Everything went great. Good communication with Justin. Crew showed up when they were supposed to. Did the work in timely manner. Polite and left job site as they found it. Communicated well when returning to apply the seal coating (obviously these jobs are weather depended, so communication was great knowing time-frame and what to expect).

Initially there was a scheduling problem. We exchanged messages and phone calls on this issue. He communicated with me very well. Once that was straightened out, things went smoothly. They showed up on time (maybe even a bit early). The crew was polite and thorough with their work. Even my neighbor was very pleased and that does not happen often. Because of the initial scheduling issue (on their end), they gave both of us a substantial discount on their services. Note: The price listed above represents the original cost, after their Angie's List discount. I have used them before and both of us will use them again, even at full prices, and would recommend them.

The house looks great. They did an excellent job. There was spot where a bees nest had left a dark spot on the siding- its now gone. They even sprayed our shed's roof which had moss on it. The guys were consider it of our property and easy to get along with. I would definitely have them back.

The work drug on from 7/17/2015 to 9/5/2015..When they showed up with a full crew, all their tools and materials, the work well but this was seldom the case. The shudders were incorrectly put back on the house and continue to fall off; the tape was not removed from around the deck and windows and had to be removed with razor blades and alcohol; one section of lattice was cut about 3" to short and has to be replaced; there is 1/2 gap in the bottom of the man door in the garage that needs to be fixed; the screws to the door bell were lost when it was removed, therefore the doorbell needs to be replaced. I could not recommend this contractor to others.

A++. Brian and his partner arrived on time. Friendly and professional. Worked efficiently. Completed job in two hours or so for larger home. Siding looks great. I had a small section of siding that had become unsnapped above a bay window. I couldn't get it snapped back in place. They fixed if for me at no charge. Would recommend and use this service provider again.

Our deck is large, one level, and had a previous semi-transparent Olympic stain on it that was in poor shape. They power washed the deck and trim down to the original color and stained it with Flood stain. They did a really nice job and the crew was really good. I will definitely use them again.

Overall everything went well. The people doing the work were friendly and did a good job.

From start to finish, this was one of the least stressful projects I've ever contracted to be completed at my home. Justin told me when I accepted his estimate that he would not be able to complete the work until mid-June. Brian called June 14th to confirm that his crew would be at my house the next day around 9:00 AM. They arrived, reviewed what I wanted done and went to work. Two and a half hours later, I had what looked like a brand new house, garage, vinyl fencing and deck. I had a gutter on my garage that, because it's under overhanging tree branches, was absolutely black with algae and fungus. It now looks as if it was just hung by the gutter people! Of note - I had asked that the lower roofs of my house be treated for moss and other growths they produce because of the over-abundance of trees in the neighborhood and the general humidity of Ohio summers. Brian explained that he could not treat those roofs the day they completed the rest of the job because of the amount of rain we have been having and because the treatment needs a few day dry days to work before being drowned by yet another deluge. He suggested that I call at the end of the season to have the roofs done then. I truly appreciate a company that did not apply a treatment because it had been contracted, knowing that one good rain would wash it all off, rendering it ineffective. I will definitely use Trotta's Power Washing company again and have recommended the company to friends, family and co-workers.

Great job! The house looks as good as when it was new. The sidewalks and patios look fantastic. They got their work done to my schedule to be finished before landscapers where due. Will definitely use them again.

Trotta's was great from quote to job completion. Their price was good to begin with, but with an Angie's list coupon on top of that, it was even better. The crew showed up on time all three days. They were very professional and polite. My deck has never looked better. I would definitely use Trotta's again. Highly recommended!

They did get the outside of the house very clean, but did not cover bushes near siding causing damage to some of them.

Great. They don't do a normal power washing, they do a soft wash. They were able to get the service scheduled in about a week. Overall they did a great job.

The paint looks good even now. I was totally embarrassed by how dirty the ceilings were. When they started painting, it looked like one part wasn't white any more. We were happy with the price. There were two areas where you could see after the paint dried that it needed a little touch up, and they came back the next morning to do it. It was just a 5 minute job to roll a little where extra paint was needed.

The team arrived on schedule, set up quickly, and also answered my questions about the procedure. They were attentive to the specific areas of dirt as the house had not been washed for several years. They cleaned the windows (outside), gutters (outside), and downspouts, underside of entry porch roof, and columns. Justin called after the work was completed for my satisfaction review and I did tell him of soil up high from a bird's nest that was missed, and he has said they will return and clean it off. Well, Trotta's same did return to clean the missed area. They were pleasant and willing, and they did as promised . . . cleaned the area. Additionally, Justin refunded a small amount due to a contractual misunderstanding. I certainly appreciate such integrity as well as workmanship. I will certainly recommend Trotta's Power Washing and have them return.

We are in the process of selling our home, Trottas was very accommodating to fit our house on their schedule on order to have our house ready for our open house. They came out and did the estimate promptly upon calling. The pricing was excellent for our 1900 sq ft ranch. I am very impressed with their service and customer service and would recommend and use the in the future!!!

They were able to come to do the job earlier than originally scheduled. Came on time. Did a good job cleaning the siding which hadn't been washed in ten years. Very polite and professional.

They showed up on time and got right to work. They got EVERY black mark off of my gutters. I had an old wasp nest in the point of my house and they got 90% of it off when I was told that it may never come off. Fine job & will use again! Thanks!

A very smooth transaction. They came within two days to provide an estimate. Upon researching typically costs of power washing per square foot, we determined it was a good price. We booked it, and they did the work within two weeks - rather impressive considering the terrible weather we've had. Last time we had a power washing job done, the house looked worse afterward because the spray actually took color off our shutters. We eventually had to replace them. With these guys, the house looked great. Very clean with no damage. I'd definitely use them again.

We were concerned about our older siding that had been painted being damaged by cleaning. Justin assured us the use a gentle yet effective spray. True to his word our home looks great!!! They did our deck and sidewalks too. Justin was a pleasure to work with, answered calls right away and was reasonably priced!

Our home had one side of the house that did not get much sun and It had not been power washed since we bought the home 7 years ago and it needed it bad. Trottas power washing gave me a quote last year and kept the same quote, called a day ahead to confirm the appointment and had very good communication via email. They came on time and did an excellent job. I will have them do it again in a few years.

Justin was very prompt in coming out to give me a quote. Very pleasant and professional. Workers were also pleasant and professional. The only reason I gave them a B in punctuality was because they were late in arriving but in their defense it did rain earlier in the day so I assume that caused the delay. The house, walk ways and patio look amazing after they finished. Great job!

Provider was not lowest price of Angie's top providers, but was able to do house and driveway which was convenient for schedulling purposes. Several stains remained on driveway. Was told some stains difficult to get out. Maybe I expected too much after many years of use. Hard to tell quality and effectiveness of sealant as it is transparent after application. Use to applying personally by roller and seeing how much was used. Unable to observe the day application was made, so have to put my full faith in provider's assurance that sealant was properly applied and driveway is adequately protected. No reason to doubt his word. As they say, only time will tell.
