Description of Work: Our first floor hardwood floors were sanded down and three coats of finish applied. Jeff of Hardwood Elegance did a super job refinishing our cherry hardwood floors, which had been installed 12 years ago by a different company, who did a very poor job. We were amazed that he was able to make the floors look great despite having to deal with the problems that the previous company left. They're so beautiful now we hate to have to put our furniture back on them!

Description of Work: Called and asked for an estimate for hardwood floor refinishing. I was impressed by the Mr. Hough's plans and decided to go forward with him. I never received an estimate from him despite additional calls and reminders. I guess the work required for my home was too small for him to take.
