I got the big deal coupon to winterize my lawn irrigation system. Scheduled an appointment and the work is done promptly. Price is competitive and I thought the work is done professionally. I have had the company that did the installation do the winterization prior to this and they never talked to me about draining the pipe inside. Green Touch did drain the inside pipe too. Overall I thought they did good job.

Very friendly and professional. Even flagged our sprinkler heads for us, so we could have our lawn aerated.

I purchased the service via Angie's List - it was a special coupon - Monday October 8. Sent Green Touch an email at 10:00 pm asking to schedule the service. Tuesday 8:00 am got a reply with two potential dates and corresponding 1 hour timeslots -- one twelve days out, the other seventeen days out. I picked the one 12 days out. Later that day, they informed me they miscalculated and the timeslot would be 1 hour later, asking if that was OK. I said yes (all this via email). Twelve days later, they arrive to my house no more than 2 minutes late to the start of the 1 hour timeslot promised. The worker was professional in his demeanor, arrived with the proper equipment, and once I showed him where the control box was located, got about to working. He appeared to take a reasonable amount of time to blow air through each zone (as opposed to hurrying the job). In total it took about 25 minutes to do 8 zones. He let me know he was done, wrote up a receipt, and answered the few questions i had. Overall, from start to finish everything went smooth as can be. I'd have no hesitation in recommending this firm.

Found this company on an Angie's List Big Deal. They contacted me through email and set up the appointment quickly, which was wonderful. The tech showed up on time and put booties on before coming in my home. He found the irrigation shut-off and then blew out the water from my sprinkler system. He was friendly and very quick. I'm not sure the price was such a great deal but it was fair for the service. I would use them again.

They responded immediately when I inquired to set up the appt and were courteous, prompt and thorough. We plan to use them for more services in the future & again this year.

I contacted them online and they called me back within a few minutes. The service was performed the next day. I had no problems with the installation of the new sprinkler head.

Aric was very friendly over the phone and in person. It was easy to set up an appointment, and we feel his did excellent work while here.

They told me they would give me the tool to adjust heads but they forgot to. The office called me and said they forgot and would send me one but they did not either.

They did a good job and worked quickly. They are a good company. I would use them again.

They were on time and did everything they were supposed to do. They were very friendly. They said that we had a good system and we felt good. They repaired one little broken nozzle for a minimum price of $5. I have not turned it on after that day as it rained every day. I am hoping that everything would be fine. They were fine. They gave me a good deal on the price as well. They were less than the other companies.

I felt they were honest and timely. I rate them high overall.

He is good, very prompt, and polite. This is just a one man operation as far as I know.
