not been repaired. I called again and they came out again and fixed it. This company is prompt and responsive and the people are courteous and professional. They are a pleasure to work with. The secretary can answer basic questions about pools and water, which is a help as it saves time, and is not true in many companies. I think their prices are fair and if they forgot to do something they do not charge for a return visit. For their own sakes as well as their customers, however, I would suggest they be more thorough during visits, maybe using a checklist. Also, I would like to know what chemicals are put into the pool at the beginning, end, and during the season. This is not so much for pricing as to know what’s in the pool. The owner has to keep the water balanced during the season to protect pool and equipment . I disagree with the remark one of Endless Summer ‘s employees made that “you cannot have too much chlorine.” In fact you can, and especially if the water is not balanced the chlorine can corrode the metal in a pool. Ideally, information about chemicals would be on the statements. I would use this company again and recommend it to others. 8/20/17 The viewing glass on the pump assembly was leaking and I called Endless Summer to fix it. Jeff came out within a few days and fixed it. He also advised me on an item of pool maintenance and moved the solar blanket back into the garage. He was courteous, professional, and helpful. From what one employee of this company told me, they have to turn potential customers away in order to maintain their standards. I am glad they do and wish more companies would do the same. October 16, 2017 Endless Summer was scheduled to close my swimming pool after I had lowered the water level. I ran into trouble lowering the water myself and asked them to finish lowering it with a pump when they came out, which they did. I asked them if possible they close the pool the same day as they finished lowering the water -- the originally scheduled closing day. They did this, which was helpful. They winterized the pool, put away the equipment, and installed the winter cover. They did a good job.

The staff in office and on-site were always very friendly, helpful, and courteous. They are very knowledgeable. The pricing is good in comparison to competitors. I will definitely use them in the future.

I can't praise this company enough. I wanted to get my pool/hot tub opened earlier than expected since some family was coming over on Spring Break. I called them on Monday, they opened the pool on Tuesday and cleaned it on Wednesday -- just in time for the party on Thursday. The Endless Summer people are amazing, punctual, professional and actually care. I called another company and did not even get a call-back in the time they had my pool opened and cleaned. I have used them before and recommend them to everyone.

Horrible, 1) Did not show on scheduled day. 2) Did not honor billing arrangements. 3) Submitted unauthorized charge to credit card. 4) Would not answer repeated attempts to contact. 5) Has not returned our equipment. 6) Laughed at us when we finally did get in touch. If you want missed appointments, Fraudulent billing practices, and humiliation--use these guys.

chose another vendor. their insistence on $1200 for water delivery made them the most expensive company

Awesome. On time and responsive. Not only responsive, but calling me to proactively answer questions I might have.

Still working on it, but pleased with results for now.

It went fine. The ladies in the office are very helpful.

We have had Endless Summer maintain our pool for two summers now. (They also open and close pools.) The staff is well informed and courteous. They are very conscientious.

They did a great job. I have already contracted them for next year. Professional and courteous they work around my schedule with no problems. A great company to work with.

When I first contacted the provider they were great and did all the maintenance for my hot tub. Now, this year they have decided that I'm no longer "worth it" to come to Sunbury and provide me service. They must have not been as busy last year and needed my business, but now that they are busy, I'm no longer important to them. I would be leery to start a relationship with them due to the fact that they might drop you like a hot potato and any given time.

They came out in a timely manner and are very reliable.

Endless summer has been helping me maintain pool for about 5 years - they do a great job.

One of the owners, Mr. Caldwell, came out the next morning at 11:30 a.m. in response to my call. He explained what the equipment had done and why, and said the charge to repair it would be for an hour?s work plus parts. I was afraid the damage might have been really serious, but it wasn?t. He took time to explain things. I had been freaked out by this experience and really appreciated the prompt and good service. The only possible misstep was that some of the glue had dripped onto the pipe beneath and was not cleaned off before it dried. This might have been there already. A few days later, I checked the equipment and the new pipe seemed to hot. I also had a couple of other concerns. I called Endless Summer. Mr. Caldwell came out again and addressed my concerns. I had misunderstood some things about the levers and he cleared this up. He also explained that air in the system had made the pipe overheat, and that leaving both the main drain and skimmer valves completely open would contribute to this. After he left the equipment ran beautifully and the pipe did not over hear. I have just begun working with this company and so far I have been very favorably impressed. Price: I haven't received a bill yet.

Someone came out very soon, at the time the secretary had told me he would, either that afternoon of the next day. He repaired the drip in a very short time. I was later charged only ½ hour service call. I was very pleased with the service.

He was pleased. I think the price was fair based on other stuff that we had done.

He should have did what we did. We put extra water to get rid of the ice and drained the tub. We found someone else to repair the tub after drained.

Discussed pumps and gave advice, even though another company was doing warranty work. Even checked cl generator to make sure power was off.

We have an outdoor hot tub that has been empty and unused for many years. We are about to put our house on the market and wanted to get the spa up and running. Based on Angie's List reviews we called Endless Summer to try a schedule a service call. Unfortunately, this is the busy season for Endless Summer as everyone wants to get their pools up and running before Memorial Day. We were told that Endless Summer wouldn't be able to get us on their schedule for at least 6 weeks. However, Kelly, the woman who answered the phone was very pleasant and helpful. She explained their full schedule but still spent to time to talk over potential issues and things I could possibly check myself. She also recommended a specific gentleman who only works on spas (and thus would not be likely be burdened by the pool opening season) as well as a website for pool/spa professionals where I could look for other companies in the area. She also promised to give me a call in 6 weeks to checkin and see if we still needed work done (if I remember, I will update this review in 6 weeks to confirm if she followed up!). In any case, we ended up contacting the gentleman who has been great so far. He got us on his schedule in a very timely fashion and has been professional and pleasant to interact with and has found and fixed the leak I found with the spa (after following Kelly's advice!). Our new house does not have a pool or a spa, but if it did, I would definitely consider using Endless Summer to perform work/service on it.

It went fabulous. Everything was good.

Although we never went with them, they were friendly and helpful. The negatives were that they were a bit pricey and there responses were very delayed. We decided to go with another company because they got back to us much sooner.
