On time and prof. answered all my questions. When I have to replace the furnace I will be calling them.

The tech was very friendly, courteous, and extremely professional. The tech was clearly a very experienced plumber and he completed the job with confidence and ease. I have used other plumbers before, but I haven't experienced the level of professionalism as E Dake demonstrated today. I believe E Dake will be my "go to" plumber for future needs!

This service provider was contacted on September 28, 2015 to see if they could unclog a septic line. They said they needed to have their technician call me back to make sure the particular service I was requesting was within the capability of his expertise and their equipment. The technician called back on October 2, 2015. While awaiting the technician's return call I was able to schedule another vendor to solve the problem in a more timely manner. I called E. Dake based upon positive reviews on Angie's list, proximity to my location and the reference of a trusted vendor I have used in the past for HVAC work (who vouched for the quality of E.Dake's work and reputation) . My assumption is that they are a quality company and that my particular request was one with which they didn't want to become involved unless they could perform up to their usual standards, hence the necessity for their technician to become involved prior to the service call. Being unable to use a toilet is somewhat of a time sensitive issue. 4 days is a long time to wait for a response. Hence the rating.

E Dake did a great job once again. This is the second time I have used E Dake, and I highly recommend this company. They did the plumbing in my master bathroom remodel a year ago. This week they did the rough-in plumbing for the children's bathroom. They will be back to do the finish work in a few weeks. Matt and his crew did a great job. He went over everything with me when he was finished. He answered any questions I had, and left the workspace in good condition. I appreciate that they were careful bringing the tub into the house, up the stairs, and into the bathroom without damaging anything. They finished the work in a timely manner. Great job!

E Dake Plumbing came on time and got right to work. They were very careful not to damage anything. This was a total remodel of my mater bathroom. They did a great job. I will be using them again when I remodel the children's bathroom. Matt does excellent work. They even repaired my leaking kitchen sink when they came to do the work in the master bath..

They were responsive, timely and very reasonably priced. All issues were addressed and they were professional and courteous throughout. I would definitely do business with them again in the future.

Mike was the technician. He worked like crazy. He worked quickly and hard. He has obviously done this many times. E Dake is a good company, a lot people use it in my area. I ordered the Big Deal from Angie's List at 8:30 in the morning, and Mike was at my house by 10;30. He was there for less than two hours. I was very impressed with the job he did. He definitely knows what he's doing. I was very pleased with the service.

I has been many years since the house was new and the plumber had problems getting it apart. He finally succeded and the drip is no more.

We contacted E. Dake to replace an exterior faucet which was broken and running. Tom was the plumber who performed our job. He arrived early and was pleasant and professional. He replaced the faucet and put in a shut off valve so the problem would never be repeated. We have used E. Dake several times and have always been very pleased. They are very prompt and reasonably priced.

Tommy was the technician. He completed all three tasks in two hours. Tommy was very neat, it was obvious that he knew what he was doing. Was very through and made sure everything was working properly. Tommy fixed the low water pressure in the shower. This was a job not completed by a contractor hired to remodel the bathroom. Great job! This is the fourth time I have used E. Dake plumbing, they are prompt, know what they are doing, and don't leave a mess. I strongly recommend Dake.

My sister Denise's mobile home located in Ashtabula, Ohio, had a severe plumbing problem. The bathtub was sinking because of a rotten sub frame, the sink pressure for both hot and cold water was very low, and it also needed a refurbishing. During a visit by E. Dake Ltd, to my sister?s mobile home in March was very positive, about the future job. Knowing many plumbers do not want to work on mobile homes, I contacted Ed Dake for an estimate to fix the problems in my sister?s mobile home. Mr. Dake was on time and went through the mobile home and gave me an estimate in a timely fashion. We agreed on a date, so my sister could clear out the area. The date had to be delayed by about a week; Mr. Dake called me about a week prior to ask to have the job delayed because of other work. I agreed as I wanted a full crew so the job could be completed. I appreciated Mr. Dake sincerity and his advising us prior to the job. The revised date was July 23-25, 2014. I was waiting for the crew at my sister?s mobile home as my sister had to run errands. The crew was slightly late because of construction on I-90, as the crew chief Matt explained. The crew went to work and promptly demolished the old bathroom, and knowing the difficulty of working on a mobile home, I observed the quality of their work. Mr. Dake had advised Matt to reduce the price because of the delay; however he said he would add a new floor covering not included in the price. I accepted as this would save me time and expense later. By the end of the first day, Matt and his crew were able to run the new water lines, replace the floor and had the toilet operational so my sister could have water and toilet facilities. The workmanship was excellent; they removed all the old materials at the end of the day. The next day Matt and his crew arrived on time and finished the job by installing blue board, the bathtub surround, and the hookups. The quality of the work was excellent, as working on a mobile home can be frustrating, from personal knowledge. Matt and his crew finished a three day job in two days, which has given my sister a new bathroom and fixing the problems which has plagued her for several years. The price was very competitive given having to work in close confines. E. Dake Ltd. Plumbing did an excellent job in all aspects of the job, and I was impressed with the knowledge of Matt and his crew in doing an excellent job. I highly recommend E. Dake Ltd.

Excellent. Mike arrived on time, very neat and professional. He was very meticilious about performing the work properly. To do so required two trips. Hard to find contractors who do what they say they will do, and show up! This is the second time I have used Dake, and will continue to do so when I need a plumber.

The serviceman was very polite, cooperative and professional.

temperature switch malfunctioned. Needed a new switch, got the switch reset and then waited two days for the part to arrive. Very cooperative and did a good job.

Brad provided estimate for installtion a few weeks earlier and was very professional and shared his knowledge on doing the job correctly. Jeff performed the work on 11/13/13 and was very polite and patient when confronted with numerous questions. After the work was complete, Jeff provided us with a thorough explanation of the system and tested it several times to assure it was working. For the past three years we never had the old system "on" because it was leaking and installed incorrectly. The system Jeff installed today will give us peace of mind when the main pump goes bad or the power goes out. The final cost was exactly what was quoted with no hidden charges.

Called because of a gas leak, when I called they were very helpful on the phone. Tech came out to the house within a couple hours. He had to talk to the home warranty people, had to convince them it was just wear and tear-not negligence before he could start work. He then got the repair done and tested. Everything went great,

CSRs on-site were pleasant and professional. Work was done very well using high quality parts at the cost I was quoted.

Their representative was there ontime but ended up having to replace the faucet because the old one was unrepairable. Job took him about an hour.

They were hear all day and the kitchen was unrecognizable but by 4:30 it was like nothing ever happened. They were efficient and very courteous. I hope we never have a problem like this again but if we do we will not hesitate to call E Dake.

We've used their services twice and they are very nice. The first time when I called them they showed up on time and they were very honest. They did what they could. They show up when they are supposed to show up. They do what we ask them to do and are very polite.

Ordered toilet and picked it up. The plummer took it out of my car and brought it in my house.The repair toilet was up a flight of stairs so I knew I could not do it. He did it without any hesitant/problem. He was very professional but not stuffy. He was poilte, quiet and did the work required. Took his time and did it right. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs plumming done. The initial conversation to set up the appointment was well-done also. I knew nothing about the procedure and they walked me through what it was to install a toilet and the length it should take. The appointment time was set up and I received a call the day of the appointment to tell me the plummer was running a head of schedule and could he come earlier than scheduled? Worked out great for me!

He also explained I could do this myself next time. He explained that all moving parts are underneath. He took everything with him. He gave me a written cost of new one if I should need .

The two jobs were two months apart. On one of them they couldn't make the scheduled date and moved it to my next day off. They kept me informed as to when they would be there and showed up on schedule. I will definitely hire them again.
