Responded to my call right away in the morning and scheduled the appointment for early that evening after I returned home from the office. The repair was quick and the service was professional.

Naji responded to my message right away and Kim got me scheduled within a matter of days since we were unable to use the garage door in the meantime. Naji arrived on time and replaced the opener. He needed an additional part to replace the spring (since the door is so old) and came back the following day to finish the job. He even replaced the wiring to the sensors since ours was bad and lubricated/tightened up the bolts on the door so that it opens and closes much quieter than before. Everything went well and we love our new garage door opener. Our neighbors were impressed when the power went out for a whole day recently but we were still able to use our garage door opener due to the battery back up feature.

I didn't even call them until after 2pm, but they had the work completed same day before 7pm. I couldn't have asked for better response / service. I paid about $200, which seemed reasonable, but I don't have anything to compare to, so I was happy with the price.

We had a great experience working with A1 Garage Repair. They quickly returned our call and scheduled a visit for the estimate. Naji provided alternative estimates (repair versus replacement) and clearly explained our options and the turn around time relevant to each. They responded to our numerous phone calls with patience and courtesy, and further explained our options and price variations. Once we decided to replace the garage door, Naji followed up with a call over the weekend to set the date and time he would be on-site for the work. He called again the morning of the scheduled repair to let us know he was on the way. During the installation Naji kept us informed and asked questions about what we wanted to do and how we wanted to proceed. At the end of the installation, he thoroughly cleaned up the work area, walked us through the installation process, explained maintenance needs, and went over the warranty. We're very happy with the replacement door. It was a pleasure working with Naji. We're impressed with A1 Garage Repair and we would use the company again and we will recommend it to friends.

A1 arrived on scheduled and had called ahead to be sure I was home. He was efficient and professional and explained what he was doing. I would hire him again.

They had me scheduled for the following day for my work. The technician called and asked if I was available about an hour after my original call. He was there quickly, performed the work of replacing both springs and lubed the whole door.

Naji was able to come out the same day I called. He called when he was on the way and was very polite and professional. He was able to spot the issue with my door right away and fixed it on the spot. Garage door spring was replaced very quickly and efficiently. .Then after the technician left the door would close a couple inches and stop and if we pressed the button again it would go back up. We called the technician and he came back and made a few adjustments and it's working fine now. Best experience I've had with a garage door repair. Technician was extremely personable and friendly and very knowledgeable.

Service was fantastic. To be honest this wasn't the first place I called. I started at the top of the Angie's List results in my area and A1 was about 3rd or 4th on the list. The first couple of places that I called immediately started talking about weekend prices for service. When I called A1, Naji answered the phone himself and fit me in to a tight schedule on a Saturday. The work was done quickly and professionally. When I got to talking to him after he was finished, I asked if he was the owner of the company. Naji's response was, "Yes, that's why I'm working on the weekend. None of my employees want to work weekends." Not only was his work done well and in a timely manner, but Naji seems to be a very personable and friendly guy who cares about the people who work for him. I will definitely use A1 again in the future.

It went well, he installed it with ease and also tightened the screws on the backs of the door to the frame. We are very pleased with the repair/replace.
