The owner of the company did the work himself. He was punctual, professional, and did a very effective job. The visit wasn't very long, but he did everything he said he would do, and the results are fantastic. He even showed up to my house about 5 minutes early.

Over the weekend, we noticed that we had carpenter bees. I found Champion Pest and Termite Control, sent an email through Angie's List, and on Monday Dwight called me and scheduled an appointment for Wednesday afternoon. It is now 2:00 on Wednesday afternoon, Dwight has been here with Will, he explained everything to us about the bees, did several treatments, including granular and spray to get rid of the bees as well as spraying the perimeter of the house to control any other pests such as spiders and ants. The cost was only $150 minus a 10% coupon for first time clients. I chose Champion because of the positive reviews Dwight received from other members and I can't say enough good things about my first experience with this company. We found the bees on Sunday and now on Wednesday the treatment has already been completed, and the price was extremely reasonable.

The owner was awesome. Service provided was inside and outside of the home. Every quarter he called to schedule an appointment and found ways to come around my busy schedule. He always asked first about any problems we were having. I mentioned fleas at one point and he added something to help with that problem. I would definitely use him again, especially if he ever has another deal.

Dwight was friendly and helpful on My initial call. He was straight forward and honest with his estimate and did not try to sell a service I didn't need. He arrived promptly within the one hour time frame given, explained the process and got to work quickly. He patiently answered my questions and was vey professional. I also appreciated his kind and friendly personality.

I like his professionalism, personality, and punctionality. He does quality work and his prices are reasonable.

I have used this company for two years now. Dwight is absolutely a pleasure to work with. He is very informative and thorough. Moreover, he did not put any pressure to sign up for annual plan etc. He himself stated that if one treatment is taking care of the bugs and ants for the whole year (like it did last year) that I should just call him next Spring. Overall, I am very satisfied with his work and would recommend to friends.

These guys are great and SO informative! ANTS took over our kitchen and office, which freaked me out! They were available 2 days after I called, arrived on time and thoroughly explained the process of getting rid of the ants. We haven't seen ONE ant since they left. They are also extremely affordable! Fantastic experience, I will definitely use them in the future when/if needed. I would give them an A+ if I could, highly recommend.

The guy from the company appeared to be professional. He is very patient answering all my questions about pest control. In addition to the work he was supposed to perform for this deal, he spent extra time on checking in the basement to see if there are issues for termite around my house. At this point I can't tell if he did a good job (if the pest is under control). He is expected to come back to do the treatment again in summer.

About a month ago I noticed a few of those little tiny Ants in my kitchen. I thought this was just a fluke and that they would just go away, I mean after all I had spent so much money with a well advertized extermination company for 2 years (contract) to treat my home for these Ants previously and they had only been gone for about 6 months, how could they be back again! So within a few more weeks, the few Ants turned into an Army of Ants who had invaded the kitchen, dinning room, bathroom, and my living room! Watching my 2 year old son eating his dinner and killing Ants just didn't sit well with me. I knew that going back to the contracted extermination company was not an option. I remember my sister talking about all the great home service providers she found using Angie's List when she moved into a new home in a new city she had not lived in before. So I signed up for Angie's list and found Dwight with Champion Pest & Terminate Control LLC. He seems to be a great find. He returned all my voicemail messages and we actually set up an appointment via voicemail, which was by my request due to not always being able to answer my phone. He was able to set up an appointment within the same week I called him and it was for a Saturday so I didn't have to miss work. He called the morning of the scheduled appointment and stated that he was able to come an hour earlier due to having a cancellation if I wanted him too, which worked out great! He was on time and ready to work. He listened to my history with the Ants, he inspected all areas of my home to determine Ant activity (while allowing my 2 year old to follow him around), and he then discussed with me a treatment plan which only was a one time treatment. He then treated the entire outside of the home and all the areas inside as well. Although my 2 year old could not be right with him while he was treating, Dwight was wonderful in acknowledging his presence and making him feel like he was helping. Once he was done treating, he gave me suggestions on moving my trash cans away from the house for the next few weeks to ensure the Ants didn't have a food source. I haven't seen any Ant activity since the day that Dwight was here to treat and I'm hoping that this will be the last of those Ants, but if I have issues with any insects in the future...Dwight will be the one that I call first!

They are very good and thorough. I have been using him every 3-4 months for preventative treatments I would highly recommend them.

I went really well. The owner is friendly, affordable, knowledgeable, and reliable. These are all the qualities you want in your pest control contractor.

I spoke to Dwight on Friday and we made an appointment for the following Monday. He arrived at the agreed upon time and explained what the inspection entailed. Dwight performed the inspection, both inside and out, and explained the results in detail with me. He was polite, professional and courteous. I would not hesitate to use this company again or to refer them to someone else.

We had a bad infestation of spiders and earwigs in our basement. We purchased a Big Deal on Angie's List for a one time pest control treatment. The day after we made the purchase Dwight called to schedule a time to come our home for the treatment. We scheduled for the next week. Dwight came out exactly on time and sprayed our basement and the outside perimeter of our home. He also inspected the basement and outside for possible causes of the infestation as well as alerting us to some possible issues to look for in the spring when the pests will become more active including some carpenter bee holes hidden under our downspout. He also gave us tips for how to ensure the treatment would work the best (knocking down existing webs, etc.). It is now over 4 months later and we have not had any issues or return of the creepy crawling bugs in our basement. Dwight was extremely professional, prompt, and answered any questions we had. We would definately reccomend Champion Pest and Termite Control to anyone who wants to get rid of their six or eight legged invaders.

They were great. They came out for a bug issue. We had kind of sprayed for them. The bugs that were there were type of flying ants. The owner checked it all out and looked around. He said that what we had done had taken care of the problem for the time being. He told us to give him a call back in the spring and that he would come out and spray for the whole house. He didn’t charge me anything for the visit. I thought that it was very nice. Overall, my experience with them was excellent. I liked their honesty, timeliness and everything. They were friendly and professional.

He came when we set it up and did the service without a lot of fanfare and all went well.

I have an annual contract for quarterly service that I have renewed for the last two years. They always call several days ahead to confirm a convenient time and then show up on time. They treat both the inside as well as outside of the house. They do an excellent job that is delivered in a friendly and courteous manner. A great service provider that I recommend to others.

They came out while we are gone and completed the treatment. It appears that everything worked out okay.

He absolutely phenomenal and as thorough as he can be. He was very prompt and went the extra mile. He explained things and pointed things out to us. We bought a Big Deal from him back in 2010 and we kept having him out quarterly and he gave us a good deal on the price since we were Angie’s List members.
