Professional, friendly, and obviously knowledgeable. Dan provided service the same day as estimate, did a quality job quickly and also provided some good information regarding the need to replace chimney chase liner. Wish I would have used this company last year when having my roof replaced!

In late June, high winds damaged my roof. Brown's Roofing had fixed a minor previous problem on a roof dormer so I contacted them again for emergency repairs prior to a total roof inspection by State Farm insurance. I had positive experiences with Brown's roofing for both repairs, so once State Farm inspected the roof and determined I needed total roof replacement, I included Brown's roofing in my research for a roofing company to quote on the work. I did a lot of internet and informal research on how to get the best roofing job, including Angie's list reviews. Once thing I found out is that just about everyone in business seems to have had an upset customer at some point along the way, so I took that into account reading the reviews. Ultimately, I went with Brown's roofing based on the overall positive reviews I read, my own personal positive experience with their service, and the comfort level I had with Dan Brown, who educated me on many of the details of getting a proper roofing job. Once I selected Brown's roofing, the roofing crew was on-site within a week and work was completed in three days with weather delays. The crew that did the work was local American labor, and they did a good solid job. Dan Brown returned to do final inspection, and made sure a few minor problems I noted were fixed by the work crew. I was especially pleased with the follow-up Dan did to have some custom sheet metal flashing replaced that looked damaged to me. Clean-up was good and met my expectations (e.g. I realize no matter how good a job you do cleaning up after a job like this you still find nails for a while). I would definitely use Brown's Roofing again and would recommend them to others.

Quality of work was very good. Price was the best out of 4 estimates and extra work which needed to be performed did not go much above original estimate.

They were quick and they set it up very quickly. They came in and did a great job. It was an insurance claim. They were on time and they did great clean up. They made sure there was nothing left in the yard.

The job turned out fine. We had roof damage and they were able to come out within 48 hours to fix it. They came out and fixed it and cleaned up. They price seemed okay and I don't have too much experience with that. I am happy with the fact that they fixed it quickly.

I had them do 2 roofing jobs for me. I had one job done at Clintonville and the other one at Reynoldsburg. I had a tough time in getting a warranty and I finally got an outdated one. So, I went ahead and contacted the roofing company directly and got the correct ones. I had also asked them to return the remaining shingles to me, but they never did that. I sent the roofer a nasty letter, but never got any response from him. It's been too long ago, but I will never do business with him again. The price that I paid for one job was about $9500 in Reynoldsburg. The price for the work done in Clintonville was around $7500 where there was a complete tear off. The work itself was done fairly well. I didn't have them put down the materials and labor. I went back to the company to meet the roofing supplier. They asked me if the work had been provided by that kind of a break down. The quality was good and the guys who did the work were good. They replaced portions of the plywood that was bad. I found out that at Reynoldsburg there was a time where it wasn't necessary to lay down tar paper. So, that contributed to my leakage problem and I was happy. I would definitely not use his services in the future. I wouldn't recommend them even though they have good ratings.

The quote was very competitive and we have a big house. It allowed us to get an upgraded shingle. They ran out of shingles and had to reorder because they forget to include the spoilage in their measurements. They wanted us to pay extra, but we did not and they had to honor their contract with us. They did damage one bush. We would probably not use them again.

They were great. They were right on time and they took the time to clean everything up. They were very nice while they were out to my home. For me it was the right price for the work. They did good quality work. I plan to use them again in the future.

They were very thorough, quick and did exactly what I wanted. The owner of the company came out after the job was done and did the inspection along with me. The quality of their work was good and I was satisfied with their service.

Mr. Brown showed up a couple of hours outside the time frame that was given to us by his appointment setter. He was very short with my wife when she asked him a question. She then asked me to deal with Mr. Brown directly. I came out and attempted to have a conversation with Mr. Brown and started off with the fact that I had not heard that he was going to be late to which he became angry and asked if I wanted the estimate or not. I said that by his attitude, I believed that maybe we really didn't want him to do the work. He stormed off calling me a very vulgar name. He then proceeded to sit in his truck on my driveway for a couple of minutes. When I asked him to leave, he became belligerent again with me. I saw a police officer coming down my street and asked him to have Mr. Brown leave my property. He did as the officer asked immediately. Very unprofessional attitude.

He came and gave me an estimate, and he came out the next morning. He was bar far the most reasonable when it came to re-roofing my house.

They were great I was very happy with them and their workers. They were very respectful about being around my home. I would recommend them and use them again.

The job was done ahead of schedule. We were very pleased with the work they did. They were very responsive and there were no hassles; it was a very easy process.

This is the second time I've used this company in the last 3 years (due to last fall's hail storm damage). Everything went smoothly. The work was done in the time frame promised, workers were efficient, and everything was cleaned up nicely when done.

Good experience. One man did the job alone, other worker was sick. This worker did not feel well but worked all day and finished the job and cleaned up.

Dan Brown provided detail estimate, we agreed, and shingles were on our roof the next day. After a week of rain they did the entire job in one full day. At the end of the day Dan Brown double checked the new roof. Everything was cleaned up around the entire house. Metal objects were picked up with a magnet. One week later I'm very pleased with the roof and the professionalism of the work performed. Have received compliments from neighbors.

Mr. Brown was on time. He assessed the job and wrote up a detailed proposal in less than thirty minutes. He answered all my questions. His estimate of $8600.00 was the highest estimate I received for roofing my home. I did not hire this company for the job. In all other aspects, I was confident in using this company to perform the job as proposed.

WORK WAS DONE VERY FAST. PRICE WAS VERY GOOD. MEN WERE VERY NICE. WORKMANSHIP WAS EXCELLENT.

INSTALLED A NEW ROOF WITH A TEN YEAR LABOR AND 30 YEAR MANUFACTURE WARRANTY. THE ROOF STARTED TO LEAK SIX MONTHS AFTER THE WORK WAS COMPLETED. I CALLED MR BROWN OUT AND HE CLAIMED IT IS NOT THE ROOF, BUT THE SKYLIGHT. I HAD NEW SKYLIGHTS INSTALLED BY ANOTHER CONTRACTOR AND THE ROOF STILL LEAKED. MY INSURANCE COMPANY CAME OUT AND I WAS INFORMED IT WAS BECAUSE THE ROOF WAS INSTALLED INCORRECTLY. I PAID ANOTHER COMPANY TO FIX THAT PROBLEM. NOW MY GARAGE HAS A LEAK AND MR BROWN IS CLAIMING IT IS NOT THE ROOFS FAULT AGAIN. HE WENT UP AND TRIED TO FIX THE PROBLEM, BUT IT STILL LEAKS. ANOTHER COMPANY LOOKED AT THE ROOF AND IDENTIFIED THE ISSUE AND FIXED IT. THE LAST TIME MR BROWN CAME OUT HE SAID HE KNOWS HOW TO FIX THE PROBLEM, BUT WOULD NOT DUE TO THE LANGUAGE I USED ON A MESSAGE I LEFT FOR HIM.

THE FIRST TIME IT RAINED IT LEAKED. ONE OF MY FRIENDS SAID THAT THE FLASHING WASN'T RIGHT. BROWN PROMISED TO COME OUT TODAY 12:30.

HE TOLD ME OVER THE PHONE THAT BECAUSE HE KNEW THE NEIGHBORHOOD, I NEEDED A NEW ROOF. HE SAID THAT ALL THE HOUSES, BASED ON THE AGE OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD AND THE QUALITY OF THE ROOFING MATERIALS, NEEDED NEW ROOFS.

HE WAS VERY PROMPT AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE THE ROOF
