It has been almost three years that we've used Champion. We have been very pleased. Only twice in that time have there been issues with pests, and the issues were recently. The man who serviced our yard for two years took another position, and the replacement service technicians have not been as thorough, including a reduction in the quantity of spray they apply by 1/3. As a result, we've had pest issues, but Champion came out promptly each time and took care of the issue without charging extra. Champion is on-the-ball with keeping me satisfied and completing the job. I am not disappointed, and I will continue to keep them while they find another quality tech.

Mary in the office is AMAZING. Knowledgeable, professional, and yet friendly and goes the extra mile. Dwight helped us out very last minute when we were in a pinch and went way above and beyond to help us as he happened to be in the area and squeezed us in. Knowledgable, friendly, excellent service with integrity - was honest about what we needed and didn't need and explained everything. Will absolutely use them anytime any pest control needs arise in the future.

Extermination was fast and effective

Awesome! They beat everybody else's price by nearly $400. Couldn't be happier. It's the same equipment, I don't think there will be any issue, and they have very reasonable renewal options, too, in case there is another problem. Very nice to work with - quick, professional, pleasant, responsive.

This was a $225 big deal purchase. It turned out fine; we have used them actually for two years now. They came out in 2014 three times and three times in 2015. We will use them in the spring of 2016. They do email me receipts. We pay a one time fee and they come out three times a year.

They just weren't quite as thorough as they could have been, especially in areas that I showed. The bees were gone for a week and then they just all came back. Whatever they sprayed, there was no residual. I think I even had them out a second time. They came back and it still didn't do anything.

I bought the Angie's List big deal purchase for three treatments. The first time they came out, it was wonderful! I need to call them. They came out the second time and I have got bugs everywhere. They didn't do the inside, they only did the outside. I need to call them to come back. They have been pretty lovely. They have been good about calling me to set up the quarterly appointments. They have been pretty professional and all that stuff. The price was an Angie's deal price and so it was really fair about half the price. I am not home when they come, so I have no idea on their punctuality.

They would be an "A" all across the board. I sure would use them in the future.

Brad came on time, and I described my problem and he addressed my concerns since it involved my kitchen. Everything was done perfectly, and while it has only been 24 hours, I have seen no activity in my kitchen. I highly recommend them. The staff was extremely accommodating about fitting me in their schedule within 24 hours !

First of all, Dwight responded immediately to my inquiry about an initial estimate. They were very competitive in price with other companies. In fact, they were 1/2 the price of some quotes I received. The first time I had the service last year, I was extremely pleased with the technician, Brad. He was punctual, professional, knowledgable and very friendly. I live in an older home and had tried to get a grip on these ants on my own, but failed miserably. By the time Dwight send Brad out to service my home, there were considerable amounts of ants in many, many areas of my home. Brad explained what he was going to do, the safety of it (dries right away, not toxic to animals), and what I should expect. He performed the service in a timely manner and he assured me that if I wasn't seeing what I wanted to see, they would come out free of charge to apply some additional product until I was seeing only dead insects. That's exactly what happened. When I emailed Dwight that I wanted the company to return, he responded again immediately, and sent Brad out that same day. I enjoyed several blissful months of insect-free living since moving into my home a year prior to that. Since then, they have returned to complete the service every 3 months during the spring, summer and fall. They respond to any questions or concerns the same day. It's clear that this company responds to the customer's concerns first and asks questions later. I'm very glad to be doing business with Dwight and Champion Pest Control, along with Brad, his technician. I would reccomend them to anyone I know, and have done just that. You definitely get your money's worth with them. With all this rain we've been having, the ants are loving the moisture, but we are not loving the ants. Thank Goodness for Dwight and his company.

I had two other companies come and do an estimate and they were both over $1000. I called Champion and Dwight was able to give me a quote over the phone that was well under the big competitors. They came out a week later and installed termite bait stations around the house (the same system used by everyone.) They were done in 45 minutes and were very friendly and professional.

We've been using Champion for a few years now and have always been very pleased with their service. Our annual service contract covers a preventative treatment 3 times a year and also covers anything that comes up in between treatments- and we almost always have something come up in between treatments- from a bee's nest to tiny red bugs all over our patio, Dwight and his team from Champion take care of it all! They are very responsive and come out to treat any issues quickly and effectively. I have found Dwight and all of the Champion employees to very professional and friendly. I will continue to renew my annual contract with Champion probably as long as I own my home!

Everything was great. Original deal was $175 for a one time service but they were glad to use the money I paid as a down payment on their annual service. Annual service was just under $500 so it was a good deal. Not only do they come out 4 times a year but will come out if you have a problem after they sprayed and take care of it at no additional cost.

I awoke this morning to swarming termites in my living room, some crawling, some flying, and many dead on the floor. O called Dwight at 8 am and he said he would be here between 3-5 pm. He called at noon and said he had a cancellation and could be here at 12:30. He arrived right on time and looked at the insects. He told me they were flying ants and not termites and there was nothing I needed to do. I was so impressed by Dwight and his assistant. They could have taken me for any kind of termite control program and I would have gladly paid. Needless to say I will be using Champion for any pest control needs in the future.

I am impressed with them. They came back with no additional charge when they found some problem inside.
