Dwight was very responsive. He came around and caulked some holes around the house to prevent any wasps from getting into. He seems like one of those people you know you can count on.

Although the idea of having termites was scary, the procedure to protect our home was performed quickly. Mr. Holloway was polite, explained everything thoroughly and was easy to work with. We would recommend this company without hesitation.

As soon as I noticed the bugs, I researched here on Angie's List and decided to go with Champion. I called Dwight, and he was able to schedule an appointment quickly. He showed up on time, was very courteous, and was very thorough in looking around the basement. He found some things I hadn't found myself, and for that I'm very grateful. He clearly explained my options, allayed my fears as to the extent of the damage done, listened to my concerns (we have a 4-month old, and pesticide isn't exactly high on the list of things we wanted to bring into our home), and laid out a plan to take care of the problem that was almost completely non-invasive to our home. He came out the very next morning bright and early, did all of the work, and walked me through it to show me everything he'd done. He answered any and all questions that I had, and provided me plenty of chances to ask questions if I had them. With all of the bait stations placed outside, he was careful not to disturb any of our landscaping, and did a great job at placing them in spots where they wouldn't be obtrusive. He even stayed a little extra and moved two of the bait stations after my wife and I had decided to move our firewood to a different location from where we'd originally planned it. In a word, Dwight was awesome.

He was on time, clean, and friendly. He came three different times and I am very happy with his service. He sprayed for bees and other bugs and insects.

He treated my home last fall. He came again today to treat for carpenter bees and ant hills. The carpenter bees even chased him into the house they're so bad! He offered to come back in 2 weeks if they're still a problem. I just called yesterday and he was here this morning. I was just so impressed with they're service.

Dwight does a GREAT job and is reasonably priced! He is very thorough and concerned with understanding your issues and finding solutions to the problems. We previously had a service that came once a month and they didn't even come close to the type of service and solutions that Dwight has provided with just 3 visits each year. Our home is in the woods, so there are lots of pests looking for a place to invade (spiders, ants, carpenter ants, silverfish, stink bugs, etc.). Dwight takes the time to treat all the at-risk areas and openings (roof lines, decks, foundation, drains/pipes, etc.) with the appropriate spray or granules. He calls and schedules prior to each season to ensure a timely treatment. Living in the woods, you are never completely bug free, but with Dwight taking care of us, it is a very rare occasion that we have unexpected visitors! Do not hesitate to call Champion to solve your pest issues.

They were outstanding. I liked the way he explained everything that he was doing. He explained his product that he was using. I have asthma and I had to be really careful around strong smells. He assured me that it would not bother me and it did not bother me. His whole talk had all the information in it. He seemed like a really good guy.

It only took one visit from the company. They were also very responsive to the first call setting up an appointment within days.

Very professional and courteous. Asked me about what types of pests/insects that I had, and explained what he would do and how it would only prevent new ones coming into the house, but not kill those already inside. I have seen an improvement since he performed the service.

Dwight had little trouble finding the place, but it is difficult to find. He called and arrived within minutes (he was close). Sprayed the outiside of the house, seam, foundation, and inside of the garage. Dwight was friendly and efficient.

I expected to call and be put off for a few weeks but that didn't happen. I called and he came out the next Tuesday and completed the work. Thanks - Great price and I am now spider free.. That makes me happy.
