Ben provided FAST, friendly service on Father's Day; he returned my call within 5 minutes and was at my house an hour after that. The issue was diagnosed within 15 minutes of arrival and repaired within 15 minutes of diagnosis. This included Ben explaining the issue and exactly what the part involved does. Fortunately, it appears common replacement parts are stocked on their service vehicles. Ben also explained several service plans offered by Federal Elite.

It went excellent. The provider gave me a quote and the price when done matched the quote. I called around before this and the competition was saying it would be close to twice this quote.

Everything went extremely well. Appointment was set for 9:00 am, received a call at 8:30 telling us they were on their way. Arrived prior to the 9:00 appointment. It was a very rainy day but they came anyway. They proceeded to start the installation of a new heat pump and everything that was needed. The last heat pump was installed 16 years ago, so everything had to be replaced. These guys worked like a well-oil machine. They worked together very well, cleaned up as they went along, very polite. The installation was completed, everything was neatly done and looks great. A new Wi-Fi thermostat was installed and they showed us how to use it. Connected it to our Wi-Fi for us. We could not be happier with the whole ordeal, started out checking a bad part, getting a quote for a new heat pump at our request and the installation. Everything went as explained it would. We would highly recommend this company, it's the third heat pump they've installed for us at two different homes over a 20 year period.

They actually have been working with me for a while since I had a furnace installed. They kept coming back with various technicians to check out the furnace. They have been unhappy with it and eventually what they did was to totally replace my furnace with a new furnace because there was a malfunctioning part. They sent it back to the manufacturer to try to determine what the problem was. I was very happy about having the new furnace installed. I have been extremely happy with Elite over the years since they began. We had a service contract with them and I highly recommend them. They sent out a number of people, each one getting a little higher in their company until they finally brought in someone from the manufacturer themselves to check it out. There was no cost whatsoever to me for the replacement.

I am a tough customer & they were very good. Came out to service one furnace and found that both were not functioning - 2 visits later was set up for new furnaces - got all 4 units installed in 2 days - great. (I grade very - takes a lot to get A)

Since we needed after hours service we were so pleased in the promptness of getting a technician at our home. The technician was at our home in less than 2 hours after the call. The technician was prompt, courteous and professional. However, when they could not find the root of our issue they suggested a new furnace. They suggested that once they were in the office the next morning they would send a proposal for a new furnace along with the invoice for the after hours service. The technician was provided with a cell and work email address to ensure they could contact us with ease the next day. The next day came and went with simply a text apologizing that they hadn't sent and they would. Nearly two weeks later and a bill came in the mail for services they didn't render, nor did we authorize. Thankfully after a phone call and explanation it was fixed, but we are appalled they would conduct business this way. We would not use them again.

Team of Bill and Jessie showed up right on time, quickly assessed that they would need new piping and had another colleague dispatched to deliver it while they removed all of the old materials and furnace. Installed all new piping, furnace, etc., cleaned up after themselves, as if they were never here. Completed all work in a timely, but very thorough fashion. Checked to ensure that everything was working properly, completed the paperwork, asked for feedback both for Angie's list and their own office, encouraged utilization of their 24/7 response team, if at all needed. Reviewed the warranty and confirmed satisfaction.

They did an excellent job. The techs were friendly, courteous, and very neat. They answered all my questions in terms I could understand. The sales rep gave us lots of info and was very helpful. No high pressure sales techniques. He gave us 3 options and we choose the one suited to our needs. I would without hesitation recommend them to my neighbors. In fact I already have several times!

Tim gave me three quotes and I selected the highest price. The furnace was installed to replace a furnace that was beyond repair. Service was excellent!

We'd recently had another furnace repair company replace the blower motor in our Bryant combination furnace/air conditioning unit. This was the second motor they replaced in 5 years which was extremely disappointing and it cost $800 for the most recent replacement. I learned during that service call that the only technician the other company had only had 4 months experience and struggled with many aspects of the repair. I realize everyone has to start somewhere but at that price I'd hoped for someone with more experience servicing our exact unit. When our furnace malfunctioned less that 2 weeks later I turned to Elite Heating and Cooling after reading their numerous positive reviews on Angie's List. I have to say that for an unexpected repair/expense, I can't imagine the experience being more pleasant from start to finish. I called 15 minutes prior to the advertised daily opening time expecting to leave a message, but instead I spoke with an extremely friendly and sympathetic lady who was able to dispatch a technician that same day between 12 and 2. I was able to go to work that day as they promised to call me 30 minutes before their arrival so I could meet them at my house. The technician called a few minutes before 11 and asked if I could meet them in 30 minutes but understood if I couldn't. Naturally I jumped at the chance for an early start and met them at my house in Pickerington 30 minutes later. The technician could not have been friendlier and listened to my griping about the repairs by the other company and my amateur diagnosis of what I thought the current problem could by. I originally thought I had a faulty thermostat and joked with him that with my luck it was probably the mother board and sure enough, after his careful diagnosis it WAS the mother board. He said he would head to the other side of Columbus to pick up the new board and would immediately return to make the repair. The best part for me is that because our furnace is located outside I didn't have to wait for him to return. I was able to return to work while he made the repair and we had a perfectly working furnace by the time we returned home from work and just in time for the frigid weather of late. The price was reasonable for the issue and the amount of hassle the technician faced in the repair. I had many questions about our existing thermostat which is original to our home which was built in 1973. He patiently explained the pros/cons of purchasing a new thermostat and even offered his professional opinion on which brand to buy. Needless to say I hope no additional furnace repairs are in my future but Elite Heating and Cooling will be the only company I call.

It was one the eve of the oldest weekend of winter 2014-15. Came home to what seemed like chilly house and found it was 65 degrees (we keep it at 72). Looked at the display on the thermostat and it was blank. After determine it was beyond my level of expertise, I called Elite (had them install a humidifier on my HVAC unit a couple months before). I called about 5:30 PM and they were able to have a tech in my door by 6:15PM. He went down in the basement to do his testing. During testing, he allowed me to stay and watch and even explained everything he was doing. Being a service technician myself, I greatly appreciated this. He determined their as a leak/crack in the heat exchanger which was causing the system to shut down, thus, killing my thermostat display. Unfortunately, his also caused copious amounts of carbon monoxide to enter my home so he had no choice but to shut it down. He went to his vehicle to get information on new units, and after giving us the run down on each one, my wife and I made a decision on the spot. Then we asked if it could be done NEXT DAY. Then tech made some calls and said they won't know if they have everything available to do the install and will have to call there supplier in the morning. About 9 AM, my wife called me at work and said "he furnace guys will be here around 11:00-12:00". They arrived about 11:00 despite one tech having vehicle issues. The rest of the story is rather uneventful. The install went off without a hitch. The techs were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They do their best to arrive when at the stated appointment time and will call ahead. I would highly recommend Elite Heating and Cooling to anyone. They will be my "go to guys" for the foreseeable future.

Discussions about new furnace were informative. Installers arrived on time, answered all questions. Cleaned up after. Everyone was courteous.

Tim Hicks called on me at the outset and finalized all of the work that was to be done. He was remarkably knowledgeable, low-pressure, and willing to spend ample time to listen to my long list of questions. After talking to him and reading the material about Bryant, I was sold on the work he had proposed. From the original sales quote to the final installation, all of the work was completed efficiently, effectively, and exceeded my expectations for professionalism. Throughout my 34 years of living in my residence, I have had many repairs, but I cannot recall any other installer that offered the same excellence in service, honesty, quality, teamwork, and detailed explanations I received (that I needed). I would highly recommend this company, as not only reputable, but. a reliable investment in and quot;peace of mindand quot; and a refreshing contrast to the six other companies that had quoted me for this same job. When I contracted with Elite Heating and Cooling, I bought into an overall, and quot;enjoyable experienceand quot; of trusting my contractor. This was somewhat unusual, because I had heard and read horror stories from others' experiences when using different contractors: replacing a furnace and air conditioner can sometimes prove to be a disastrous nightmare. Without a doubt, this company finds ways to please its customers and they seem to be honest and dedicated to their work. This company should be a and quot;first pickand quot; to anyone who is in the market for a new furnace or air conditioner. If you want the best, go with Elite in Pataskala, OH!

We have used this company for a number of years to service our old furnace regularly. Since we have always been pleased with their work in the past, we contacted them for a new one. They helped us select the most appropriate one for our residence. The installers arrived on time, removed the old furnace and replaced it within the promised amount of time. They did a great job of cleaning up following the installation, including hauling the old furnace away. The next day (Saturday afternoon) we notice the furnace didn't seem to be working as it should, so we contacted the company. They had a technician here quickly who located the problem and promptly corrected it. It has been working properly since, and we are very pleased with our new, efficient furnace!

They came when they said they would. They did a professional, very neat job. They answered all questions and assisted us with programming the thermostats.

I liked just about everything with this company. Their service was excellent. I was given a time between 2 to 4 p.m. of when they would show up to my house. Initially I could not get through to them by phone because their line was busy. I was trying to get the A/C job done very quickly. It was an urgent situation where I needed to repair my air conditioner. They got me and my dog out of a difficult situation. I tried calling other companies, but others could not service me quickly. Elite was the only company that would give me a 2 hour window of time that day. They called to let me know it would be another 30 minutes for them to show up. He was there within the 30 minutes. I was given a discount because I was a prior customer. Others may not receive a discount. Although they were not able to keep the 2 hour window, they did notify me that they needed an extra half hour to come. He was courteous when he came to my home.

They were fantastic. They made sure that there were no underlying problems with my air conditioner. I signed up for their preventive maintenance plan because I am impressed with them.

I called this company to come and give me a second opinion on whether or not we needed to get a whole new furnace. Atlas Butler came to our home because the furnace was getting hot and turning off, over and over. Atlas pointed out to me that our furnace fan was a little noisy and vibrating a bit. I questioned this and said it's always sounded like that. They were insistent that we needed a new furnace. I told them I'd get back to them. I then called Elite Services as recommended by my brother. They came out, told me exactly what was wrong and why it was getting overheated. They replaced the part, charged me the service call and the $20 part and left. They also confirmed that our furnace was in perfect working order and did not need replaced. They also confirmed for me that Atlas Butler workers get a commission on selling new furnaces. The furnace at that point was ONLY 9 years old, and Atlas Butler tried to tell me that was the typical life span of a furnace.....SO glad I called Elite. They have been here one other time for a small problem with the furnace since then and did a great job. Oh, I we still have the same furnace in May of 2012.

Elite was very professional and prompt. They provided estimates on both types of units, R-22 and 410A. We will definetly be using them again!

They are great. I was very happy with them. I signed a contract with them to be my regular maintenance company.
