Description of Work: I purchased the Big Deal a year ago, and have already renewed this tri-annual pest control service. I have used 2 other services in the past, but I have been happiest with Champion for several reasons: communication is superior...Dwight always leaves a voicemail about a week before the next appointment, and it is a problem, it can easily be re-scheduled. The first time Dwight came out, I was surprised to see that not only did he inspect and spray around the house exterior, he got rid of all of the spider webs! No one else had ever done that. Finally, I appreciate the tri-annual pricing - there is no need for pest control in the dead of winter. I currently only have a need for outdoor treatment, but if there is a problem inside, all I have to do is call.

Description of Work: I called and setup an appointment and it was going to take a week to get the service and I was OK with that time frame. They had a cancellation that day and they were able to get to me the same day that I originally called. They did a great job and my ant problems are fixed.

Description of Work: Dwight came out examined a problem with ants. He diagnosed the problem and applied 3 treatments over a several month period of time at a very fair price. The ants were gone after the first treatment and have not returned. He suggested where they were coming from in the first place (neighboring area) and offered solutions for preventing future occurrences.

Description of Work: Treated my house a month ago and I haven't seen any bugs. I had very limited availability and he managed to fit me in his schedule. He was very nice and explained what he was doing.

Description of Work: I have used Champion in the past, and I am more than satisfied with Duwayne's work. I had a small problem with bugs in the basement of our home. One treatment took care of the problem. Duwayne is a pleasure to work with, prompt, courteous and efficient. I will have Champion return every spring and fall.

Description of Work: He was very professional, and upon discovering termites and c ame back and did a thorough job around the house to get rid of termites-spent several hours My original coupon was for $199.00 but with the discovery of termites it cost extra It includes a coming back to make 3 times a year for an inspection A few weeks later upon discovering a mouse loose, I called him and he stopped over within 5 minutes to set up traps The mouse hasn't been caught yet, but he said to call him back if I need to

Description of Work: I called Champion Pest & Termite Control because I found a rust colored oval bug around my bed that fit the description of a bed bug. Dwight came out the next day, examined the bug, and assured me that it was not a bed bug. In fact, for the next few weeks, I found 2 other bugs that met the description and each time Dwight was willing to come to my house and examine the bug to see if it was a bed bug. I am truly not neurotic; however, a close relative that I spend allot of time over their house was not as lucky and actually had bed bugs. Champion Pest & Termite thoroughly inspected her house, gave her a list of things to do to prepare for the treatment and treated her house for the bugs. All indications are that the problem is alleviated. I must say that Dwight is always willing to take every phone call and to tackle any problem. He is the consummate professional and has years of experience in the business. I would recommend this company to anyone. When it was all said and done, I signed up for the annual service which is about half the price of the other pest companies.
