The owner of the company did the work. He was prompt, knowledgeable, efficient and did a great job. It is almost one year later and the door goes up and down perfectly and quietly. The price charged was an excellent value for the work that was done. I highly recommend Pickerington Overhead Garage Door.

My garage door spring broke yesterday morning. I called last night around 9:00 PM and left a voice mail. Received at call this morning at 7:30 AM and said they could service the door between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM. They arrived at 9:00 AM sharp. Talk about service!!!

We had a new Liftmaster 8550 installed to replace our 19 year old opener. Pickerington overhead garage door was a excellent choice! They arrived on time and did a great job. They were very good at answering all our questions about our new opener and cleaned up very well after installation. We love our new opener as this is our first belt drive opener we ever had. it is very quiet and has many features . I will use this company for all my garage door needs.

Door was exactly what I was shown in the brochure and looks beautiful. Makes my home look new. Were there when they said they would be and finished the job completely before leaving. I would definitely recommend this company.

I called this company and they came out to assess the damage when I got off work. I felt very stupid because I had caused the damage, but I was put right at ease by the owner. He said it happens more than you would think. He told me that I needed a new door and spring, but that the tracks were still in great shape and didn't need to be replaced. He was very professional, honest, and did the job quickly. I am very pleased with my new door.

All, I have to say is WOW. I called Saturday morning, not expecting to hear back until Monday and I received a call back within a few hours. They had an opening that day, so I took it. I had done my research through Angie's List and knew they had a great reputation, but this blew me away... same day service! It only took him 35 minutes to replace and he was done. Would highly recommend!

David arrived promptly and replaced the broken springs on our garage door. He had everything completed within an hour and our garage door was back in working order. My husband and I are pleased with his work and would use his services again. We would recommend him to friends and family.

About noon today my father called me at work to say he had accidentally hit the garage door with his golf cart and knocked it off the track and bent a few parts out of place. I immediately went to Angie's List and started looking for garage door repair in my area and found the Pickerington Overhead Garage Door Company. They were able to send someone out later that afternoon and gave me a one hour window of when I should expect the service man to arrive. A little later they called and said that they were able to come earlier if that was OK with me. I wasn't able to be there but my father was and he was very please with the work done. He asked the service man to make sure the door was in good working order after getting it back on track. He checked it all out and did a little needed maintenance. Dad said the service man was very professional, pleasant and thorough with his work. We will definitely call Pickerington Overhead Garage Door Company again in the future!

The spring on our overhead garage door broke on Saturday. I was able to obtain an appointment on Monday, as our cars were not stuck in the garage. The service technicians arrived promptly within the window of time stated. They were quick, efficient and professional. The entire job took them approximately 20 minutes. They also inspected our other garage door and lubricated and adjusted the tracks. They accept debit and credit cards through their smartphone. I would recommend them to anyone.

It went very well. The technician solved the problem. He also explained what he was doing to solve the problem. I appreciated that very much. I will definitely call him the next time we need assistance.

In a word PERFECT! They had to replace the entire seal, including the aluminum frame piece that bolts to the bottom of the doors. They arrived on time, replaced the seals (2 car door and 1 car door) and hauled away the old seals. I've used them multiple times in the past (spring replacement at 2 different locations, new opener and now the seals) and they are the only place I call!! They are very professional and do outstanding work, I HIGHLY recommend them!!

At approximately 11:30 Sunday morning my wife heard an unusual sound in the garage. Upon investigation, I discovered that the right spring on the 2 car garage door was broken. I was unable to get the door up, and since both cars were inside the garage, we were stranded. We checked Angies List for the highest rated garage door companies nearest to us. We noticed that Pickerington Overhead Garage Door Company was an award winner, provided Sunday service by appointment only and even gave a 10 percent senior discount. I left a distress message on their answering machine. As luck would have it, I received a call back with the good news that I lived close to where they were working and they could have a service technician at my house between 1:00 and 1:30 PM. Dave promptly arrived within that time frame. He explained what needed to be done, gave me the option of repairing just the damaged spring or both and gave me an estimate. He even agreed to honor the 10 percent senior discount. By 2:00 PM, the garage door was operating quieter than it had been in years and my wife and I were cheerfully waving him goodbye. I'm sure that no garage door repair company can guarantee 2 1/2 hour emergency weekend service or even weekday service for that matter. I know that I happened to call the right company at the right time. Still, as an Angie's List member, I feel obliged to relate the terrific experience I had with Pickerington Overhead Garage Door Company. Based on my personal experience I would use them again and highly recommend them.

Sunday afternoon 11-25-12 I tried to use my garage door opener and parts when flying everywhere. After some investigation I noticed one of the garage door springs had broken. My son and I got the door opened and the vehicles out. I searched Angie’s List and found Pickerington Overhead Garage Door. I send an email via their website and they called back in a short period of time, which was a pleasant surprise since it was late Sunday afternoon. They were willing to come out the following day (Monday), but we weren’t going to be home. We agreed to a Wednesday 9 – 10 AM appointment. They suggested I replace both springs, which I anticipated and said they could fix the garage door opener no problem. I was given a $280 estimate, which is exactly what I was charged (minus sales tax of course). Terry showed up right on time Wednesday morning. He was very friendly, courteous and professional. He quickly replaced the springs, adjusted/lubricated the door and replaced the gear and socket assembly in the door opener. He also lubricated the 1-car garage door, which wasn’t in the original estimate. He also took the time to show me how to lubricate the doors. He did an awesome job, going beyond my expectations. I will certainly use Pickerington Overhead Garage Door in the future and recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

They took their time, were friendly and addressed additional issues that they saw that came form the original installation. They cleaned up the insulation, oiled some things, re-fastened the mountings to the ceiling and the door. They mountings had been faulty from when they were originally installed.

Both garage doors had torque rods instead of springs. The torque rods went bad which put strain on the openers. I called Pickerington Garage Door Service around 8:20AM on 10/1/12 and they said they could be out between 1-2PM the SAME DAY. Sure enough at 1:15 the door bell rang. They removed the torque rods and and installed new brackets, springs and associated hardware on both doors. I have used them in the past at another house and also referred family members to them. I will always use them for garage door service and I HIGHLY recommend them.

Emailed Pickerington Overhead Garage Door Co. at 7:00 Wed Evening, had a response via email at 5:00 am the next morning. They called that morning, made arraignments to have the service done Saturday morning. Showed up on time completed the work around an hour or so. could not be happier. would highly recommend you call Pickerington Overhead Garage Door Co if you hare have garage door issues. Great service! PS I had attempted to contact another company prior to emailingand rdquo; Pickerington Overhead Garage Door Co.and rdquo; and received no response from them at all. Emailed and ldquo;Pickerington Overhead Garage Door Coand rdquo; response and service was excellent.

They fixed my door so I could use it until the new door was installed. They installed the new door in about 4-5 hours but there was a thunderstorm that set them back.

Called Pickerington for an estimate; they came out and gave and estimate that was reasonable and I scheduled them to come out the next day. They came out and repaired the door as well as installed two new door openers. The guys who installed were nice and professional, and took the extra time to show me how the openers worked. Overall, an excellent experience!

I called late on Wednesday afternoon after arriving home and finding my garage door would not open. I was scheduled for the 8:30-9:30 time frame the next morning. They arrived just as they said and had the spring replaced and routine maintenance completed in under 40 minutes. Very friendly and very professional.
