Dwight answered when I called and set an appointment for the following week. He arrived on time, went right to work and let me know when he was finished. I would definitely use his company again.

He was a nice person and did what he said he was going to do. He did a good and thorough job. He was very responsive, professional and on time. This was the first time that I have ever had this kind of work done, so I don’t know how his price would compare with others. I would rate him highly and would use him again in the future if necessary.

He was very professional and explained everything he was doing. The cost was for treating my home 3 times. They've done the first treatment and will be back for the other 2 in a couple of months. I told him my concerns and he listened and sprayed accordingly. I'm looking forward to working with him in the future.

I bought 3 treatments/year as an Angie's Big Deal. The price was very good. I called about 6 weeks after the purchase. Dwight Holloway answered the phone and answered my questions. He asked what kind of bugs we saw in the house (millipedes, centipedes and spiders). We made an appointment. Dwight was on time for the appointment. He explained that he sprays the interior systematically, starting at the door and doing the downstairs outer perimeter, then spraying the basement, garage and second floor, then back downstairs to do the interior walls. He then went outside and sprayed the perimeter and the base of the windows. There was no odor during or after the treatment except a little in the closed garage. While Dwight was here he answered more of my questions and addressed implied concerns (is this safe for pets and people? -yes). The second treatment will be in the Fall, the third in early Spring. Since the house was sprayed, I've seen bugs but they were dead.

We called Dwight at Champion Pest and Termite control based on the ratings in Angie's List and we are more than satisfied with the service we received and with the results. We initially contacted them because we had ants we couldn't seem to get rid of. He came out within a couple of days of our initial call, exactly at the day/time he promised. He sprayed for ants, but also for other "pests" including spiders (outside and inside) and bees (outside). He warned us that it might take a couple of weeks for the ants to actually disappear, since the product he uses causes the ants to carry it back to their nests and then kills the ants in the nests. We were glad he told us this, as it did take about three weeks for all the ants to disappear. We haven't seen a single one since that time. The initial visit cost $119. He recommended an annual program that includes three (or maybe four) visits each year. After the initial visit, each subsequent visit is ~$70. He called us when he said he would for our second treatment, can when scheduled and charged what he said he would. The next treatment will be in November. We are very happy with Dwight's service in all ways and we will certainly continue to use him for our pest control needs.

Dwight picked up the phone when we called, we were able to easily schedule a date for him to come out. He came out earlier than schedule, inspect the situation and explain what he can and can't do. He spent about an hour doing his thing in and outside the house and fix the ant problem, which has been bothering us for the whole summer. There is not a single ant in our house for more than a month now, which is great. So we are more than happy with the result.

It went smooth as silk. They were on time and it was reasonably priced and effective.

We bought it for the deal, but he did an excellent job. I would use them again.

He was very prompt and very professional in either taking my phone calls or returning my phone call. He showed up on time. He took every care to make sure that he went around and checked out all the concerns I had. I had some ants in my house in some part of the basement. He did a very thorough job and sprayed the house. I haven't noticed any issues since he had been here. He set up a schedule to return two more times in the fall for the next spray. It was part of a big deal.

CHAMPION PEST & TERMITE CONTROL LLC For 5 years, we have been having a problem with sewer gnats. I got a special on Champion from Angie's List. Champion is a one man operation, I think his name is Dwight Holiway. He tried something, that no one else had ever tried. Spraying some kind of foam down the drains. So far, I haven't had any more problems with sewer gnats. He took care of my problem.

I hired them through Angie's List big deal. The deal was for $199 and they would come back three times a year. My experience with them was very good and I liked them for their price. Also, they seemed good and I have not been having any issues with the bugs. They came and resolved the issue. They were professional and on time. They were very knowledgeable. I am not sure as to how they are in terms of their price without the deal in comparison to the other service provider. I used another company and I was happy with them at first but their price was ridiculous. Their price was more reasonable with the deal compared to the other service provider. I would use them again in the future but it would depend on their price but they were good for that price.

We spent $99 for three treatments. We hadn’t had the pest control treatment done for a while because the prices were high and this was one of the big deal things, so we thought we would try it. The person that came out and did the work was very prompt and personal. He told us about things that we needed to do and things that he did not think were necessary. There were no complications with him.

They were very personable. They explained what they were doing. They answered questions. I used the special deal for this service. I can’t remember how much it was. I will use their services again in the future.

I was terrified that the black bugs I found were termites. This gentleman was professional, compassionate, intelligent about his craft, & funny. He assured me the insects I had collected for him were citronella ants. He explained exactly what he was going to do before he did it. He used chemicals that would not hurt my cats. He gave me a list of the chemicals that he used. He arrived on time, did his work efficiently yet completely, & was a complete blessing. I would recommend him as an outstanding exterminator & a very kind person.

Did work & will return in Sept. to do a 2nd spraying.

The technician showed up on time and sprayed all around the house for pests. He was kind of in and out and provided information about what he was going to do. He also answered questions that we had. He said if we ran into any problems they would come back out. He was really responsive. I will use them again in the future.

Very well & he will be back for 2 more treatments later this year.

They seemed to respond quickly and I haven’t seen one ant since they came out.

I got a special that was $199 for three visits. He was amazing. I loved his personality, he was very sweet, and he was very thorough. I have not seen any carpenter ants since he was here. I changed the time and he adjusted his time for me which was great. I highly recommend him. The last person that I used set out mouse traps and when he opened them up he found that they were never baited so he used them again.

I had my first service of three on June 6th. 2011 and will have a repeat in September, also in December - or - next year. We will evaluate the service. If I have more of this great services with Angie's List, you have me as a customer. JW

He answered all my questions about the toxins, and what about my pets, so they don't get hurt. Questions about indoor and outdoor. He made be feel free to call him anytime, if I have any problems.

He was very punctual and got rid of them right away. They couldn't have been nicer, and I will use them again if I have to. I was very pleased with their service.

I really liked Dwight and he wasn't hard sell either. He answered all my questions. I will definitely call again if I have another problem.

I love this guy. We acquired an assortment of nasty critters that moved into our house this last winter and we had champion come out. We bought an angie's list deal to get him out there that had a set number of visits but when the critters were just too resilent he came out for free to make sure that he knocked them out. Very pleased and honestly I am probably pretty hard to please.
