+ -1 moreConcern that there was a bed bug infestation. Upon his arrival he determined that it was a wood boring beetle and treated the interior and exterior of the home. WE were extremely satisfied with the results.We have no more issues and piece of mind that it was not bed bugs.

+ -1 moreI called and was helped in two business days. I was told all the steps the yellowjackets might do in the next couple days. I did notice after a week I thought they returned, I called and within the end of the day Mr.Vollman returned and said it was a second nest. He sprayed a second application no charge to me.
