He is very, very reasonable.
Description of Work: He brought big equipment out, lifted a tree out of a creek, cut it up, and hauled it away. He came out two weeks prior to this and trimmed up a sugar maple.

Description of Work: The pruned dead branches from certain shaped trees and pruned ones away from the house and garage, and they removed a small, dead spruce tree. They also shaped and reduced some hemlocks and junipers and did all the clean-up afterwards.

Work was performed in a timely manner. Site was cleaned up and follow up treatment will occur in 5 months. The arborist explained everything he had to do to treat the tree to save it and what will be required to finish treatment. He was very knowledgeable and polite.

Our overall experience with this company was excellent. Mr. Donley and another worker arrived promptly on the day the work was to be done, carried out their work efficiently, and cleaned up the yard very nicely during their work and after as well. They were very professional and did a very nice job. We would call this company again in the future for any other tree services we might need and also recommend it to friends.
Description of Work: We called this company for an estimate, for having some trees removed and others trimmed/pruned. Mr. Donley came out, walked the property with me while I explained what we wanted done. He offered some good suggestions, and afterwards gave a very reasonable quote for the work to be done. We hired him on the spot.

EXPERIENCE WAS EXCELLENT. MIKE IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE WILLING TO SHARE TIPS TO KEEP TREES HEALTHY. HE MADE SEVERAL SUGGESTIONS FOR THE TYPE OF TREE TO BE PLANTED BASED ON MY NEEDS FOR CARE, SIZE AND SHADE. WHEN ORIGINAL DATE WAS SCHEDULED TO DO WORK MIKE CONTACTED ME TO LET ME KNOW THE QUALITY OF THE TREE I CHOSE WAS NOT THE BEST AT THAT TIME AND GAVE ME AN OPTION TO WAIT UNTIL THE BETTER QUALITY TREES WOULD BE AVAILABLE OR SUGGESTED A REPLACEMENT. I CHOSE TO WAIT FOR THE TREE. ONCE AVAILABLE, MIKE SCHEDULED ME IN TAKING INTO CONSIDERATION THE WEATHER. THE TREE PLANTED IS EXCELLENT! AT A SPECIAL REQUEST HE AND HIS CREW REMOVED A 12 FT DIAMETER AREA OF SOD AROUND THE NEWLY PLANTED TREE SO I COULD DO A FLOWER BED, THEY ADDED DIRT AND SOME LEAF MULCH. ALSO REMOVED LARGE SURFACE TREE ROOTS. PROFESSIONAL AND KEPT IN CONTACT WITH ME TO KEEP ME INFORMED. REMEMBER TO BE FLEXIBLE WITH YOUR SCHEDULE WHEN DEALING WITH A JOB THAT DEALS WITH MOTHER NATURE!
