Prompt, professional, and friendly service. I have already used them again to exterminate for a different pest, and they were prompt, courteous, friendly, and professional. I definitely recommend!

Dwight is pleasant, punctual, professional and entertaining. He comes out himself and does the spraying after asking us what bugs we have. He seems to know more about bugs and what works on them than I ever will or would want to. He comes back if the first spraying doesn't do the job but it typically does.

They were friendly, knowledgeable on-time, and answered all my questions and the service worked out fine. They worked around our work schedule and were accommodating.

The two men were excellent, friendly and very client centered professionals. Dwight was just as cheerful in person as he was on the phone. They even used a broom to knock down any existing cobwebs. I have renewed with them for another year of service (2 applications per year).

The provider was extremely professional. He arrived on time, reviewed his process, and completed the job within one hour. Upon completion of the service, he reviewed the contract and extended his service (free of charge) if I were to see any insects before the next scheduled treatment. I would definitely recommend the company to others.

He is fantastic. If I could have given him a++++++ in every rating I would have. He is super friendly, prompt, professional and cares very much about us and the work he does for us. He always arrives in the block of scheduled time and always does a great dog. He understands our concerns with our dogs and the pesticides and is extremely careful. He's also very careful to close and lock our gate every single time.

Dwight came out and inspected our house and let us know strategy to treat for termites at our investment property. He explained the entire process and explained what we would get when technician installed the treatment devices. He was very positive and knowledgable about our needs.

Dwight was prompt and efficient. It took 2 of them about 20 minutes to spray our house top to bottom . The price was right for peace of mind. I will continue to call Champion Pest control for any future needs.

There was no sales pressure. The guy came and did a through job. We have not had any bug issues since. I would call them again!

We were totally impressed with their service. They were the nicest young men. They sprayed the first floor and kitchen, where the main problem was, and when we mentioned some pests in the basement and on the deck, they sprayed there too. They told us anytime we have an issue to call and they'll be right out to help. Fanstastic service.

No termites. They did not charge for the inspection. Best service in could imagine.

Champion has services our Rental Home with an Initial and Follow treatment that combined cost less then the Initial treatment with other providers. Even though I have not personally met the owner/operator my self (have only spoke to him on the phone) our tenant has said that he was very courteous and friendly and she felt comfortable having him there working in the home. He was able to put her at ease over what could have been a tense situation. We were unaware the last tenants had left cockroaches, as it was a small infestation. However, no one ever wants to move into a home and discover roaches, so he demeanor and professionalism really helped ease the situation with our tenant.

It was great. I called them on Monday and they came today on time. He immediately knew what the problem was and knew how to fix it. He was personable and knowledgeable. He gave me other suggestions as well.

Our Realtor only gave us 2 recommendations for termite inspections and we could find no information on them online so we turned to Angie's list. We called Dwight and he was able to fit the inspection into his schedule and do the inspection. We had the paperwork we needed that same night to provide to the Realtor. Thanks Again!

Very thorough inspection--especially compared with other companies that reviewed the property. Cost was very competitive and even lower with Angie's List discount. Arrived early to appointment to inspect the house, but waited until I arrived a few minutes late. Was willing to work with my schedule when installing the treatment, and provided spraying of a crawl space at no extra charge. Also modified contract slightly to allow for transfer of services when the home is sold.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. He's great. I like him.

I took advantage of an Angie's Big Deal and purchased a service from Champion Pest & Termite Control, LLC. The service provided 3 applications spread out over approximately 9 months. The gentleman from the company was very professional and courteous, and was happy to answer any questions I had. We discussed some concerns I had and he was very thorough in his explanations and was eager to ensure that I understood what was being done. I originally thought I had termites in my garage but turned out not to be the case. He did however find termite damage in my shed in the back yard and showed me the evidence of such activity. I was able to take advantage of his visit and for a relatively small fee, took care of the termite problem. I was very pleased with the experience and will absolutely use his services in the future.

While getting my home ready to sell, I discovered a lot of damage by termites and had infestion of ants. I called Dwight about the problem. He came to my house the next day to assess the problem. He sprayed for ants and came back the next day to address the termite. He thoroughly inspected my home, but bait all around my home and again sprayed for ants. I have had no more ant problems and he will check the termite bait traps in six months. He was a joy to work with, answered all of my questions. Great experience.
