Description of Work: Installed a Liftmaster garage door opener (Model 8550W) with battery backup. | |The garage door opener works well. I a disappointed that it will not work with the Home Link on my 2012 car's rear view mirror without a gadget called a Repeater. On my installation with the Repeater the range was less than 30 feet, and if we loose electric power the battery backup will not work when using the Home Link remote.

It is unfortunate that this is a manufacturer issue with quick-changing technology, and affects all Liftmaster opener products..it normally requires a gap fix such as a repeater for any vehicle at about the 3 year older than the current year mark. Description of Work: Inspected and adjusted/cleaned furnace and air conditioner parts as necessary. The sale price for this service was around $80, but I purchased a service contract for $199 which covered this visit plus service calls next spring and fall.

Description of Work: Completed the replacement of two garage doors and installed a garage door opener on one. |They did a great job, very friendly and helpful! The price was exactly as quoted and the work done at the time promised. Went above and beyond by repairing an issue before they installed the new garage doors, so we were able to use the existing door, prior to the arrival of the materials. Thanks for a great job!
