John did a great job explaining what he was doing and why. Price was reasonable and he actually knows what he is doing with a fuel oil furnace.

John was prompt. He came the morning I did a search for HVAC repairman. He saw the problem, went to get the part, and fixed it. Very fair on the price as well. Nice guy.

John responded promptly to my request the very next morning. He asked questions and had an idea of my issue and arrived with the part needed to repair. He also helped to educate me on annual maintenance for my boiler. It was treaty appreciated.

I was able to get the technician to come to my house that same day. He had to get the parts so he came back early next morning. Not only the technician fixed the problem(my AC had a blown wire, a weak capacitor and needed some more Freon), he also checked the air flow in my house and corrected the settings. Overall it took more than 8 hours because he had to make several trips to my house, but the money was worth spent to keep my AC in a good shape.

Overall did a great job. I had multiple issues with multiple a/c units. He had to come several times. Was always very courteous and professional. He even came back over after just getting home from vacation. I would definitely hire him again.
