"I contracted with 1GR Builders to make an addition onto my home to connect the garage and house. The finished product is beautiful!!! Everything went so smoothly. I can't say enough good things about their work quality, cleanliness, timeliness, and communication. They got it done within the estimated cost and timeframe. The workers they employ were so professional and friendly, that I didn't even mind having them in my house. I am so grateful that I chose them and would definitely use them again in the future! "Mark was able to fit our small job into his schedule, and did a great job of matching the wavy edge on one side of the slab. You could sit outside and watch the crew with your grandmother and your 4 year and not worry about yelling, cussing, or anything that would be hard to explain to a 4 year old. "I posted this review and received a derogatory response from the company. I am reposting it with the information to validate that I was a customer of this company in October of 2014. I also provided photos in my original post of the things that I mentioned in the review. Flavio Pinheiro would never show up when he promised. The job kept getting delayed. All throughout this experience, he kept taking jobs out of state, and also claiming illnesses, to the detriment of my job. I travel for work, and can't be on top of these projects 24/7. They never finished the job, they did the mow strip incorrectly, and they left trash, chunks of concrete, and lawn damage behind. I finally had to have someone else come and finish it, costing me an additional $1500. They used some of my landscape trim to form the borders for the concrete pour, instead of creating themfrom their own supplies, promising that it would be easy to clean up. It wasn't, and the trim was no longer usable. He hired a Customer Service person, but that panned out to be worthless. I would not recommend this con artist to do anything in my yard ever again. As to the comment left from the company on my original review, I did indeed have a contract with Maxima Concrete, when Flavio Pinheiro was the owner. It may have changed hands since then, but the truth still stands for what I had to go through in October of 2014. I have attached a copy of the contract I had (with personal information blocked out) to prove it. The date of service for this contract was not accurate as posted, but this site does not allow for changes to that field. The site takes the date of the review as the date of the work done."

"This service was everything I could have wanted and more! My husband and I bought our house 4 years ago and kept going back and forth on what we wanted to do with our yard. I am SO glad that we waited and were able to find Christopher Brown Cemember, LLC. From the initial inquiry to the finished product, this was a 5 start experience. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Chris Brown was very responsive from day one and it truly felt like he cared about our project as if it were his own house. This was the best customer service and experience with a contractor that we've ever had and my husband works with contractors often. Chris was responsive, honest and efficient. They started our project on Monday and were finished by Wednesday. They ran into a couple issues with our steps along the way and communicated very thoroughly and the price never changed from the initial quote. I have recommende dhim to all my friends and family. Truly the best experience ever!"

"Company was great from start to finish. I had great communication with them along the way and they came out a couple times before we decided on what type of deck to accommodate both my wife and I’s time tables. The project was supposed to start about 2 weeks out from when we signed the contract but they called us and asked if they could do it earlier which was even better so they came out in less than a week and did the job. It turned out great. The deck looks awesome, the sunroom finally matches the house color and the new windows to the basement are secure. I’d hire them again."
