Associate was on time & very professional. Called ahead when he was 5 minutes away from arrival eliminating any guessing on when he might show. Was within 10 minutes of scheduled appointment. Work being done was explained to me step by step as it was performed. Very clean & neat - left no mess behind. Although the work we had done was a basic repair we would absolutely call again for any type of plumbing need.

Everything went fine. They were reliable & efficient.

My experience with E Dake was a very positive one. The company dispatched an associate immediately. He arrived with 1/2 hour and was able to idenitfy the issue quickly, making the repair within 20 minutes. He also provided helpful information on preventing the situation from developing again...using a shime on one of the footed supports on the stand alone tub. I had a $25.00 coupon bringing the end price to $90.00. A great price...a great company. Very pleased!!

All the technicians at E Dake Plumbing & Heating are pretty precise for an estimate when they are at your house; they are really close to within $10 of the actual price and they can tell you everything that is going to be needed. I also had them do tune-up on my furnace.

I use them for both plumbing and heating. They are pretty reputable and their prices are very comparable to other companies in the area. The have never been rude.

E Dake Plumbing & Heating are affiliated with the East Ohio Gas and we pay a monthly service fee to have them come out.

I am very pleased with the professionalism and responsiveness of this company. The plumber arrived on time and was very pleasant. He had to work in a pretty cramped area, but did not complain at all. I plan on having more work done in the next month and will definitely call them. The price was reasonable considering he was here for 3 hours.

The work in the toilet was a call back so they did not charge us service charge for it because when he was here he could not detect the leak and it started leaking after he had left so we called him again and he came right back and fixed it for $75. They are prompt and I like the fact that they come here; some service providers do not come here. I do not know what they ought to charge. I am planning to use them again in the future.

So far what he has done worked. He fixed our faucet so it is at least working. I would use him again for heating and plumbing. I would use him again.

Before the job was done, I had another plumbing company look at the bath tub faucet and he indicated to replace it the wall on the other side of the faucet had to be broken through to get at it. The E Dake fellow was able to access everthing without any wall damage. I was very happy with that.

E. Dake worked as part of a general contracting team. They were there when their part of the job needed done and they cleaned up after themselves. Their plumber was courteous and thorough.

They ripped me off. He was there for ten minutes and he was gone. Next day my tenants told me there was water still there. What they should have done for free, he didn’t do it the first day. They said that my bathtub in the other bathroom was cracked and they still wouldn’t have been able to fix. They were there for total of forty minutes for both days and charged me $269. I paid that amount. The technician was good but they bill was unbelievable. They had to come back and fix the problem. It was their fault that they couldn’t fix the problem the first time. I will never call them again as long as I live.

They always do excellent work. What they thought was the problem at first was not the issue and they keep working to find a cheap solution that finally fixed my issue. They went over and above to find the solution. I have used Dake for over 20 years. Top Notch company.

I called E Dake plumbing to have a water backup sump pump installed. Within three days, Jeff from E Dake came out and installed the pump. Jeff was prompt and professional. He completed the job in a couple of hours. Unfortunately after the inspector came out to look at the job, he told me that a separate pvc line had to be run to pump the water out and could not connect to the main pump line. This apparently is something new since they have installed many in the past. The receptionist called me back promptly to set up a new date to have the additional work done at no additional cost. John and Adam came out and again they were prompt and very professional. They completed the job in a timely fashion and cleaned up everything like they hadn't even been there. The inspector came back out and said everything was fine. In addition to the great work that Jeff, John and Adam did, the receptionists have always been very friendly and professional. In this day and age its rare to find the customer service that these ladies provide. I will use E Dake for all my plumbing needs and recommend them to anyone.

This the second time I've used E Dake since reading their reviews on Angie's list and was very impressed. I recently sold my home and needed to have a corroded pipe repaired or replaced per the home inspection. The corrosion on the pipe extended on to the hot water heater. The plumber (Sean) took the time to show me all the damage before replacing the hot water heater. They replaced the hot water heater and the pipe and checked to make sure everything was properly vented. There were two men working at my house and they were friendly, professional and efficient. They did not leave a mess and they were nice to my dogs. All around a good experience.

Not much to say. They responded quickly. Did the work well. Left. Everything in life should be as easy.

They were punctual and did the work as asked for at the price discussed. I was well satisfied.

I scheduled an appointment for 2:30pm for someone to look at my toilets. Shawn the service rep came at exactly 2:30pm. He assesed both toilets and fixed the one that was running. The other toilet was about 14 years old and was not doing a whole lot. After looking at it for a little while he agreed with me that there was not a whole lot that could be done and a new toilet was probably needed. I asked shawn what brand name toilets he would recomend and he listed a couple for me. I would use E Dake again.

The guy that came to do the work was here on time, neat and finished perfectly. He eliminated all of the problems and did a very professional job. They were fantastic.

The guy that came out was congeal and nice. He sad sometime you have to get out the book and read it. He worked on my furnace also came back a couple of times and did a good job. He installed plastic pieces to hold up the elbows and also showed it to me in the manual. He also explained what pipe is required and what the length is and it was more technical than I though. He replaced the computer board and stuck with it and it did not seem to have the problem again. I was happy with him, he spent time and tried to solve my problem and it seemed that he did. They did what they said they were going to do and were courteous.

They did a very good job and I was very happy with their quality of service. They were very professional, responsive and punctual.

ENTIRE PROJECT LASTED 2 VISITS OVER 3 WEEKS. EMPLOYEES HAD EXTENSIVE KNOWLEDGE AND WERE VERY THOROUGH IN EXPLAINING WHAT NEW FIXTURES WERE INSTALLED AND WHERE TO LOCATE THEM, HOW TO OPERATE IN EMERGENCIES, ETC.
