Fantastic. They arrived on time, were very professional, explained everything thoroughly and completed to work. In addition, they did a safety inspection and found/fixed a gas leak!!!

Great! The arm that lifts my garage door broke from the door. As the door was 26 years old I decided to buy a new one. A representative from A1 Garage Repair came to my house to check the door and to discuss a replacement door. I got a quote from them and ordered a new door (which took 6 weeks probably because I ordered an insulated door). When the door was ready they called me to set up a install date/time. The door installer (Nathan) arrived on time and had the door installed in around 3 hours (the amount of time he said it would take). He took the time to answer my questions about the door. The door looks and works great!

I got an appointment to replace the garage door opener at my mothers condo within a few days of contacting A1. Naji arrived on time and completed the work within an hour. He did a great job at a reasonable price! He us very personable and I highly recommend him to anyone needing garage repair work done.

Our garage door would not open on a Saturday morning, and we could not even lift it manually by releasing the emergency cord. We immediately phoned Naji at A1, who had done work for us on two previous occasions. Naji said that he would be at our house in about 4 hours, which, for a Saturday morning, was a remarkably quick response. Naji said that he would phone to alert us that he was on the way, which he did, arriving 30 minutes before he originally thought he could. He diagnosed our garage door problem instantly: brokem torsion springs. He had new torsion springs with him on his truck, and within 25 minutes he installed them and had our garage door working perfectly. He inspected all the working parts of the garage door opener and made some minor adjustments, just to ensure that the mechanism was in good order. Naji arrived dutifully wearing his protective mask, which we appreciated. As usual, he was friendly, personable, and industrious. He is the first person we would think of calling if we ever needed future garage door repairs. Our bill on this day was $220. Naji took no payment on the day he made the repair; he later e-mailed us an invoice that we paid with a credit card. From the moment we called him to the moment we were billed online, everything went smoothly. Highly recommended.

All in one afternoon: got them on the phone, arranged an appointment, and had the repair done quickly by a very nice fellow.

Extremely responsive. Called at 2pm and came out an hour later and fixed the problem an hour after that. One of the wheels fell off the track after he left and he came right back and fixed the problem without charging extra (was not the original problem that I received the estimate for).

Extreemly well, efficient work and fair market price. It was a delight to see how efficient and thorough the installation of a replacement spring could be done.

On April 27, Naji responded promptly to our request for help with a garage door which would shut and then immediately re-open. He was friendly and personable, but most of all, he was quick to diagnose the problem and make the necessary repairs. He first noticed that a large bolt which held the chain bracket to the door had worked its way loose and was both causing vibration and malfunction. We had not seen this broken bolt, but Naji's keen eye did. He replaced the bolt, adjusted the bracket and the door springs, and balanced the door. The fee for his repair was $89 and was money well spent to return the door to working order. Two months later, we phoned Naji to report that the door was closing but this time with great gravitational force, hitting the garage pavement with a bang when it came down. He returned promptly and fixed the problem by making adjustments to the closing-pressure on one of the opener's gauges. When we asked the charge for this second repair, he declared "No charge!" We greatly appreciate his professionalism and his dedication to customer service. We would recommend him heartily!

Naji showed up and assessed the situation quickly. He changed out my two springs and all my rollers quickly. Very personable and professional. He was very knowledgeable with his work. Would highly recommend him and wouldn't hesitate to hire him again.

Excellent work! Naji returned our call promptly and scheduled to come out to the house. We weren't sure what we actually needed to do to get the garage door remote working again. It hadn't been used in years and the key pad no longer worked. Naji was able to install a new universal door opener for us without having to replace the ancient garage door opener. He was prompt, polite, and efficient. Will definitely recommend him to others and hire him again when we are finally ready to replace the old garage door opener.

I called Naji on Wednesday morning regarding a busted spring on our garage door. He said he could come out that afternoon, unfortunately, I had a priority commitment so we arrange the call Thursday afternoon. Naji came in replaced the spring and was out in little over an hour. We have worked with Naji in the past to have some general maintenance completed on our existing doors and were blown away by his professionalism and responsiveness not to mention his over knowledge so it was a no brainier to give him call when it was time to replace our existing garage doors. This was my second time using A1 and, as with the first, service exceeded my expectations. The first time was to repair a garage door cable, this time was to inspect my garage door opener, which recently stopped working. Naji arrived promptly at the scheduled time, diagnosed this issue (deteriorating sprocket parts) and recommended solutions ranging from repairing the 13 year old opener to installing a new one from a choice of several models. There was no pressure to go beyond a low priced repair. Due to the age of the opener, I opted to replace the chain driven model with a new belt driven one that came with more power, LED lighting, WiFi and best of all a much quieter operation. Naji removed the old opener, installed the new one and replaced the sensors, door pad and key pad in about an hour. He helped me reprogram the door code and made sure all of my and my wife's questions were answered. If you are looking for someone to service your garage door or opener, I highly recommend Naji at A1 Garage Repair. The level of professionalism, honesty and customer service he provided was excellent. On a chart of the Kano model of customer satisfaction, A1 sits solidly in the top right quadrant.

I called A1 Repair and was able to talk with Naji immediately to explain my situation. He made it out the same day to evaluate the problem. The part we needed was not readily accessible so he ordered it and it arrived within a couple of days. Naji called me to let me know the part was in and came over the same day for the repair. He was really great to work with and I will continue to work with him in the future. He arrived on time, was very kind, very knowledgeable, and worked quickly. He even did an extra repair to the garage door buttons on the wall without me asking - and for no charge. I highly recommend this company!

Naji was awesome! I was late to meet him at my rental property as a result of a speeding ticket (plus when I finally did arrive I had an issue with the key ). Naji was extremely understanding and kind. When we finally did get in, he immediately got to work to replace the broken spring (which was trickier than normal due to the previous owner's drywall work) and completed the work quickly. I felt horrible about the delays and asked that he charge me accordingly, but he refused to do so and would not take anything exceeding his original estimate (I think he felt bad about my already having to pay for the ticket). Great guy! Will definitely hire him again.
