John (AMS Commercial Services owner/operator) got in touch with me quickly, set a time to come out the next day (not an emergency), and told me what his competitive charge rate is, and he arrived the next day on time. John is competent, fast, friendly, and courteous, and most importantly he's honest; he didn't try to sell me a new furnace or any other services I didn't need. He installed the new motor, checked, cleaned, and fine-tuned my furnace, as well as answering several questions I had regarding a couple of other related issues. If your furnace or AC is on the fritz, don't hesitate to give John a call.

Professional, upfront and honest. My heating system quit work New Years Eve. I received a phone call in less than 15 minutes. They were up front about cots and additional cost and parts avail because of he holiday. We decided upon a course of action and all was repaired as discussed. I highly recommend!
