Did not do everything they quoted.

Performed as expected.

Luke came by to do an estimate for insulating and installing a vapor barrier in my 600 sq. foot crawlspace. The price for the whole job is more than I'm able to pay right now, so I decided to skip the insulation and just move ahead with the vapor barrier. I scheduled the work and Luke showed up right on time. He worked quickly and finished everything up on his own in just a couple hours. In the week since he finished the work, the humidity level in my basement has dropped almost 10%! The price does seem a little high for such a short amount of work and the way the vapor barrier is sealed down is not quite as neat as I'd like, but as long as it holds up and keeps the humidity down, I'm satisified!

I left a message to inquire about getting attic insulation. I was called back a couple hours later (1 company I called, called me back 2 days later, another one, called back a week later, and 2 didn't call me back at all) to set up an appt. to come to my home. After measuring, we sat down and John explained my options in terms that I understood. I was told my insulation could be completed on 3/10/2010, which was approx. 3 weeks away. The very next week Columbus had (another) snow storm. With the ice and snow building up on my roof, and very little insulation I got to experience ice damming. I called John, knowing that my appt. was still a few weeks away he could hear the fear in my voice about all the water that was melting in. I was told he would have someone over in a couple hours to access the problem and hopefully do something to get me through the next few weeks. He sent one of his employees out to my home, and that gentlemen spent the next 2 hours up on my roof getting all the ice off. No more water dripping through the ceiling!! I feel this company went above and beyond. On the day the insulation was blown in, they were on time, very hard working, and extremely neat.

The men showed up on time and got immediately to work. They had difficulty removing the aluminum siding as the old siding was a heavy gauge material and could not be easily flexed. They ended up having to remove all the siding on the gable ends instead of just one clapboard, they insulated the wall sections plugged the holes, actually glued in the plugs, replaced the siding without a mark. Some areas of the house were difficult to reach by ladder, they came back with a bucket lift and finished the job. they were very careful of flowers shrubs and lawn. Some insulation had to be installed from the inside of the house. They used drop clothes, vacuumed during drilling, and cleaned up all areas. They were actually on the job for almost four days as my house is the house from h***. They took their time and did a very professional job in all aspects.I will recommend this company to anyone that asks for insulation references.
