Dwight Holloway is simply THE BEST! He was professional, polite and knowledgeable. He arrived exactly on time. He did a thorough search of the premises to find exactly where the carpenter ants were gaining access to our kitchen. He was very thorough and sprayed both inside and outside on the perimeter of our house. He even educated us as to how carpenter ants function. They set up a satellite operation far away from the house, which is why they're so difficult to exterminate. After he finished we never saw another ant...ever!! I will be sure to call him again next spring.

Champion has done a great job keeping the pest out of my house. The product is not toxic to my dog and appears to work really well. Like all products, it isn't perfect but given the high number of bugs that I would get without their service, I am very pleased with the end result. Champion is very easy to work with from a price and scheduling perspective. I have had to reschedule appointments several times and they are accessible by phone and e-mail and are quick to respond. Reschedules tytypically only push out a few days or a week. Dwight is the employee that comes to spray and he is always very nice and works quickly.

he is Nice guy, and responsibe. he only has passive passive bait system, which is not sufficient there. estimate only, no work done. that bait product is not sufficient for this situation . nice fellow, prompt, polite.

I had been using another highly rated pest control service from Angie's List for years and was satisfied with the service, but the terrific Big Deal price on this highly rated provider combined with my new frugal lifestyle led me to give them a try. The owner frequently performed the service himself and was highly professional, personable, courteous and thorough, taking pains to ensure my wife wouldn't encounter any surprise visits from Dublin wildlife, including the deepest reaches of our basement, garage, and beneath our deck. I don't believe I ever saw unwanted pests for the entire year we used their service. Mission Accomplished.

The experience went well. The company was punctual.

I had noticed ants near my window sill. Darryl came and checked promptly. He told me that I had carpenter ants, but he could get rid of them. He sprayed inside and out and told me to call back if I continued to see them. I did have to call back, and he came out again and reapplied more chemicals. This seemed to solve the problem of the ants.

Services were performed professionally, promptly and without creating a mess. We were so pleased that we had him perform a preventive treatment the next spring.

Dwight was very professional, always arrived when promised, called to set up the quarterly appointments ahead of time and was very courteous. The service included a fall, spring and summer pest control treatment but also included anything that happened in between scheduled appointments- like finding a wasp's nest. He was happy to accommodate special requests- like spraying down our wooden playset when we noticed wasps flying in and out of it. He sprayed our patio and we noticed a huge decrease in the amount of ants we usually deal with when eating out there. Overall it was very effective- definitely much less pest activity like spider webs, ants and wasps, all of which have been issues at our house for several years. I plan to renew our contract as soon as I can afford it!

He comes out twice yearly to perform exterior bug control. He calls to arrange the appointment, I don't have to call him.

Dwight came out the next day, assessed the problem, told me what needed to be done and did the work. He is very professional, explains what needs to be done then fixes the problem. While he was here he also treated a spider problem I had in my basement. This is twice now we have used his company and I will never use anyone else. I care for my two grandchildren who are 9 months and 2 years and who crawl on the floor. He was careful to treat my problems in a safe way for the children. I have recommended him to two of my friends who have also be pleased with his work.

Dwight, hands-down, offered unparalleled service. In fact, compared to the residential treatment we have subscribed to for years, not only was Dwight more responsive -- but he was more attentive. We will most likely be moving our "maintenance" care, as far as pests are concerned, to Dwight -- from our current provider. Dwight was a pleasure to deal with: professional attitude, appeared on the date agreed to and performed the service as expected. ( We had previously had two single treatments from Champion, both of which worked well and essentially eliminated ants, spiders, etc., so we decided to go with an annual contract for the next year to save a little per treatment and to give us included indoor service if the external barrier ever failed to keep something out.)

Champion Pest and Termite Control LLC with Dwight Holloway saved me from the plague of flies I had. I had an increasing problem for two days and thought it was the weather change. It got worse and I was killing dozens of flies every daylight hour before I called. Dwight made a special early morning appt. for me the afternoon after I called him though he was booked up because the flies were driving me crazy. I had found a 50% off coupon for $75 on Angie's List website for a one-time visit and he had a high rating. Dwight deserved it. He was on time and got right to work after seeing my problem. Apparently when a landscaper trimmed my front bushes, the berries on them were disturbed which were a food source for the flies. Flies got in by squeezing through the place where the sliding windows meet though my windows aren't cracked. Now I have PEACE and no more flies after his treatment. His spray was mostly odorless and didn't stain my carpet or drapes or anything and after drying for half an hour my dogs were able to roam the house with no ill effects. He also treated for the centipedes. Good job, Dwight! Highly recommend. Very polite.

Dwight is a great guy. He went over exactly what he does to get rid of termites (we found them in the 2x8 structural side of the garage) and to keep the bugs out of the house (we are on a ravine with a stream and a number of trees). He came out and talked to us on 9-14 and was out to treat our house and surrounds on the 18th. He is very knowledgeable and has been in the profession for a number of years. We had gotten another quote for the same treatments and it was double the price that Dwight charges. We will definitely continue to use Dwight's service and would recomment him without reserve.

Dwight was very professional and friendly.He said we did not have termites or ants in our basement paneling.Gave us helpful advice and did not charge us anything.Wewould not hesitate to call him again if we felt we needed pest control.

He is very personable and calls ahead of time. He is here on time and reports on any problems found. It's a very reasonable price for what he does. I never see any insects or spiders after his visits.

We had a huge problem with ants in the house. Called Dwight and he worked with my difficult schedule to come out and spray for ants. He arrived on time and was very friendly. He asked us some questions and explained everything he was going to do and what we needed to do afterwards. He also gave helpful hints about what we could do around the house for other pests. It was a pleasure to have him here and I am definitly going to hire again. It has been about 3 weeks and I haven't seen an ant anywhere! The price is reasonable and NO contract to sign!

Dwight was very accommodating when I needed to change the date for service. Today was the first visit of three for pest treatments. He was very nice and willing to listen to my concerns and input. He gave a lot of advice and did a very complete job of spraying inside and outside using two different formulas for each application. Since I also had a mouse problem he asked exactly what the problem was and tailored the bait traps to what I needed. He said if I notice the mice then just call him about it and he will return if needed. He felt the amount of bait he left will last until his next visit in October since my problem was not too severe. After October his last visit could be in January if mice are my main concern since they come indoors in the winter or he could come in March since that would be the best time to spray for spring time insects. He didn't mind at all my tagging along to see what was done and to ask questions. Tips I might offer is be try and be as ready as possible for his visit. Though it isn't necessary the more items away from the wall the easier it is for him to spray along the baseboard. Also he sprays outside both at the ground level and at the roof, soffit height plus around windows. Before he comes next time I will probably clean my siding so it is clean for his application. Neither spray has an odor and that is something I am very sensitive to. He stated that his sprays also are safe.

Woodpeckers peck at my fascia board where carpenter bees have laid their larvae. I thought I needed spraying to get rid of the bees. Dwight explained that the bees have already left for the season, and that spraying would not kill the larvae. He suggested I replace the fascia board. No charge. Good advice. Thanks, Dwight.

I started using their services after I purchased a Big Deal. I really like Dwight and I was so happy with their services that I have continued to use them since. I scheduled the service within a week of purchasing the Big Deal. On the day he was scheduled to come, I was really sick. He called me before coming out and when he heard in my voice that he was sick, he offered to call me back next week to reschedule. He was compassionate and said I wouldn't want someone around spraying for bugs while I was ill. He even called me back a couple days later to check if I was feeling better. He did call back the next week and we rescheduled. I've been very happy with his services.
