It went really well! Our 21 year old aluminum siding had a LOT of oxidation and we were told by another contractor that power-washing would leave it spotty---at best. Trotta's assured us that would not happen and they were right. They have the knowledge and experience to handle challenges like that. Our shutters were "stuck" to our house so they had to paint them on the house instead of taking them to their shop to spray. They did a great job (at no extra cost) even though it had to be done the hard way. While the crew was at our house, we asked them to clean our deck and sidewalk. They took care of both (for a very reasonable fee) even though it wasn't part of the original plan. The crew was also very careful to not damage our shrubs and flowers. Justin returned my calls within 24 hours. Impressive for any contractor these days!

They did an excellent job. We bought a 7 year old house that had never been washed, so there was some dirt, mold, and algae visible. They were able to remove all of it, and the house looks great. They use a soft wash technique that is not a standard harsh power washing. Windows look great also. They mixed up some of our previous communication about what we wanted done, so there was some confusion when they arrived. The crew called Justin and it was cleared up quickly and professionally. They said they would call the day before the came, and they did. Justin was also quick to reply to phone calls and emails leading up to the service.

They power washed the house which had mold in places. They removed things on the deck and powe pr washed it, replaced items.

Justin came out, gave me a quote for the work I requested. They showed up to do the work exactly when they said they'd be there. They completed the job neatly and efficiently. I was really happy with the job they did and would recommend them to anyone.

I saw this company in my neighborhood so got their business card. When I called for an estimate they were very prompt in responding and providing a lot of information about their services and process. I later called to schedule the service and Justin called me frequently to give me a date range for when they would be out to do the job with several updates/confirmations. They came within the date range they originally told me and did a thorough and conscientious job. They even cleaned out a section of my gutter where a small tree had started growing. The house looks great and they were good about putting everything (plants, patio furniture, etc) back in place before leaving.

They did a real good job. I liked that they were able to come on a last minute notice. They were very nice and professional.

Trotta's Power Washing did a great job getting all of the dirt and grime off the house. The siding looks great and gutters and white trim are now a bright white. We gave them several dates ahead of time that would work for us and and they did make sure to come one of these dates. They called a day before and arrived as promised. Unfortunately, it turned out that neither of us were able to be home while they were doing the work, but the bill was simply left for payment. We could tell the difference as soon as we got home. Other than the house being super clean, there was no other indication that they had been there. We really appreciated that they cleaned up and put things back the way they found them. We would definitely recommend this company and will be using them again.

They were local and I saw them around town so I hired them. They just did a nice job. They arrived on time and were efficient when doing the job. They answered a couple questions I had. They were friendly and they cleaned up whatever they needed to when they were done. I was satisfied with the job.

They came when they said they would. I had an issue with the fact that they failed to put my deck furniture back on the deck before they left, but Justin replied promptly that they did that because it had started raining and they didn't want to get the deck all muddy. Other than that, they did a great job!

I called Trotta's last September to get an estimate to clean our brick patio, sandstone walls, brick front walk and brick and sandstone porch. Justin called me back right away to schedule an estimate. He came out the next day. I expressed my concern of power washing sandstone because of its delicate nature. Justin assured me that they could clean it without damaging it. At the time, Trotta's was backed up a few weeks and I suggested that I wait until spring to have it cleaned. This way I could start out the spring with a clean patio. Justin said he would honor the quote in the spring and that I would be at the top of the list. During a warm spell in March I called Justin to get the cleaning scheduled. Trotta's came out a couple of days later. They did a fantastic job of getting all of the moss and grass out from between the bricks. They also were able to remove all of the moss and mold growth on the bricks and sandstone. The patio now looks as good as it did when it was installed 6 years ago. I took photos of the patio before they cleaned it. I am still amazed at the difference! They worked magic!

They called back with an immediate quote. I assume they drove by to look, but I didn't meet anyone face to face. From prior quote for power washing the house they seemed to be in the ballpark. It's been raining more often than not, so I have yet to make a decision or have the work completed. Will let you know when I get a couple of more quotes. Thanks.

Have a white (glazed) brick home I have trying to clean by hand. Most pressure wash companies will not do this type of work from my research because it is easy to damage the brick. Found Trottas on the list after giving up doing it myself. Justin came out, looked over the house and gave me an estimate over the phone. They use a mixture of high/low pressure plus cleaners to clean. For the price they ended up doing everything around the house and it turned out great. The house is noticeably brighter/cleaner looking. Chimney and front sidewalk look brand new! If my driveway wasn't so huge I'd have them do that too! Wish I would have taken pictures to show before after, it's that good!

I received an estimate within 24 hours of leaving a voice message. The message outlined everything the company would and would not do. I later spoke with Justin Trotta, who alleviated my concern about potential problems with high-pressure washing of vinyl siding. He explained that his company uses lower pressure, and scrubs with cleaning products. It took just a little longer than I'd expected for the work to start, but once it did, it was done fast and right! And he never promised to be there until he actually could. I couldn't be happier with the results.

They did a good job with the work. I was not home for the job, but I saw the aftermath and I was very pleased. Throughout the whole proceedings they stayed in constant communication, keeping us informed. It was a wonderful experience and I would recommend them to anyone.
