Haven’t seen any new infestation where treated. Polite, professional, knowledgeable, affordable. We would hire again, but we really hope not to have the need.

Since the application, I have not seen any ants.

Scott was prompt in his response and got me scheduled as soon as weather permitted. He arrived right on time and completed the job in a timely manner. I'll call him again next summer.

Vollman was able to get rid of the tiny red ants when other big company named could not. Very personable and professional. We are a few months out and still no ants in the house. I would highly recommend his personal attention to your pest needs.

Mr. Vollman did the application. He showed up on time and listened to our special requests, then sprayed the house. We felt he was great to work with and did a complete & professional job. In the 6 weeks since the application, we've closely watched for insect activity and have not seen any. We would definitely hire him again.

Based on previous reviews, I gave Scott a call. I left a message and he called me back very soon after that, He came out the next day and removed the hive and sprayed the other spot where the hornets/yellow jackets were coming in. He explained to us what he did and what to expect over the next couple of days. Just as he told us, they hornets/yellow jackets were gone in about a day. He was very conscientious and was very concerned that his work was to our satisfaction. It was and I would not hesitate to use him again if the insects return next year.

We started to see yellow jackets in the house, maybe 6 a day. Of course we freaked out! I started to look for a nest and finally saw where they were swarming. My wife was not happy so it was either an exterminator or a realtor. I called Scott and described the situation to him. He let me know that he could come out the same day which he did. Scott's a great guy and took care of the problem perfectly. He answered all my questions. I certainly will hire Scott again if I ever get additional un-welcome visitors (not including the in-laws). Thanks Scott.

Bees returned. Had to have followup service.

Had Scott come out and spray our new home. Scott was quick, professional, and willing to answer any and all questions we had. Our house is on a wooded lot and has wooden exteriors prone to carpenter bees. Scott was very knowledgable about covering all of the different areas. Offered to come out a re-spray should the pests persist. I expect to have Scott back out periodically to make sure the pests stay away.

He said it might take 5 days for all of the wasps to die but we looked out tonight (the day he did it) and there are hardly any left! Very nice and professional, I would definitely recommend.

Scott came and sprayed inside parts of the home and around the entire perimeter outdoors. He guarantees his product and work, and he will return to the house if we encounter any further pest issues over the next several months. That's some great service, and Scott is a really great guy. Highly recommend this company to anyone needing their services.

Scott was here within the hour. He checked out the situation and then explained everything to me. He then removed then nest and treated the area.

Scott called me back right away and was able to schedule an appointment around my schedule, he showed up at the expected time, and explained everything in detail that I needed to know. I am allergic to bees and Scott went out of his way to accommodate me and my safety. Very professional, polite, and made the experience stress free. I found Vollman Pest control through Angie's List and the reviews that were posted were all very positive. Scott was very responsive and knowledgeable. I had a constant appearance of bees in our living room and could not figure out where they were coming from. I was convinced they were living in our vents. Scott came out and walked the outside of the house and found 3 hives right off the bat, with one living right in our chimney so they must've been coming through the fireplace. He was able to treat them on site and as I write this (just a few hours after he left) there has been no signs of bees in our house. I plan on having him back for general pest control. Definitely recommend!

I called Scott the owner late morning on a Friday to see if I could get service the same day because I had called another company a few days earlier and they were supposed to come on Thursday, but when they didn't show I called them on Friday morning and they said it would not be until Monday now because they had problems with one of their service vehicles. Scott returned my call by 12:45 and said he could come out later that afternoon. He arrived around 5:15 and took care of my problem so I didn't have to wait the whole weekend.

I called Vollman Pest Control earlier today after reading some positive reviews here on Angie's List. Scott, the owner, offered what I felt was a reasonable estimate to exterminate indoors and outdoors for spiders and other small insects including stinging ones. He happened to be in my area that same day so I was fortunate enough to get same day service! Scott arrived promptly and began spraying indoors. He explained the treatment was not harmful to humans or animals. He answered all questions thoroughly and was very courteous. He then sprayed outdoors after which he explained to allow the treatment to work for about a week. If I continued to see a problem after that timeframe, I should not hesitate to call him and he would return at no extra charge. The entire process took about 30 minutes. Scott accepts all methods of payment including credit card which is convenient. He was the utmost professional and I would not hesitate to use him again.
