In response to seeing huge black ants in my kitchen, I called several pest control companies to get an estimate for services. Champion was the only company that responded the next business day. I did have to wait one or two weeks for an appointment, which seemed like an eternity when you see ants in the house everyday. Nevertheless, I was delighted that Scott arrived early on the day of the appointment, which was July 1, 2020. Scott was thorough in his assessment, checking around the house and the yard. After using a sweeper to clean cobwebs and debris around the exterior, he sprayed inside the kitchen & the perimeter of the back of the house and garage. Finally he spread granules around the back patio area. Scott told me to wait about 2 weeks to make sure that the treatment was successful. I did see one ant in the kitchen that next day, and another on July 22nd, almost 3 weeks after his service. I do see these carpenter ants outside on our cement patio, so I'll be vigilant in watching out for them--nevertheless, so far so good. I'm very happy with the service that Champion provided, and working with Scott was great--he's a really nice guy. Champion's service includes quarterly treatments for a year [ and if problems arise they will return and retreat at no cost]. While the upfront cost is a bit expensive for this retiree, it is well worth the cost!

Went great. Will was our technician. He explained everything very well. Have not seen one ant since the treatment. It's only been a few days but I'm confident their treatment will do what its intended to do. Champion provided quotes upfront so we had an idea of what the costs would be. We just needed the technician to verify the specific pest that should be targeted. Shortly after the treatment was completed, we received a full breakdown of what products were used and the amount used to treat our home. Would definitely recommend Champion to anyone needed pest service. If we need pest service in the future we will definitely go with Champion again.

I had spoken to Mr. Holloway on the telephone before this week, but I had the honor of meeting him this past Tuesday. Several years ago, we had a termite and carpenter ant problem. I was referred to Champion by a neighbor and have been happy ever since. After ridding our house of the pests, Mr. Holloway designed a program that would protect our home continuously. We are very happy with Champion... their service representatives are first rate!

We were very pleased with Champion's service. We happened to find termites under a rock in our yard, and we hadn't noticed any evidence inside our house. Champion came out and did a full inspection, and happily found very little activity inside. We did have one spot that they identified for inside treatment, and they were able to keep the remainder of the treatment to the outside of the house. They installed bait stations around the perimeter of the house. We have not noticed any new activity indoors, and appreciate that Champion will come out to check the traps, add bait, etc. over time to make sure that the problem is resolved.
