Went with the service package because it was a good value and we live in an area with a lot of potential pests. I would definitely recommend him and this company.

The owners name is Dwight and he has been great. It was a great price; he was doing a deal. He talked even about maybe doing it again because he had such a good feedback on it. He sprays even if we are not here. He will always try to call ahead. We have never had a whole lot of pest issues before but we certainly haven’t had any issues since we started with him. We paid him upfront for the year. What stands out about Dwight is that he is just so friendly and very knowledgeable. When somebody comes out they always make sure that if there are any issues, they are addressed. He has said before if we have any issues, after they have been out, always call and let him know and they would come back.

Dwight was prompt, professional, friendly as was his assistant. He was honest and very straight forward. He explained all the details of the system and product and was prepared to answer any questions.

One person came and it took about 20 minutes. We were not home when they came, but they left the area the same. He was able to come quickly. Arrived on time and did a good job.

I would recommend Champion to anybody. Dwight came out on Monday to do a free estimate, and he was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. We found a fresh mud tube that termites had made in our garage so he measured the outside of our home to get an accurate cost for treatment. His price was lower than other estimates we received, and his treatment is environmentally friendly (no drilling into the foundation, and no chemical fluids pumped in.) Thankfully, our termite problem had been contained to the garage (and all they found to eat was the back of a media cabinet.) Dwight did a fantastic job explaining termites to me, because I really had no other knowledge about these little pests. We are going to tell our neighbors about him, just in case they want to get treatment to be safe. I really cannot say enough good about Dwight and his company. I was very impressed and will call him again if I start seeing too many spiders :-)

I discovered an opening on the corner of my house where the caulking had separated and yellow jackets were swarming and entering a space between the house and brick fronting. I contacted Champion and had my call returned the same day and scheduled a visit the next day. The technicin, Charles, identified the problem as a yellow jacket hive and treated the area with a spray. He was very helpful and answered my questions and explained the process. The company offers a 30 day guarantee on their service. I checked the area a few days later and saw a few yellow jackets around the opening and contacted the company. They came out the same day and treated the area with a dusting at no additional cost. I have not had a problem since. I am very happy with their service and recommend them. They also offer a 10% discount for Angie's list customers.

Yellow jackets and wasps were successfully treated/killed on the same day I called! I would use recommend and use this company agany!

Called owner/operator Dwight Holloway late in the afternoon on 5/15/14, and explained that I had seen carpenter bees, carpenter bee holes, and sawdust in, around and underneath my outdoor deck seating, and that I was planning on having my house exterior painted, including the deck seating posts and supports, within the next week to three weeks, weather permitting. Asked if he could dust and treat the carpenter bee holes immediately and the price for the service. Also had a number of questions about how long I needed to wait after he dusted before filling the holes up and with what to fill the carpenter bee holes. Dwight said he could be at my house early the next morning, which was faster than any other pest inspection service I called. Dwight also answered all of my questions patiently and with sufficient detail to prove that he was knowledgable about the subject. Dwight also informed me that it was far more cost-effective to treat the entire house for all insects, rather than just the deck seating for carpenter bees; and, he offered me a "special" wherein he would perform three (3) treatments for the price of $266.60. While I had to pay this amount immediately after he finished the first treatment, Dwight's price for three treatments was roughly the same as his competitors' prices for one single treatment. I will not mention the names of Dwight's competitors, but I called all of the ones that advertise and market heavily, as well as other A rated pest/termite/insect inspection/treatment businesses. The next morning, as promised, Dwight called me 30 minutes before his scheduled arrival at my house, and arrived promptly with an employee whom he was training. Dwight and his co-worker dusted all of the carpenter bee holes that I located and pointed out, as well as others that he discovered that I had overlooked. Dwight and his co-worker also sprayed insecticide along the roof line and foundation of the entire house, and assured me that it would not harm plants or trees near the house. I paid Dwight the full amount of $267.00 after he finished the first treatment, After waiting for the carpenter bees to die or leave their nests, I sealed all of the carpenter bee holes with steel wool and wood dowels. And, shortly thereafter, the deck posts and supports were painted by a professional painting company. Since Dwight's initial treatment, I have had no carpenter bee problems. Yesterday, on 08/18/2014, Dwight came out in the morning and completed the second perimeter house treatment. I offered Dwight some extra cash ($20), but he declined to take any extra money, saying that I had already pre-paid for three treatments. I have been extremely impressed with Dwight's professionalism, knowledge and integrity. And, he was the lowest-priced business too boot!! I highly recommend him.

We have a large property and a large house, and I was really surprised at the great price for a year's treatments! Champion also guarantees their work, and if we ever see the pests during the year, they'll come out with no problem as part of the package. The owner is prompt and professional, and the employee who came out (Brad) is professional, friendly, and really loves his job. That says a lot about the company. I trust Champion and would recommend them above any other pest control company.

They came by and they were very professional. I'm still seeing a lot of various bugs in and around the house so I might need to have them come and treat again, which they said they would do for free. They're very easy to get a hold off and their response is quick. They're punctual and personable. It's hard to know how effective the actual spraying is because I've seen some dead bugs around but most of what we see are still moving. Their price is fairly competitive.

Champion was fantastic. We have been Orkin customers for years, and canceled service with them after our first experience with Dwight. He gave us a better price, and didn't try to up-sell me for additional services that weren't needed. We own two properties and by switching to Dwight for both homes, we are saving $120 a year. I would definitely recommend him to others!

Everything went great. The business owner actually came to do each of our three treatments over the course of a year. The final treatment he also had a new person in training with him. The owner was friendly and listed to issues that we wanted to be sure were specifically addressed. He treated outside of the house as well as a couple of places inside to address specific issues. The service/treatments all went well. I can recommend Champion Pest & Termite Control.
