Justin Trotta and his team are an outstanding professional company. They fairly quoted the job, and advised me on good 'earth tone' colors to use for my deck stain. As soon as my color was approved by my condo association, the team completed the job. Their work was neat and clean. I also appreciate the fact that the job is guaranteed for 2 years. I would highly recommend Trotta Power Washing to anyone.

Amazing results! It looks better than the day we had the patio installed (five years ago). The guys were courteous, polite and thorough. The price was well worth it. We would/will definitely hire them again.

Trottas is by far the best power washing service I have ever hired. They were professional and did a beautiful job. We received so many compliments.

We just wanted them to clean off the surfaces before doing our sealing work. However, they left streaks and lines on our driveway and patios. Justin is really great. He tried to take care of it but after 3-4 tries to fix the problem they just couldn't. The sealing work was fine but the marks are now visible under the sealer and this will last a long long time.

They were really good. They came in, they were very quick. They were in and out in about three hours. There were two or three guys and they came in and did the whole house in about two or three hours. The house looked great, and they showed up when they said they were going to. The price was good. They didn't do any damage, and I would use them again.

Due to a Mother Nature, there was a few weeks' delay in the starts/finish of my project because we had an unusually rainy June/July but obviously was NO fault of the company. They initially came out and pressure washed/cleaned deck and successfully removed all mildew, and just after doing just that, it looked great. A few weeks later my deck was stained. Deck looks fantastic! They did a great job and with cleaning up as well!

Trotta's did an amazing job power washing our house, driveway and painting the shutters on our brick home. They were prompt and responsive to quote, provided a fair price, and had excellent communication throughout the entire process. Great customer service and top-notch work. Highly recommended.

Trottas did a very good job. There was a good deal of black spots on portions of the vinyl siding and gutters and they removed all of it. Their process was gentle on the siding and the surrounding foundation plants.

The crew contacted me in advance as they noted they would during our initial contact to set up an appointment and arrived as promised. They worked quickly and were very efficient in cleaning. I would say that even my worst "dirt" areas were cleaned to 99% of new. This was far beyond what I thought was possible and very much worth it.

Justin Trotta was very professional from start to finish. When I was considering power washing companies, I felt like the other company used hard sell tactics. They actually quoted me a price but when I decided to go with Trotta, they miraculously lowered it. Not by a little, but by a lot which made me think I was being price gauged. Trotta's gave me a fair price from the beginning. The work was done and the results were great. I have to mention in this review that we had an issue when some of our grass was damaged due to the chemicals leaking. However, Justin handled it so professionally and reimbursed me when it was fixed. He sent the check on the day I sent him a copy of the invoice. I will definitely use Trotta's again.

So when we agreed to the job in March of 2016 the weather was really nice, so I think Drew thought they could slide us in before their season started. However, the weather took a turn and it rained for the next few weeks. They finally came to power wash and started painting in the beginning of April. They came another time to paint, then things went down hill. Our home was half down for months. We were told dates they would be there, only for them to not show up. We got the run around, or blatantly ignored. In our city we cannot have peeling paint or we can get cited and for the next few months, thats exactly what we had, half painted, the other half was peeling paint on our wood porch from the power washing (and the power washing of our wood, I'll get to later). Finally, Drew comes out in May to paint our brand new doors. Drew decided it would be best to paint our doors while on the hinges (even after my husband offered to remove them for him - he said "trust me, I know what I'm doing") with a roller in the hot sun. What we got was awfully textured doors, that were gooey, rubbery, and the paint bubbled and peeled off. He also got black paint on our freshly painted white trim. When we told him the doors were messed up, he replied with "you're killing me". A few days go by my husband asked Drew when he would be back to fix the doors, finish the grey (it was still half done), paint the rest of the white trim, and paint the black accents. We gave up on the staining of the porch and the re-caulking of the windows because we knew it would never happen. It is memorial day weekend at this point, Drew finally called my husband back and what we received in that phone call was the most unprofessional experience we've ever encountered. Drew told my husband that he was not going to finish the job, that a lawyer was going to contact us for power of attorney, and when my husband asked why, he said he had to go, my husband said no and wanted to know what happened and why he was so angry, and thats when Drew screamed at my husband and a big argument ensued and Drew hangs up. The next day I contact Justin Trotta about what's been going on. Justin agreed to come out and look at what still needed to be done. He was willing to work with us and told us that a lawyer would not be contacting us and that Drew didn't know what he was talking about. He came out and assessed and at first he said that he would only finish the grey paint because we only paid $3000 (which is what we were quoted for everything). I explained that he also needed to finish the white trim and fix the doors because thats what we asked for and thats what we paid in full, in cash for. He reluctantly agreed and we met in the middle with us agreeing to do the black accents ourselves (which is pretty crazy that we have to finish a job that we paid for). He contracted the a guy to finish the grey paint and white trim, and strip and paint the doors. Justin then tells the guys he contracted that he's not repainting the doors because it wasn't in the original invoice (we had a generic invoice of $3000 with no details from Drew, but have texts from Drew saying it was included) If they weren't to be included, then why did Drew come over and do a horrible paint job on them? We told him it was unacceptable. He then instructed the worker to take the doors off our house and bring them to the shop. Now we had no exterior doors for almost a week. When we get the doors back the paint job is better than before, but not good and now our brand new doors are returned with dents all over them. When I contacted Justin about it, he absolutely refused to replace our doors and said we should be happy we have a finished product. He even said it was just a measly $500, but yet refused to pay for them. This really offended me as $500 is a lot to me and most people. He acted like it was chump-change. After going back and forth and listening to him scream at me, we got nowhere and thats where our transaction ended, at the end of June. Three months later. The whole experience was a nightmare and I would say I wouldn't recommended this company for paint work because they are not a painting company, they only try to be. But maybe, also for power washing as the took layers off of the wood on our porch and pillars which left them with grooves all over. The workers honestly didn't seem to be experienced as most people would know not to blast off layers of wood. Everyday we see new spots where they missed while painting that we will now have to do ourselves. Drew tried to pull the wool over Justin's eyes by giving us a low quote, and over our eyes by making us believe we would have everything we asked for. Justin should really cut ties with his "partner" Drew because he's really unprofessional, but should also take responsibility for him. Justin acted like it was our fault that we received a low priced quote from his worker, who he allows to do quotes for what we asked. This is not our fault, we asked for what we wanted, were given a quote, and then paid in cash, in full (NEVER DO THAT). We have texts and voice recordings of everything that was said, quoted, and yelled at us. The best part is that Justin said that we were too poor to be a member of Angie's list to write a bad review. Not only are we not too poor to be a member, but now Angie's list is free! Jokes on him.
