Great experience, great price. I used a coupon to get 7 rooms cleaned for $89- best price I could find anywhere. They came when they said they would (they call a half hour before they get there), were polite and professional, did the work, the carpets looked great and were dry by that evening. No complaints. I would definitely use again- especially if I can get that same price!

I made the appointment on line Wednesday night for a Saturday morning appointment between 8am and Noon, the web sight stated I would get a confirmation call or email. I did not hear from the Company at all that week. On Friday night and Saturday morning I called the company and left 3 differant messages about the appointment. I figured they weren't coming since I never got a return email or phone call so I was out of the house when my phone rang about Noon and they said they would be at my home in 30 minutes to clean the carpets. Two guys arrived in about 30 minutes and did and excellant and thorough job, very professional. Overall I am very happy with the job however the lack of communication could have ended very badly.

Cleaned carpet but did not apply pet deoderizer as requested. They came out again and applied the deodorizer the next day however the carpet still smells.

I can schedule an appointment with them online and they give me a 5 hour time frame and come out any time within the time frame. The quality of their work is good and I have been satisfied with their service.

They are very reasonably priced, they do a good job, and they come out right away. The quality is really good, I can make prompt appointments, and I pay about 1/3 of what I would pay with other carpet cleaning companies. We have a dog and she was urinating on the carpet so we had to have the carpets done monthly.

I had called Restore-it due to their good rating and fair prices and had scheduled the service online. They gave me a window of time between 8-12. It came to 12:00 and I still had not heard from the techs (since they said they call 1/2 hour in advance of showing up). I called the number and Drew had answered and he said the crew might be running late and he would contact them and find out what was going on. When he called me back, he said they would be at least another hour until they showed up to my house. I thought this was totally unacceptable that they would not contact us and let us know that they were running extremely late. Drew had said they got stuck in traffic earlier and pushed them behind, but I would expect a phone call and to let me know so I wan't sitting around waiting for them.

One of my two dogs was ill on Saturday, August 9 all over my dining room several times. I tried to clean it up the best I cold using vinegar & water and when that didn't work an all natural spot cleaner. Nothing was working and the house smelled badly. I looked through the PaperMint and found a couple of companies listed with discount coupons for service. I checked the List to be sure the companies were recommended by Angie's List, and found Restore It to be the best option. The listing had an email address listed, so I emailed my situation on Sunday afternoon and asked for a call back to set up an appointment. The owner, Drew, called me within the hour! Boy, was I surprised! We set up a time for the next afternoon for them to clean my carpets. I had a curtusy call from Drew half an hour before the truck was to arrive and he told me who to expect. Sean arrived within 15 minutes of the set time, and worked for over 2 hours to get my carpets clean. I have to say, the carpet which is over 20 years old and I was thinking of replacing, now looks (and smells) brand new. I couldn't be happier.

I had problems with another company in the past who had left a lot of soap in the carpet and left it kind of grimy. Restore It really took their time and did a good job. They fluffed it all up at the end. It looked great.

They were very professional and excellent finished work. They also were the reasonably priced for the various companies I checked. They were right on for the estimate they gave me, with no hidden fees. They said they would arrive between 1pm-3pm and arrived at 1pm.

Arrived on time. The crew was professional and efficient. They are a small company and we appreciate this because we felt our carpets were cleaned properly instead of dealing with a large franchise operation. If we do not support the small local companies in our area they won't be around to give us great service and the profit stays local too. Great company to work with. Very satisfied.

DREW DID A VERY GOOD JOB. THEY HAVE ONLINE SCHEDULING AND EVEN SELL AND INSTALL NEW CARPETING!! A FEW MONTH'S AGO THEY INSTALLED NEW BERBER CARPETING IN OUR FAMILY ROOM. THEY ARE A SHAW DISTRIBUTOR SO THE SELECTION AND PRICE WAS GOOD. VERY PROFESSIONAL!
