They were really good. They were just very responsive. I thought they handled the situation well. They were priced competitively.

The first application appeared to be successful until the discovery of additional ants in the house. A call to the company resulted in a second application at no additional charge. They were very courteous and professional throughout the process.

They arrived promptly, provided medium range pricing, provided a brochure, and were the only ones to suggest a trap directly at the origen of problem.

The business owner told us the sawdust was caused by carpenter ants. He placed bait stations around the house to kill the termites, and sprayed to get rid of the ants as well as carpenter bees, which we also had. All services are good for a year.

Dwight came, on time. He inspected inside and outside of house and gave me info on the spray he would use to treat and prevent. No bait or traps or rip-offs like other companies. Product and service that worked for me.

We still had ant problem about 2 weeks after the application so I downrated them to a B. However, the owner came out the morning of the day I called them about the recurring ant problem. He reapplied insecticide in problem areas inside and additionally applied it outside. Owner was extraordinarily nice and helpful and explained the process. No problem since so I'm very satisfied. -:) For the first application, the gentleman was very nice and accommodating upon arrival, but he did not call before he came which is what I had asked them to do. I was not ready for him to arrive when he did arrive, but he was kind and waited until I was ready for him to make the application.

Got there 3 apts a year plan, great deal! They came out and we have not had an issue with them since. They also came out when had an ant issue after there first visit with no hassles. Would recommend them to anyone!

Everyone from the person scheduling the appointment to the service personnel were very professional and polite. The gentlemen arrived within the scheduled appointment timeframe, asked me about my concerns and where there were issues. They performed a check of the interior and exterior and explained what they would need to do to resolve the issue. My questions, regarding the service and products used, were answered. In less than a day, it was evident that the treatment was working.

It's a small company located in Pickerington, OH. They are wonderful and very professional to work with. Prices are very reasonable and if we need to have any pest control issues in the future, we will definitely hire them again!!

All work was explained to me. I was asked what problems existed that I could identify. Associates were professional and prompt. They are the BEST!!!

Everything went well. Very respectful of my home and furnishings. Answered my questions without hesitation.

The initial visit was great and everything was well explained, they sprayed inside and out, and the treatment worked well. The second time they called to schedule and I stayed home from work so I could let them inside to spray the basement. But they didn't ring the bell to let me know they were there, I just happened to hear them outside and caught them before they left. Today they showed up without calling in advance. Nobody was home and they did not spray inside. They also left the gate to the back yard open and one of our dogs got out (he was found quickly). I can't say how disappointed I am in not letting me know when service would be provided and not closing a gate that you specifically had to open. So the first guy was great and it got less great as time went on. Before today I was planning on doing the three treatments again as having less bugs inside has been really nice. The treatment worked great as far as we can tell, but if we need similar services again I'll probably call someone else.

Great. They killd the ants and did not try to talk me into a monthly or quarterly service contract

An elderly neighbor ended up with a large infestation and they moved over to outbid house. We never saw a cockroach before this neighbor got them. Now four houses on the street are treating for them. So we called just before Thanksgiving and a tech was sent out immediately which was great. Now we had only seen about 6 cockroaches total at this point. We would see one, Kill it, and about two weeks later another would pop up. The tech could not find any traces of cockroaches, so he decided they were all coming in from outside. So he treated the exterior and told us if we saw any after two weeks to call back and they would return free of charge to treat the inside. About two weeks to the day, we have another roach show up. So I call and am told, if you only see one then the treatment is working, no additional treatment necessary. Ok. Well now another three weeks have passed, one week after the warranty expired and another visitor that was not invited pops up in the kitchen. So here we are several hundred dollars lighter and NO better off than before we spent the money. So they were very responsive originally, but their treatment was completely ineffective and they always acted like a couple of cockroaches wasn't a big problem. In my book one cockroach is exactly one too many and I don't ever want to see another. UPDATE 01/04/2017: Champion contacted me after the review and stated they would be happy to come back out to spray inside. They set an appointment for 5 days later and arrived when promised. The technician sprayed inside the house (with a different indoor approved insecticide) and stated that we should see, "Zero cockroaches in the future." Additionally, this visit was at no charge, as it was covered under the first warranty. They also said that if we had anymore problems to contact them and they will work to make it right. They also stated that treating the neighbors house would be best and they would appreciate it if we would suggest it. At this point I'm more than willing to do that. I am quite satisfied with their performance from a customer service perspective and hopeful that this treatment works.

They came back repeatedly until they were all gone.
