Perfect. The springs needed an adjustment 2 weeks after he put them in. I called him on the phone and he immediately came out for free and fixed the problem. Talk about customer service. A1 is definitely the best company that has ever worked on my house. We are moving soon and you better believe I will be calling them to install my garage. GREAT JOB A1

Naji was excellent! I realized the problem on a Friday afternoon - he was available for the call and was able to find time to come out later that day to take a look. That's impressive for a Friday afternoon. He immediately knew what the problem was. The spring needed replaced so he quoted their flat rate for that, which was very reasonable. He was very professional, pleasant and saved me from a long weekend without a car.

Naji came by after we discussed a $59 tune up service over the phone so he could see what was going on. He was at my residence for about 20 minutes testing some things out, discussed my concerns and gathered history of my personal upkeep surrounding the garage door system. I replaced my garage door opener last summer on my own and he said I did it perfectly. I was mostly concerned about the single spring on my double door and he let me know that it isn't exactly optimal compared to a 2 spring system, but it was large and strong enough to operate my door. He told me honestly that nothing absolutely needed done really preferred to do so and didn't want to charge me for his time. He said my basic yearly maintenance of lubing everything up and verifying bolts were tight was up to par and he would feel silly doing the tune up. He even gave me hints on testing the spring tension so I knew about any issues ahead calling him again. I will call A1 any time I need garage door service in the future. He is a great asset to the community.

It went great. The technician came out, replaced the spring with no problems and was done in an hour or so. A previous job took him quite a bit longer than expected so he arrived later than we agreed upon but he was always in communication with current expectations which was very nice. I'd hire this company again, they did a great job.

Nagi did a great job thought the process. He was very responsive when contacted. I called him in the late morning and he was able to come to my home by 5:00pm that day. He had completed the job in less than an hour and also lubricated the springs on the other garage doors.

Outstanding job - responsive, efficient, and honest

Naji was very pleasant, professional and conscientious about the work and what was needed. Attempted to repair opener motor but a new one was needed. Price was very reasonable. Would hire him again in a minute.

He tried putting more tension on the springs, but it didn't help. He ended up replacing the springs and the door works wonderfully. He was in and out in about an hour. Extremely nice and professional. I would definitely recommend them.

Great, very punctual, professional and explained my options. Great service and price. Very respectful of my time. Showed me the bad parts before disposing of them, actually lubricated my garage door, added new bolts to a failing hinge and replaced the broken off manual pull, all of these things done without my asking and of no charge! Will hire again, if we want to have a new garage door installed or another repair is needed. Highly recommend

I can't recommend A1 Garage Repair highly enough. From the first call to the final install, Naji from A1 was fantastic. He's extremely conscientious and puts communication and quality first. He went way over and above for us, giving up his personal time to complete the job. Ours was a large project—2 new doors and openers in an old garage—so I know it was not an easy job. We couldn't be more happy with the outcome.

Great service for a great price! Naji was at my home a few hours after I called. He had the parts on hand and talked through my different repair or replacement options. Not only was this gentleman knowledgeable and professional, but he was very helpful and seemed to genuinely care about the stranger on the phone. He was very understanding about my lack of knowledge of garage door mechanics and walked me through the diagnostics. He then asked me to call him back when I was done to let him know what I found. We will see how this works out, but if I have a problem with a garage door this is the company I will call. This company not only calls itself A-1, but it lives up to its name. I had called another company earlier in the week about this problem, and they were willing to come out for $130 for an estimate and to perform a service that might be an additional charge. A-1

Naji was amazing. I called around 4:30 and he informed me he could be there the same day between 6-7. It took him maybe 10-15 minutes to repair the issue ( broken spring on the garage door), and he noticed that my door opener sensors were both not working properly and to high so he repaired and adjusted those for free. Hopefully I will not need service for awhile, but I would definitely recommend him to family and friends.

This company was GREAT! I ended up buying a new door opener! This repair man came back later that day and installed the new one at 7:30pm and left at around 9:00pm! Great job of installing

I called at 4:30 on Friday night and the appt. was scheduled for 6:00 the same evening. A1 showed up and repaired the garage door within an hour. The best service that I have ever experienced!
