Description of Work: Called dake from NC about needing them to do an estimate on property in ohio that was having a washer backing up from the drain and leaving two inches of water in area where pipes are. They would not come out and do free quote because I could not give them enough information even though I told them that I needed them to tell me what the problem was and if the plumbing needed to be brought up to code. Will not use them will find someone who wants to do a plumbing job that is easily gong to cost 5000.00

Description of Work: Furnace was making some unusual noises. It began with squeaking and progressed to something louder and more of a rumbling. Ben replaced the motor and the capacitor. Took a couple hours, start to finish. He cleaned the furnace, as well. When he was finished, he thoroughly tested everything for efficiency and safety. He even replaced my furnace filter for me.

Description of Work: I have a kitchen faucet made by a manufacturer that is out of business. I tracked down the buyer of the remaining stock and Dake did the install of the replacement cartridges. They are very knowledgeable and immaculate in their work. They do their best to get someone out as soon as possible.

Description of Work: Furnace failed at approximately 3AM during a subzero winter morning. They eventually determined the fault was a Mechanical ground in ignition circuit. Not an easy failure to find.

Description of Work: They installed a new bathroom faucet. Although there were some complications with my water shut off they dealt with it and I was charged just what I was quoted.

Description of Work: Replaced water tank. Came out quickly tried to repair old tank, could not get correct parts. Showed up promptly the next morning to install new one. They were professional, they knew what to do and were courteous.

Description of Work: Toilet was loose on one side and would wobble when sat upon. Floor bolt had broken on one side. The plumber removed the toilet, replaced the bolt, and replaced the toilet along with a new wax seal. The toilet was solid when he was done. He did a good, clean job. The charge was very reasonable.
