Mike will be my tree guy for the rest of my life. He is very professional and did a great job. He actually listened to the homeowner. I sure got my money's worth. Mike even blew and cleaned up the debris. It's as if they weren't even here. Tell everybody this is the tree service they need to hire.

Have now moved out of state and no longer will use his service for that reason.

Project went very well. I have used this company before and Mike has always been friendly and professional and reasonable with price.

Mike was very responsive and polite. The work was completed quickly and efficiently with no left over mess. The price was the most reasonable estimate I received. I would use this company every time.

Came by and checked the trees and advised me on the best course. I mostly wanted the maple away from the house, but he noted all the dead in it as well. He wanted to make that and the others "less aerodynamic" in the event of storms. Crew arrived on time and finished in the predicted time period. They cleaned up perfectly after themselves.

He did a great job, gave a reasonable estimate and some advice and took care of the trees, they looked great when he was done. no muss, no fuss.

They did a thorough job and were very professional. They had to bring in a large crane to remove some of the trees. They cleaned up after themselves and removed the debris. We also had the stumps in the lawn area ground down. The work took place over several days. We would not hesitate in calling them back if we needed more trees removed in the future.

I spent between $100 to $300. They were very prompt, very professional and they really worked with me on scheduling the job. They were good.

Mr. Donley came out himself to do the work as all of his crews were busy. He worked very hard to get trees cut and cleaned up the debris.

I got them from Angie's List and they did a good job, and I would like to give them all "A's." They did not over trim our trees. Their price was within the ballpark of a reasonable fee. They gave a lot of individual attention to small branches and things like that.

He pruned a serviceberry and crabapple tree for me. He always responds quickly and is very professional. Mike always does an excellent job. I have used his services before.

The entire operation went very smoothly. Everything was done as promised. However, Donley does not work in my geographical area very often. When I needed a rapid response, Mr. Donley recommended that I find a firm closer to home rather than waiting for him to schedule a time to come out.

Over all it went well, came out and provide estimate and removed the tree the next day. Forgot to stack logs against fence - too large for me to move. Other than that, I would have them out again and would refer them to others.

Mr. Donley came to the house and reviewed the conditon of the trees, and later provided an estimate to remove 5 diseased trees. A date was scheduled, subject to weather, to have a crew cut down the trees and grind the stumps. The crew arrived early in the morning and set up their equipment. Within an hour they had cut down the trees, grind the various limbs, and cleaned up the site. Two days later, as previously agreed, a crew came to grind down the stumps. When they finished you could not tell where the stumps had been except for the saw dust. We were very pleased with the skill, efficiency, and the clean up of the area by the crew. We recommend him to any anyone needing a tree removed. And will use his services again, should we need them.

Went well. Crew arrived on time and worked about 7 hours. Trees cut down and shredded . Excellent clean up. This was the second time I used them. They did a similar job in the fall of 2012 ,taking down a similar amount of ash trees. I am on a cul de sac and have a large quantity of ash trees that were destroyed by the emerald ashborrer. I will be having Mike back this fall for what I hope is the last batch of dead trees. Cost is about the same for each session .

My white pines needed to be pruned after several years. They act as a screen on the north side of my house. They're bare in some spots so I thought that I'd need to remove them and have them replaced with another material. I contacted Mike (I've used Donley Tree Care in the past) and asked for estimates on pruning vs removal and replacement. Pruning was the cheaper option but price wasn't the driver for me so I was open to the removal option. I asked Mike's personal opinion and he said that he'd prune them if on his property. That showed that he wasn't just out to make a lot of money but truly cared that I got the best service and wasn't paying for more than needed. I went with the pruning and scheduled the appointment. The crew showed up on time and quickly got to work. Using the bucket truck, they pruned the white pines and shaped them. I couldn't drive by them without scraping the vehicle before the pruning, but the driveway was clear when they finished. Before leaving, they shaped the ash tree out front so that I didn't have to keep ducking very low just to mow the grass under it. Very friendly, prompt, and the work quality is excellent. I know that when I contact Donley Tree Care I'll get a timely response with my best interests in mind. I even received emails from Mike Donley late at night and very early morning - I'm not sure the man sleeps. He and his team get my highest recommendation.

Did a great job. I had 25 small to medium Japanese Maples planted in and around the ash tress and they got them all cut down without harming the maples. On time and cleaned up when they where done.
