The owner Dwight is one of the nicest people you will ever meet and he truly cares about his customers. We have been using Champion Pest Control for about 4 years now, he comes out ever 3 months on schedule to spray the house. We called him originally on a Saturday because we had carpenter ants. He came out the next day, on a Sunday, and took care of us. He always answers the phone, never in the 4 years have a I got his voice mail, and when he walks in the door at our house, he wants to ensure we haven't had any issues since his last visit. Always the first question. I would highly recommend calling Champion Pest, you will not be disappointed.

We had a great experience with them. They came back free of charge to get rid of the mouse again. They did what they said they would do. I guess it was a nice promise, they guarantee that if the mice are not gone, that they would come back and make sure that they were gone so that was good. The guarantee was wonderful. Dwight Holloway was a very personable guy. He took time to talk to me and was very down to earth and was on time, and did the job that I asked him to do. I remember the price being expensive but we kind of had to get it done, but I don't remember being like "oh my God that was so much money."

Just fine! Both times Dwight arrived on time (a little early, actually!); scheduling has never been a problem, as he has been able to arrive and take care of things in very short order. He's very personable and really loves what he does (as a gardener, I'm a bit fascinated by bugs myself). He sprayed inside at the affected areas and around the perimeter of our home and deck as well, while also setting bait for the ants indoors. Both times the ants disappeared very quickly; last year it was near the kitchen due to a faulty door and this spring they found a little crack in a different part of the house, but within a day of Dwight's visit, I saw no more ants! I'm a neat freak, but life finds a way, so when it does it's good to know I can give Dwight a ring and he'll be here to take care of things for me. That he's friendly and easy to talk to makes it all the better even if I don't particularly like the reason for his being here!

I t went very well. They set the traps and told us to call back if we saw any further evidence of little critters.They were very knowledgeable and very careful about the locations of the traps. We appreciated their help. with the problem.

Painter on roof was attacked by yellow jackets. I first called Buckeye Terminex. They were too busy. I called one or two more large exterminator companies. All busy. I checked with Angie's List found Champion who happened to be finishing a job in Hilliard. The wasps never came back, Painters were happy and I was happy. The Champion men were very nice, quick, careful and professional.

My house is in the country and prone to field mice seeking warmth in the basement, Dwight comes out every 3 months to check bait boxes and treat the inside & outside of my home for all pests. He schedules an appointment in advance, is always timely, extremely professional and works very efficiently. He removes any cobwebs from the exterior eaves and even a little carcass of a mouse that expired in my basement. I continually recommend Dwight to family & friends.

I would definitely recommend this company! We live on the north end of town. They did not mind driving the distance to come to us. We contacted this company first because of all of the good reviews they had on their profile here on Angie's List. We called on Monday, Jan. 6th and they made an appointment for Weds., Jan. 8th. They arrived exactly on time! YEA!!! And they are very nice gentlemen. Dwight arrived with another nice gentlemen. They are very professional and definitely know their stuff! I felt very confident that they knew what they were doing and did not fear that I was going to get bad service. My husband was very impressed. My husband showed them around to the areas we were hearing and where my husband actually came in contact with the mouse in the kitchen. My husband also showed them what we were doing ourselves. Dwight did not make us feel silly and dumb because our efforts. He actually praised us a couple of times for some of the things we did (like the steel wool in the holes we found and my husband pulled out the stove and cleaned behind it) . And then, my husband took them to basement to show them the mouse droppings he found - and I heard them down there talking and then laughing. That was a good sign to me that they were friendly and easy to talk to. :) Dwight and partner - was quick and efficient. They put humane traps in the kitchen, basement and in the bedroom (ugh). There were no holes in the bedroom but it was a just in case situation. They also looked outside and found possible entry points - crack in cement block and a couple of other spots. We are renting our home, so Dwight suggested we contact our landlord to get him to fix the holes - or we do it our self. But, before we knew it - he was outside doing it himself. Going above and beyond service! Thank you for that! The traps have keys so we could relocate and release the mouse when it was caught. But, I also felt that we were not comfortable with doing that - that Dwight would have no problem coming back to our home and doing it for us. I wanted to wait do do this review until we had results. I was really concerned we had more then one mouse. Thursday, Friday and Saturday (after the apt) that darn mouse drove me nuts with the scratching all hours of the night behind the headboard. Awful sound! But, then Sunday the mouse decided to enter the trap and it was caught. My husband drove the mouse trap to a park blocks away from our house and released it. I have not heard the scratching since. So, thankfully I think it was only one mouse. I am not hearing movement in the walls either. My husband had to go on an over night trip on Sunday - so I was sooo pleased the mouse was caught before he left. I am disabled and so it would have extremely hard for me to release the mouse. Plus - I finally got some sleep without being disturbed. My husband is coming home tonight and I am going to have him put the trap under the sink again - just in case. But, I do think our mouse trouble is solved :) The price was reasonable. Amazing this one little itty bitty mouse cost us over $200 (with Dwight's service and the other supplies we purchased). I didn't use the coupon here on Angie's List because of the extra work they did (and we didn't ask for it). I felt that Dwight was being awfully nice and was focused on providing excellent service for us. I felt like he was trying help more then selling a service. Besides it would have just been the cost of tax really. I always believe in giving good reviews and paying good when you get good service. It is just the right thing to do!

He inspected the entire house & exterminated the critters. We signed a year-long contract and have been very pleased with his professionalism and responsiveness.

I had a mouse problem.They placed bait and glue traps and I have only seen two mice since then and they were dead! I'm very satisfied with Champion.

Dwight came to my house and explains to my husband what needed to be done and provided a quote. Not only did he and his worker provide extraordinary service his cost was by far the most reasonable. He is very friendly and an expert in his field. I have already recommended him to other family members and friends for his monthly maintenance service.

We were having trouble with some sort of Bees that were under our bay window and had gotten under our patio. We were about to have a new room added where the patio was and a deck added that was adjacent to the bay window and we didn't want to have a bee problem. I found Champion on Angie's List and double-checked them against the BBB and both had good ratings plus they were fairly local to my area. We called them and they came out the same day and eliminated the bee problem that day. I don't remember the price, but as I recall it was reasonable.
